Ayant vu le spectacle en groupe avec des collègues de travail, ma famille ne pouvant venir à Londres, la décommande n'a pu être faîte à temps, et n'ai pas pu me retourner pour vendre sur internet...Idéalement il vous faudrait donner 24 h pour décommande du spectacle, voir 12h00 avec 50% du prix des billet réservés dû, par exemple...

J ai fait une erreur en faisant la reservation et j ai appellé 5 mins après avoir reçu la confirmation pour indiquer que la date de reservation n était pas bonne. Trop tard ! selon la personne qui a repondu ... je pouvais essayer de la vendre peut etre et je perdais 50 livres . Les places très moyennes pour le prix , je compris que le 50 livres était la commission que vous avez pris ...donc billets moins bons que attendus

Attention à l'horaire affiché de la réservation, pour un des spectacles que nous avons réservés via London Box Office il était indiqué 20:00 alors que le spectacle commençait à 19:30 (Jersey Boys) ! ...

L’expérience est en cours, pour le moment bizarre, j’ai acheté un produit sur lequel je n’ai aucune trace, je n’ai rien reçu, à part un remerciment et cet email d’évaluation; J'ai alors décidé de communiquer que je n'avais pas reçu le billet pour voir la pièce Mousetrap (piège à souris) le 7/11 à 19h30, au théâtre Saint-Martin, en Londres et que ce jour approche ... J'espère que je répondrai à temps et que ce billet me parviendra, merci .

Je trouves que votre communication est digne de la publicité mensongère
En effet annoncer aucun frais supplémentaires et me retrouver à régler 108 Livres par personnes alors que les billets du théâtre mentionnent 90 Livres.
C'est honteux mais j'imagine que c'est écrit en tout petit dans CGV!!!
Vos pratiques sont intolérables et mensongères
