Criminal Case for a scam
I have placed 2 different orders and was nicely surprised to have the courrier call me less than a week later to inform me that my first order is on its way. When they got here Fed Ex claimed for shipping, administrative and duty fees. All shipping fees being paid and proof in hand, I show them the documents and the UAE law that states that it is duty free below 301 US$, my order being 4 times less than that.
They took my order as a hostage and I have never received any refund.
My opinion is that this site is a very well calculated scam. Fed Ex accuses Lily Silk and they themselves have criminally held my order against the UAE law.

I just placed my second order. 2014, I had a huge order.several duvets, comforters, pillow cases and even a silk pillow. I am pleased beyond words with their products and service. My first order last year was short by 1 twin duvet. No problem.no questions. Immediately I had one shipped to me. Pretty impressive I sleep beautifully on their silk and so do my guests. Worth the money even if you have to budget your purchases. I'll be back for more as my budget allows.

I think there was a missunderstanding with Lilysilk that I think is solved now and I wanted to take away the review but I couldn´t. They contacted me and did their best to solve the problem I had with missing answers.

Horrible customer service, sent back 2 items 2 months ago for refund and exchange and still haven't back from them despite emailing them several times!!

Ordered a Christmas present that was supposed to be delivered within 2 days as indicated by their website. Nothing like this happened. No apology, finally I requested a refund (yes, they do charge a full amount before shipping!) and it takes forever to finish. Super unprofessional team of customer service agents who do not talk to each other, one says one thing, another says totally different one. Deeply disappointing experience. Still no money back.

Bought 2 King Size Lily Silk Pillowcases as a gift and she loved it! As Mulberry Silk is known for comfort and health benefits, and would recommend this product to my friends.

It's very soft and creamy on my face and seems to keep my long curly hair from getting totally messed up at night.

This morning my king size doona arrived, measured it and it is the correct size (whew, I do not have to try and stuff it back into the box), happily this one I keep and what a beautifully made product it is. Plus a lovely little silk eye mask, how kind of you, thank you very much.

I am very impressed with how smoothly and quickly you rectified the situation. Thank you. It is always a worry when ordering merchandise on the internet that when mistakes occur it is going to involve a lot of frustrating inconvenience. Lily Silk's response however indicates a high standard of business integrity and sophistication. I can and will commend Lily Silk products and service to my friends and family. Again, thank you for your good grace and efficiency.

Over the next few days I will endeavour to write a glowing but concise recommendation on the Lily Silk web site (I have never been moved to do one of these before).

I have been waiting for my comforter for over three months now. They first blamed the delay on Chinese New Year celebrations and a month later just simply said it was in their warehouse. If I wanted to wait three months for a purchase I should have flown to China myself

Bought a bedspread set for £358.97 from Lily Silk on 1 Dec 2016
It was used in rotation with 2 other bedspread sets.
The fitted sheet started piling/bobbling after 4-5 months. It became uncomfortable to sleep on after 6 months.
Surely decent quality sheets used in rotation with others should bobble that badly after just 7months?
The quilt cover has also started bobbling.
I emailed Lily Silk in June 2017 to let them know about the problem and request refund or replacement for just the fitted sheet.
They refused to refund or replace.
Instead they offered a paltry compensation payment of £35 or discount on purchasing a new set.
Regret spending my money with them.

First time order from Lilysilk came within a week, so soft & comfortable.
Now I cannot sleep on anything else. The website shows 100% actual colours. They look as luxurious as they feel , are breathable and dermatologists recommend them for healthier skin. Easier on your skin than cotton pillowcases with less moisture taken from your skin and hair.
Helpful telephone customer service.
I had been using a different brand silk pillow but it is not the same highest quality from Lilysilk.Thank you for designing your own brand to make the best silks affordable for us.
