It was our first time in London and we wanted to see a show. Originally we thought maybe one of the big musicals, but we wanted something less pricey. When we saw "39 Steps" as an option it was perfect because we love Hitchcock and crime themes. The show was INCREDIBLE!!!!! With only 4 actors playing all of the characters, and taking on the feat of acting out the train chase, plane chase, etc. huge scenes, it was amazing. SO CREATIVE. SO FUNNY. It was definitely a highlight of our trip! Thank you!

IT took too long for confirmation of purchase ( at least 4 days) to be sent back to me, in the meantime I rang my bank to confirm money had been taken and Shaftsbury theatre to confirm I had tickets as I was getting edgy by then thinking I had been scammed, a quicker confirmation response by e-mail etc would be a positive move!!! sorry but you did ask!

When I booked tickets for Mon 24 March, the whole experience took about 2 minutes and the tickets were the best price. Very happy.
However ... The ipad app has 'dropped out' on me (I suspect it's when actual ticket availability doesn't quite match what the app is saying)

Had to make two overseas phone calls to secure booking online, plus two overseas calls to my bank just to check my credit card was ok as it wouldn't accept my credit card to pay for tickets. Result- nothing wrong with my card just blip on system.

After having seen the Lion King in London I didn't expect that something could still exel that and it actually didn't in terms of costumes but definitely in terms of singing performances!! Everyone ought to see that musical!!

I was horrified when I found out that £17.50 of the ticket price was a booking fee!
I think that's excessive!

I bought tix back in January with you guys -- cannot remember your service, since I use many differs t services and go to loads if theatre/events. You need to ask to feedback sooner to get better info ! Just remember that Macbeth was great !

I bought tickets in advance to the Lion King from Best of Theatre for a good price.
I do like the emails that tell of discount tickets going on sale. I live in NZ but want to travel back to London again soon and definitely will go to the theatre while there.

I made a mistake on a booking date and was penalized 15pounds for a change and you had 500 spare seats for the following show....I demand a refund

It was indeed a very useful application : first, to get an overview of All events in London
as well as , second , to find my own interest in particular theatre on specific date.
The only improvement I would wish to add an option to choose a particular seat -
currently You only may choose a range and then correct it via e-mail or telephone request to support

I probably should have put "excellent", but so far all I have is a print-out for the tickets I booked, so it is hard for me to judge. The site seemed reasonably easy to use (as far as I remember - it was a little while ago), but I will reserve final judgment until after I have actually seen the show. I mean, I might turn up and find that there was some hitch with the tickets. Sorry to be so vague, but you should have asked me either much sooner, or much later.

I accidentally booked twice and sent an explanatory email asking to cancel one booking. This was all managed very swiftly, no fuss. Everything at the Box Office all as expected and it was a great show, we really enjoyed it.
