Item was out of stock so I left my email address to be contacted when item next back in. The Liverpool store phoned me the next day to advise the item was available and it was delivered the following day.

The dress I wanted sold out online so I phone the Glasgow store & Freya at the
Store sourced me one from another store. Very happy customer . The staff are always very helpful in this store .

I spoke to a young lady called Octavia who sorted my problem out within minutes first class service from LK Bennett Sloane Square London I would highly recommend LK Bennett Sloane Square start a great service A1

I was served by a great, friendly sales assistant who went out of her way to order the boot sizes that weren’t in store and advise on matching accessories. You rarely see this kind of customer service in stores nowadays so I was pleasantly surprised by it!

I was not very happy with the service in the London Covent Garden Lk Bennett,no help was given and to be honest they could not of cared less if I had made a purchase or not.The one lady in there was more interested in tidying up what I had looked at which I found rude and infact made me feel uncomfortable to even touch anything in that store and offered no help at all.All in all a awful experience in that store.

Easy and simple online ordering, 25% genuine discount on all items at the time of the offer and my gorgeous Floret court shoes arrived beautifully packaged within 5 days. Only problem is I can only wear them around the house during Covid-19.......all dressed up and nowhere to go!

They failed to inform me that one of the three items was out of stock and I didn't discover this until only part of my delivery arrived

Ordered two pairs of boots on Sunday at 5.45pm from London. The pair from the shop were delivered Tuesday morning and the second pair, coming from a different shop, arrived on Wednesday. Brilliant service L K Bennett !

I always have a size 5 in LKB shoes but had to return them and buy a size 6 from a store. Was a bit resentful therefore at having to pay postage then having to travel for an hour to return the shoes and purchase another pair. So many companies offer free delivery and at LK Bennett prices I think they should too

The lady who assisted me was so friendly and helpful, I actually bought three items, when I only intended to buy one.

I asked her name but I cannot remember it now, maybe Sofia, or something like that, dark brown hair and she was fabulous.

She picked out heels to go with one of the dresses I was trying on, and they were a perfect match, so of course, I had to buy the shoes as well.

I had a lot of fun and she made it a very pleasant experience for me.

I made three attempts to buy on line as the website had some kind of IT issue and it still took my money. I contacted my bank and thankfully the money went back into my account. I did contact LK Customer Services who were brilliant in following up whether my order had gone through. I have been a customer of LK for many years so was determined to support the business in these troubled times.
