I bought a land in September 2017 from Stockland developer in Aura. The land was released 2 months later than the scheduled release date. The covenant officer is not responsive. Different people provide differently regarding various covenant requirements. They did not provide any compensation due to the delay of the release. In addition they just don't reply to my comments.

I just bought land from Minta Farm Berwick(Lot 55). Be careful with the sales team. They try to sale by giving false information. I bought the land in Oct 2018. sales team persuaded the block of land saying prices are gone up and very good flat land. but as of Nov 2019, prices have came down and even they sold the land for me with massive slop. I bought this land due to my previous good experience with Stockland 7 years back. But now they recruit for their sales team who ware born liars and their only focus was selling land by giving false information with very higher prices. I think it is time for the government to put more the law to prevent this type of unprofessional salespeople who mislead the customers and forced to sign a contract with unconditional.
