I bought two tickets to a play in the morning of the matinee (Home, I’m Darling). When I arrived at the theatre, they had no record of my tickets. The ticket clerk called your office and learned that the tickets I purchased were returned and were still under the name of the previous purchaser.

I bought my ticket only few hours before and I got an amazing seat for less money. There was no issue to get my ticket and finding my seat.

The exact same seats, 4 rows from the stage, were 20 GBP less than on the theatre's site!

Straightforward website, significantly discounted tickets booked 72 hours in advance and collected from the box office without a hitch. Had been a little worried that it was too good to be true (ie a scam), but would happily recommend on the basis of this booking.

I needed to change the date of one of the plays I had booked. London Theatre eventually did this after an email and three phone calls but the process could have been smoother and simpler.

The handling charge for the tickets was £5 on a £20 - which was excessive. A lesson to go direct.

I took my boyfriend for a treat in our 7th anniversary and it was the best idea ever! We had an amazing time. The show was fun, clever and very entertaining. The venue was beautiful and the staff great and very professional. I loved that! Thank you all!

Was very happy to get a huge discount off a seat in the stalls to watch 9 to 5 at the last minute. No booking fee which i was impressed with. Will definitely use this site again.

I was a bit worried, having heard (many, many years ago!) that buying tickets for London perfomances online was a chancy proposition. But I saw prices; then went to theatre to buy directly--and the tickets were twice as much in person! The agent at theatre assured me this site was safe--and she was right. I got great seats at excellent price; no problems.

I loved it, especially after the complexity of trying to get tickets for Hamilton, by their 'stop the touts' method which after 2 years trying I still have not seen. I spend part of my year in the US and part in the UK so last minute offers are always useful.

I've only just booked the tickets, the trip to the theatre to happen in 2 days and I'm already attacked with junk e-mails - disgusting disturbance of peaceful life. I hope the tickets was booked and ticked as paid because I did make the payment.

Everything went smoothly, from choosing the seats to paying with credit card and collecting the tickets at the box office 30 min before the show started.

I was able to purchase a stalls ticket with a perfect view of the stage at a reasonable price less than 23 hours before the performance. Mu ticket was waiting for me at the box office.

Would have been 5 * but for the website that seemed to crash often, run slow or simply lose all seating plans. Had to try several times before I finally succeeded in buying the tickets. Would have gone elsewhere if I'd found the same prices which were very good, but I persevered because of the lower prices and there weren't any problems after that.
