Love my book. I had a problem with my post office and they accidentally returned my book to sender. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. They remade the book for free and even gave me one day shipping so I could get it on time for no extra charge. Overall great quality gift and great customer service

I ordered the book early but sadly, there were issues with delivery (by UPS). It marked 'delivered' but my boyfriend never received it. I reached out to the Lovebook Customer Service team and they got back to me very quickly. They were sorry that I missed my Valentines Day gifting as a result of this, and offered to reprint the book at no extra cost with upgraded shipping, along with a bonus digital copy of the book. Splendid customer service! I'd recommend them to change their delivery partner, but am grateful that I still get a shot of gifting this lovely book to my loved one. Fingers crossed the delivery won't get messed up again.

My credit card info was stolen and used the very next day after ordering. All in the same city and state that the merchant is located. I don’t think that is a coincidence. It’s also funny that all other reviews on other sites had their complaints answered except mine. Will be working with the police to resolve this issue and hopefully no one else gets ripped off

This was the best business transaction I ever done on the internet. I received my book by FedEx and super early. I had one made for my husband and I 25th wedding anniversary. It fit us perfectly and he was so excited from the idea and the packaging he couldn't wait to open it. Honestly it looks so much better in person then when you order it. I wanted to do something memorable for our 25th year and this will be a treasured memory. I love it and so does he. I will be a forever customer. Thanks so much!!!!

I highly recommend ordering a book! I ordered the hardcover book for me and my boyfriend's 5th anniversary. It is really easy and fun to customize the way me and my boyfriend looked and the page designs! The color and book I received is exactly how it looks when you review it before purchasing. I purchased my book on April 23rd and the expected delivery date was May 4th but I got it sooner than expected on April 28th! The color of the pages are just as displayed. I was skeptical about ordering it at first but it was so worth it! I'll definitely be purchasing more books again.

I was a little concerned about getting a book because of some of the negative reviews here. However, I loved the idea and decided to go with it. I had a lot of fun creating the avatars for my girlfriend and me (made a book for our first anniversary). The book is incredibly customizable, but they also do a great job of setting up the book initially with some brief questions. While shipping appeared to be a concern, I chose the express delivery, and even though it said it would not show up for 10 business days, I got it in 2! (and I live in Canada). The book came and was smaller than I thought, but I'm happy with this, it's the perfect size. The pages are beautiful and well printed, the book is great quality. My girlfriend cried and absolutely loves the gift, so I'm sold. Thanks lovebook for the great idea, I hope more people do it, so maybe the prices could go down.

Same issues I read below. Ordered with a promise for delivery on or before Feb 14. I emailed customer service on Feb 10 and was told they expect book will ship on time and I paid for express shipment. Check status and UPS days expected Feb 19. They either lied or the shipping clerk sent out UPS ground. Either way, no valentines gift.

Same issues as most other unhappy customers. The book was promised to arrive on 2/12 but it won't arrive until after Valentines day. I wouldn't have spent the money if they'd been honest and told me the real delivery date. Giving a valentines gift AFTER valentines day is just stupid. And embarrassing. I will never order from them again.

what's the point in paying extra to have it delivered if they take their sweet time delivering it, their company is not what it holds it name to, my mistake was not reading the comments that were before me when it come to the delivering. I was told in my email it will arrive on the 7th of October but now it said ill get it oct 10 SO MUCH FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!!!!!! honestly all those 5 star review personally think that they are all robot reviews !!!!!!!!!

Was skeptical about ordering a LoveBook because of the poor reviews on delivery and formatting. However I am extremely happy with how everything came out! I ordered a hard cover (55 pages), very good quality. Everything was formatted correctly. Ordered May 23rd, received June 1st.

Great gift. i made one for our 1 year anniversary with my partner. The website is easy, will save your progress and its pretty intuitionnal, but i suggest to take your time becuse theres ALOT of modifications and stuff you can costumize! The book is professionnal, a little small but great quality, the colors are nice the cover is sturdy and the gift packaging is cute, stylish and simple - I would recomande tot he guys out there that hate wrapping! The only thing is the shipping time. I was smart and read reviews about how it took longer then expected to receive, I got mine in 20 days - 14 business days. Got here the day before the event! I think this is a GREAT gift if you plan accordingly, do not make this a last minute idea, you will get it late and be disapointed. if you order it a month in advance, I am sure you will be fine and make your love ones happy :)

I was speechless when I received my book! The characters looked just like me and my husband. I can't stop reading it and sharing it with everyone I know. You can't go wrong getting this for someone!

My fiancé said this was the best gift I've ever given him! I took way too long writing the content and was worried it wouldn't make it on time for his birthday. I emailed customer service and Connor was so nice. He emailed the printer, asked it to be expedited, and it came just in time. thank you!

Waited over a month item still says awaiting shipping just would like a refund waste of money 0 customer service

Ny book was supposed to arrive by 10th February now it is nearly 2 weeks late. I have sent several emails to customer service with no response. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a book it is a scam

I placed an order last week and paid for premium shipping. My book was supposed to come today. Im notified it wont be here till the 23rd. ON TOP OF THAT, I tried tracking the book and I was told the address wasnt the same as the one I provided. They told me that if I dont intercept, it will be sent back. I tried to intercept, but for some reason I can't even enter the address of the wrong destination, therefore, i cant intercept. I tried reaching put to lovebook and no one has got back to me. Horrible customer service thus far. Im still waiting... :(

I placed my order on 11/28 and paid extra shipping to have it by 12/6. I only received one email and it was of my receipt. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited all day on 12/6, I never received the delivery. I had to go online and reach out to the company on 12/7. They refunded my delivery and said that if I haven’t received a shipping notification within 24 hrs to let them know and they instructed their printer to upgrade my shipping to UPS Next Day Air. Well first, if you’re instructing the printer to upgrade my shipping does that mean you haven’t even made my order yet and it’s a day AFTER it’s suppose to have been delivered to me?! No surprise, I didn’t receive any shipping notification within 24 hrs. I reached out again and finally received my package on 12/11, 5 days past the initial delivery date. The product is nice but I will never use this company again, nor will I ever recommend them.

I ordered the item January 24th to avoid the rush and they gave me February 5th as the delivery date of the product. February 5th came and went and I still don't have the item. I reached out to them on Feb. 5th or 6th asking what the status of my order is. They informed me that they refunded me the shipping fee and will let me know once they send the item. I've reached out to them 3 or 4 more times after the 6th and they just completely ignored all my attempts at trying to find out where my order is. I tried using the Contact Form and facebook but all my messages were left unanswered. At this point, I just want to cancel the whole thing and for them to give me my money back, but unfortunately, that's also hard to do when you couldn't even get a hold of them.

They have delivery issues, ordered my book said it would arrive the day before valentines day, now my tracking says 2/18. False advertising, baiting and switching. Played me like a fiddle they knew they couldn't get the package to me but they wanted my money. DON'T USE THIS SERVICES IT'S A COOL IDEAL but logistics are horrible
