I ordered two dresses from Loavies within a week. The first dress which came was way too small, even though the page says that the sizes are "normal fitting" (I'm normal a size XS this was an size S). Couldn't zip it on the back, but found a solution to live with. The problem was, that on this time I'd already ordered the other dress. No wonder this dress was also too small when it arrived. Therefore I decided to send it back (which is a nightmare to do - especially if you don't live in the Netherlands, and I'm from Denmark). The package said, that I had to sent an e-mail to Loavies support team. So I did. Then I got a mail two days after which said, that I had to print the return label on their page online. I found the return label, which where one of those who had a barcode, so I could just send it away, and then Loavies would charge the shipping from the returning money. Now it's been 3 weeks since I sent the item back. I haven't heard a word from Loavies - not even a confirm which says that they got it back and are about to proceed my money (which I know can take a little time). For me that's just bad service. There's really some pretty dresses on the page, but I would never even consider to order something again, when I 1. can't trust the sizes and 2. Never get my money back for the item again. I i'm not even sure that I will ever see the money again. This is a waste of time AND money - especially when I've in all paid 16,30 Euro for the shipping of a dress which cost 29,99 Euro...

I placed an order on January 5th, when I ordered it said it took 2-5 days to arrive, it's been 15 days and I haven't received my order yet. At least the company should send an email explaining something. I wrote messages through facebook, e-mail and instagram and nobody answers me.

Waiting for my refund for two weeks now. Still haven’t heard from them and got no answer. Would not recommend the shop. The quality is bad, one piece was missing and now I have to worry about my refund.

Loavies is promising a 2 day delivery to Estonia on their website, and asking 20 euros for it! So because i found some really cute things on the site I made 2 separate orders. One on 29.12 LOAV102096785 , for which I received a broken tracking link. I contacted customer service on 06.01 and have heard nothing back. And have not received the package.
On 31.12 I saw that something I wanted was back in stock and placed order LOAV102101432. For this I received a tracking but the order has not moved from Poland since 03.01...
I placed a complaint on Facebook about both orders on 08.01 and have had no reply, this is quite far from the 2 day delivery they promise.

Even though the things on the website are cute I would not recommend ordering anything. Seeing the recent reviews on here along with my own experience I would say Loavies is a scam.

EDIT on 17.10: I finally received package LOAV102101432 and I must say the clothes were amazing. BUT Loavies have sent me an e-mail that I have returned the item and have refunded it... I think they meant to refund LOAV102096785 that was of higher price .. but instead they refunded the wrong order that was cheaper. Meanwhile the customer service still says they have no ideas what is happening.

Oh and they also gave me a coupon card with the package that expired the same day I bought the order online, 31.12.2019... what gives?

I didn't get my money back since December the 10th. They told my there is a problem between PayPal and buckaroo. That's my problem now and I should contact buckaroo! That's not my business! I send the goods back. You confirmed this and nothing happens. I have a confirmation from PayPal that they didn't get any money from you. This are 80,99 € for me it's a lot of money! And I have the right to get my money back and it's not my task to solve the problem. What's that for a customer service. None! That's scam
