The products are great and the salespeople are nice. They obviously have a pretty aggressive sales training which is a little annoying. I want to look around without being approached so often. But they are friendly and I still go to the store.

DO NOT buy from this company

Whatever you do - do not buy from Living Spaces. Do not. We ordered a couch on June 10th with 6-8 week shipping. It wasn't until mid August I heard from them with a "scheduled delivery" of August 28th. Later to find out this was an "estimated window" and it was not delivered until September 17th. When they showed up, the couch was TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. After one half of the couch being delivered into my apartment, we realized NEITHER of them were the right color. In contacting Living Spaces I said I was fine keeping the color of the half couch we have as long as we could get the other half in the same color. I was informed it would take at minimum another 8 weeks to deliver and requested a refund and pickup. From there, I scheduled a pickup for October 1 (two weeks later...inconvenient to have half a couch taking up the entire living room). When I called the logistics company to expedite it I was told they have NO CONFIRMATION of a pickup scheduled. My first customer service representative, Gary, was kind and helpful, but other than that Living Spaces has been little to no help and I still have no answers regarding confirmation of pickup.

We came in and ordered an expensive sectional on the 4th of August. We were quoted 2-3 weeks for delivery. I called today to get an update because it has been more than 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything. According to the representative I spoke to it will not arrive in the warehouse until September 13 and delivery will be scheduled after that. 6+ weeks for delivery. We are a military family and currently do not have a couch because we got rid of ours before we PCSed here. If you are in any hurry DO NOT GO HERE. Customer Service could use some work too.

I went to the Irvine LSace store this afternoon. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who checked my temperature. I walked over to the living room area, as I was looking for a sectional. Very quickly, a few minutes actually someone approached me and asked if I needed help. I said I do. She said she would contact sales associate. Kaitlyn came over and greeted me. She answered my questions and I made my purchase. Hi 5 to Kaitlyn and the staff. Thank you. Peter Drivas

The worse experience! We purchased as sofa that includes a two set of pillows per our contract. Couch was delivered, but no brackets so they had to come back two days later. Then one set of pillows are missing!!!! We called multiple times to follow up but today we were told that they will not send them unless we send a photo of the contract......6 weeks later!!!!! All those times we called, they assured us that they will look into it. Then now six weeks later they are asking to see the stupid purchase agreement. We sent them through a link the rude rep emailed us. We’ll see how it goes. Bad customer service and bad service over all. This will be the last time we’ll purchase anything from Living Spaces.

One day before our couch was due to be delivered we got a vague message that "The package did not make the transfer. There will be a delay of 1 to 2 weeks." We waited 2 weeks, still no couch. Finally we called. Apparantly the couch was damaged in transit. They had cancled the order and resubmitted it. No communication beyond the one email from the shipping company.

It's been 1.5 weeks and they still haven't refuned our card. I'm going to have to do a chargeback it looks like. Don't waste your time ordering from Living Spaces. They have no control over their supply chain and no customer service.

BEWARE....This is the worst online experience ever! I ordered a bed frame over a month ago (they advertise a 2 day delivery) I have been sleeping on the floor ever since. The delivery company XPO has scheduled a delivery 3 times already, each time they dont show up and dont call. I have 2 messages to Living Spaces manager, they were to get back to me within 24 hrs, that was last week... still no call. I'm not sure at this point if I will be getting my bed. I will be disputing charges if I do not hear from them.

1 STAR, They do not reply to email, chat, telephone calls etc. Purchased a couch, they said 6-8 weeks max and it has now been 9 weeks. At least communicate and let me know the status.

Worst place to buy furniture, sales people don’t know what items are in stock. Customer service needs to learn how to provide what their name means! The delivery process is a JOKE. They don’t listen to the time and date you need to have the furniture delivered. Took two months to deliver two pieces of furniture. They set you up for delivery then deliver at different date and time.
