I can't understand the large number of bad reviews for this site. Around 16 years ago I developed bad lower back and a right hip problem. For around 7 years, specialists were useless and injections made the situation worse. I searched the I net for help and found Losethebackpain.com. I ordered a folder course for around £120, and worked through it. It was all about muscle imbalance and that's exactly what I had. A number of consultants and surgeons never once mentioned this basic problem. I followed the course recommendations and got relief straight away via pelvic stretches focusing on my very weak and stiff right side. A more comprehensive program that I did in conjunction with very good physios takes me to now (2019, around 9 years later) were my pain is around 85 to 90 % better. Losethebackpain.com significantly changed my life. Fact. I don't know whether there are other products they offer that don't work so well, but their course based around muscle imbalance was 100% accurate. With both sides of my body (e.g. calf's, glutes and pelvic muscles) now in much better balance, I do Pilates twice a week to keep my back problems at bay. I do have some disc and hip degeneration but have not needed an operation, as the main problem was weak muscles and imbalance. That's exactly what the Losethebackpain course has focused on. Great job!

hey jesse cannone, are you a real person or some scam artist who has no moral fibre & sits back without any conscience stealing money from poor innocent people suffering & searching for an honest deal. Your website is intentionally confusing...is that for the purpose of throwing people off so you can take their money before they actually discover your business is definitely a scam.. Immediately after I provided my bank details I realised from reading reviews that this was a scam & I sent an email advising I did not want your product. I did not get a response so I sent more emails & still no response. That only reinforced my belief that you & your company are DODGY mr jesse cannone. WTH you went ahead & sent the free bottle when I distinctly advised you I am not interested. So again I sent further emails to you, angry that you had done so without my authority. Again you did not respond. I followed the instructions on your livingwell neutraceuticals letter with your photo mr jesse cannone (looks like the image of a conniving swindler who would steal from vulnerable honest poor old ladies & gentlemen who are suffering & you add to that by ripping them off). The paragraph above your photo states We are here to support you on your healing journey. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You may contact us via phone, email, or postal mail. Well I did email you several times indicating 'I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCTS'. I got no response...& lo & behold you have fraudulently accessed my bank account without authority & taken my money & allowed your warehouse minions to forward an order for tablets I don't want. I am based in a remote part of Australia & our time clocks are practically opposite each other so its inconvenient to have to call america but since you have stolen money from my bank account & have neglected to respond to my email I rang this number 1-240-780-5977. An erica answered & said cancellations can only been done by phone not email...HULLO....if thats the case why didn't 1 of your minions or you jesse respond to my emails with those details. There is no where on the letter with your face on it that specifies I have to cancel the order by phone. erica (initially I thought was one of those robot recordings) kept saying sorry maam...which sounded condescending & suspicious to say the least...also we don't call women maam in this country jesse. I requested to speak with someone in a management level. She said someone of that capacity would call me within 24-48hrs. I gave her my mobile phone number as she alluded to having no record, yet....here it is clear as god made little green apples...on the order form you jesse or your warehouse minions sent with the FREE tablets which I threw in the rubbish. Hey jesse I rang on saturday. Its been more than 24-48hrs & I still haven't received the phone call erica said I would from your ? manager. I am thinking none of you actually exist...erica was a robot recording...the scammers that you are don't understand basic english hence why you didn't respond to my emails...you don't know how to count hence why its gone past 48hrs & I haven't received my call back as the robot advised. Or are you a bunch of blatant lying thieves as I expect. By the way I have lodged a fraud claim with my bank. Expect your product to be returned & return my money you stole from my account.

Like another reviewer I ordered one promotional bottle. Next I was offered a free trial - which i did not want, it ws sent anyway, I could not collect it as UK duty was due - then they signed me up to $49.95 a month and auto billed my card. and found myself signed up to a monthly program for $49.95 per month. I did not receive the second bottle of tablets either due to a customs charge needing to be paid so I was unable to send it back. Customer service email wont acknowledge receipt of any complaints or cancellations. Help does not reply and telephone numbers ring out. These guys are just thieves - and PS it doesn't work!

I ordered one promotional bottle and found myself signed up to a monthly program for $49.95 per month. I did not authorise this. Somehow my bank allowed my account to be debited without my knowledge or authorisation. I did not receive the second bottle of tablets due to a customs charge needing to be paid so I was unable to send it back. The customer service email wont acknowledge receipt of any complaints or cancellations. The only thing that worked was to empty my account so that any future charges bounced. Fortunately i used a secondary account as i do with most internet orders as my suspicions were already aroused. I suggest anyone not to use main bank accounts in case of fraudulent debiting. Companies use the card payee not present facility to access customers accounts. Unfortunately I have been charged $49.95 and probably wont get it back. According to other reviews over many years this company have been getting away with fraudulently charging customers for years. Why do the banks continue to do business with companies like this? In effect they are facilitating fraud which they claim to be discouraging. If claims for a product seem too good to be true then generally they are. Go figure!!!

Their products are natureuopathic and therefore will always be inconsistent in effectiveness. There will always be people that it will work for and others it won't. I do have to say, that the majority of reviews I have read on the internet are far more negative and neutral than positive. I do believe that the products are overly touted for their effectiveness. The biggest problems seem to be in their billing and advertising departments. Jesse has written some good books on the subject, but appears to have fallen into the get rich quick atmosphere of the internet.

It seems I am experiencing the same predicament as the others wherein I receive a bottle of Heal-n-Soothe every month ( I have ordered enough for 2018 because I feel good about it), so stop sending me this from now on. Also, you keep sending me Super Joint Support but I ordered only one bottle to try it ( it seems not working for me), so stop sending me this from now on. Stop charging my credit card of this unauthorized orders. Please reply asap.

I made what I thought was a one-of purchase of Heal-n-Soothe. I am disabled and do not work, so cannot commit to long-term or indeed any subscriptions. I received a notification that another order was on its way. I looked into this and the only way to cancel is to go into 'my account' and cancel it. I tried this, but apparently, I don't have an account, so can't cancel further orders. I have tried Live Chat, no one responds, sent messages all day today, no response. I have also filled out two on-line forms. Again, no response. Any further charges to my bank account will be devastating, I am already suffering as the money taken was out of my budget, leaving me without groceries this week. I am stressed that further money is going to come out of my account when no money is there, ending up with bank charges, putting me further into debt. This is not a good customer service at all. Not making it clear this is a subscription, then making it impossible to cancel further orders. Shame on this company!

I enrolled to try the free packet to establish whether they would work for me. I believe the web site says try them for free and if you wish to cancel then it would be fine. On 13th December 2019 I went to collect the delivery and discovered the were customs and handling charges of £14.04p. The leaflet inside the packet stated 'Thankyou for ordering a free trial of Heal and Soothe' I then checked my bank account and £47.25p had been taken from my account on 25th November 2019. This was without my permission. I have cancelled my subscription. Let's see ho that works out. Steven Pearson Woodley England. SK6 1LL

I ordered Heal n Soothe but didn't help me anyway. How many months had passed and noticed that they have been taking USD 39.00 from my credit card even I haven't subscribed. I had to close my credit card to stop them. Be careful if you order their product online as they keep on getting money from you.

I've purchased from this company for 15 years now. I bought their program for back pain and i don't regret it at all. I continue to buy the Heal n Soothe product because it is the only long lasting natural product that has worked for my back pain. I'm not killing my liver with ibuprofen, etc, and I never want to have to have surgery. I haven't tried their other products, but their back pain products definitely work. After all it is called Lose the Back Pain.

I have been sending messages since Febr. 12 but without any respons. Still, I've received three messages about shipments. I received the stuff' (LIVINGWELL nutraceuticals) on trial and did not register. I returned the February delivery and expected a $ 49.63 refund. On March 10, about $ 49 was again debited and the 'package' was sent back. I will return the new parcel and will ask Mastercard to stop and reclaim the payments immediately. Can anybody in Customer Service please sort out me?

This company is a joke and a scam. They charge your account in different denominations so that you won't notice the charges. When confronted they will ignore you and dodge you until you contact your CC company and tell them not to accept charges from these predators. Disgusting and pathetic way of doing business.

This company has multiple BBB complaints and a BBB rating of "F". Foolishly, I ordered a free trial supply of this company's Heal-n-Soothe. After trying it for 2 weeks I developed an allergic reaction to it. I called the company and canceled further shipments and the man I talked to, Jesse Cannone, said he would remove my credit card from their records. Several months later the shipments started and I found that my credit card had been billed after the second shipment for the previous two. My wife called to straighten things out, but they refused to stop the shipments or billing for 3 months in a row. Immediately after the third shipment, I sent the 3 bottles back with a demand to stop shipments and to refund the money they had billed me for. They refused to refund anything, claiming that it had been "too long".

Lose the Back Pain promotes a 90-day return policy but read the fine print. If you are on a monthly order program you effectively cannot return product after the first 60 days. This is because their 90-day clock starts the day you order the product. By the time you get your first bottle, usually 3-4 weeks later, you have already lost 30 days. By the time you get your 3rd monthly order you cannot return product according to their policy because its outside the 90 days from the original order, not from the date that product was paid for and sent to you - very deceptive. I've been ordering product from Lose the Back Pain for years but I won't order from this company again. A credible company would either make their return policy clear in its advertising, or offer a straightforward uncomplicated return policy. Forewarned is forearmed. BTW, my orthopedist says that most joint supplements that promote glucosamine chondroitin are ineffective, so you're wasting your money on products like Super Joint Support. My response to Director Steve: I am replying to your response to me on Site Jabber. First of all, I ordered Heal N Soothe in mid-August. I paid for a bottle of Super Joint Support in mid-October and received it sometime after that. If you are holding me to a mid-August order date which starts your 90-day return policy clock, I have less than 30 days to try the product and return it to you in order to qualify for a refund. Your policy is deceptive because you advertise 90 days, and I assume I have 90 days from the date I pay for the product, until l attempt to return the product and then you hold be to a bogus order date as the start of your 90 day policy; then cite the small print in your complex and deceptive return policy. If you really wanted to give me a legitimate 90 days, you would allow me 90 days from the time I started using the product, or minimally from the time I paid for it, or from the time it left your facility. My point is - you don't have a realistic 90-day return policy. To answer your question: why did I wait so long? Well, I didn't wait 8 months because I didn't receive my first bottle until late October to early November. If it took 30 days for me to determine any real results, that puts me into late November to early December, which is now outside your policy refund window. So then I asked for a refund for the bottles that were shipped in mid-January, mid- February, and mid-March, and then was told by your customer service people that even those bottles did not qualify for a refund because they were outside the refund window, which you base on the initial order date, not the actual date that it was shipped. Can't you understand how unreasonable and deceptive your refund policy is? To qualify for any refund, I would have had to return the first bottle the day I received it. And there was no refund available for any product ordered after that initial order date. Any reasonable policy would give me 90 days from the date the product was shipped, or more fairly, the date I received the product. If you feel confident about your products, then give the customer a legitimate 90-day return policy. That's how you keep customers, because right now I feel cheated by you. My second response to Director Steve: I'm not going to spend any more time on this. It's obvious you are trying to defend your policy in the press and not concerned with getting me a refund for product that was purchased in January, February, and March - within the past 90 days. I don't understand why you won't refund product purchased within the last 90 days. You don't seem to understand or acknowledge that there is no return policy after the initial purchase. I'm done with Lose the Back Pain and will turn my business elsewhere, purchasing supplements from honest and responsible businesses.

I ordered the heel and smooth and got the pain and joint pills also. I read the pamphlet from front to back and realized as I'm taking these that I'm swelling up well In very very tiny letters it says it contains shellfish ( but doesn't exactly tell you which shellfish) I contacted my doctor and was given an antidote. I've found out you have to keep multiplying the dosage per day until you're taking about 20 pills in the morning 20 at night. What's the kind of intake?, it forces you to order more product in order to keep up the "required" regimen. It DOESNT tell you that whatsoever in their advertisement or online commercials!!! No thanks! I'll have a lot more common sense about something like this from now on!
