Thoroughly enjoyed my first sports massage with Alison, it was a very comfortable environment and it released alot of tension I had built up in my back, I will be going again soon, highly recommend.

Great first session with Steven. He appeared very knowledgeable and reassuring that he could help me. He explained everything throughout and after care was offered. The treatment itself was quite painful but this was due to how tight my muscles were. It’s early days yet but hoping to see an improvement soon. Would definitely recommend.

I was really in trouble and in lot of pain when Mike came out to me, he was very professional and knowledgeable and I can t thank him enough for getting me through a terrible few days - just about to nook my next visit hopefullly.

I rang on Wednesday to be greeted by the lovely Diane, who happily arranged for Hollie to come and visit me on Saturday morning. Hollie was very professional and friendly and decided to gave me a deep tissue massage after I told her my symptoms. She didn't disappoint! After she had finished she explained all about the aftercare so I knew what to expect and I followed her advice. My back has been feeling much better since! Thank you Hollie x

Initial contact was about 7pm Friday - very quick responses to book the appointment for 10:30 Saturday morning. Sam turned up about 10:20, fantastic massage, very friendly and professional. I am definitely going to book again very soon. 15/10!!
