I did receive my items but one is stained I have been talking over email for two weeks now and first I was told they would give me only $5 back. Then I was told to wash it myself. I explained to them it was sent stained. Which isn't my fault but there's. Also i notified them right away of the stained item. Still I have no unstained item being shipped or a full refund for the stained item. Also item looks different than what I ordered.

I spent $76 on Jan 21, estimated delivery was Feb 14 but it supposedly was "delivered" on Feb 5th. I requested the order be sent to Los Angeles and it ends up being delivered in Fontana. When tracking my delivery it stated "returned to shipper", and thats when my package ended up in Fontana. Which means they literally just took my money. Of course they have no one you can contact over the phone email only. Emailing back and forth after getting a response every 3 days. This company is full of dumpster juice, just go to Aliexpress.

If I could give this company no star's I would. Order in January 2 items arrived a little earlier no problem. The package was opened and had a little dirt on it. Shirt was cheaply made. Smh... emailed them for the return info. Do you know it took them a whole month to get back to me?!? All I wanted was my money back. They tried to negotiate and Requested pictures of the merchandise. Here we are in March and I shipped them the package last Tuesday. Today is March 10th no reply to the emails or my refund. Worse company ever!

I purchased 4 items on February 2,2021. I didn't receive the package until March 7. The items that are pictured on the website and what you eventually end up with is completely different. There is no receipts or return package slip, you'll have to pay to ship everything back. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They will continue to email you stating that the product you ordered was the same. Complete waste of time and money. I will never shop with this company again. Straight up fraud!

I thought LovelyWholesale was a good vendor with good clothes until not once was twice I received damaged clothes, I have a boutique, so if I'm paying money, I'm expecting to make money in return. Lovely had sent me damaged clothes twice and basically said screw me. They did not replace them nor did they refund me. I haven't received my whole package, they gave me a bogus tracking number. Now I have to get it refunded through my bank. Horrible vendor DO NOT USE THEM!

Hi I'm so concerned about my order I lost a lot of clothes doing a crisis I'm starting a new wardrobe so I trusted this company with my information I need my merchandise or refund me bk my money. I will never order anything from you all again next time I will make sure I'm able to contact a company before I rush into something. Something need to be straighten out about this company they can't keep treating customer the way they do I am very disappointed

Don't even chance shopping here. I've been told my stuff was returned to sender, that it is was on its way back to me. Now it's still Mia. When I've live chatted numerous times they say it's was delivered and talk to local post office. They send a list of tracking info that makes no sense. When I try tracking it w/#, no record found. Sooo pissed.

I placed an order. Within 20 minutes I requested a refund due to items being an incorrect size for a Christmas gift. I contacted these people on Every form of contact that I could find. They always say they can switch it out. They will NOT issue a refund. Even after I told them they don't even sell the correct size. HORRIBLE customer service and after u continue to ask the same thing they stop responding. Order at your own risk. This is a HORRIBLE company

Don't expect Neiman-Marcus Quality when paying Family Dollar. Prices. You get what you pay for!. Didn't get the right color that I ordered. Size to small to be classified as such. Small is actually a x-small... Medium fits like a small etc in so on. Not to mention the wait time. It's no wonder they don't have a (800)number or live operators. "OH of cause" "Grandma's can't answer the phone!" She's in the back sewing clothes.

After waiting, and waiting for something that never came, I'll cut y loses with lovely wholesale. If u can read and read this find another site to shop from. I'm outta 25 dollars and I cant track my dress. Both carriers they say has it doesn't. 1st off why would two diff carriers be delivering my dress. I'm so mad about this I cant even get my money refunded, all they do is dress up emails saying something else. I hope yall all get covid 19

I ordered from this company April 28,2020 and I still have not received my order. I spent $102. I am a single mother with 3 kids and a newborn so I don't have money to throw away. I received a fake tracking number. And [email protected] took my payment through paypal. Its a Fraud. My whole 37 years of living I never been ripped of by a company. Stick with Fashion Nova or anywhere but here. And there is no live customer service to reach. Website from hell!

I ordered 3 maxi dresses, waited 2 months to get them (wish I had known this is a Chinese company) and when they finally arrived, the order was WRONG. Not wrong size wrong, but 2 butt ugly, god awful, plaid, polyester, bellbottomed halter jumpsuits wrong. Posted pictures below. Awful! Then they had the audacity to not want to refund my money. Had to send their mistake back to China for more than the items were worth. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

I have tried to submit a ticket as instructed since my order costing over $100.00 went to the wrong address, yet the ticket wont allow me to send it. So I have emailed several times and all I get is "take our survey". I need the merchandise I paid for! Do not buy from this company. How do you as a legit business take peoples hard earned money this way? 6 emails sent and still no resolve, no call... nothing!

I ordered from this company over a month a go and I still have not received my merchandise. They sent me a tracking number that shows a label was created on 4.24 and the shipment has not moved yet. I emailed them and open several tickets and they keep saying wait 7 to 10 business days. I believe this company is a fraud! Beware before ordering from this company and they are not based out of LA like the tracking number indicates! Very disappointed!

order a package and accidentally put the wrong address . so i emailed them while it was still processing to change the address , i was lied to that it was change and never got my package it was still shipped to the incorrect address

I ordered clothing from them for my daughter and myself which none fit even after upsizing twice. Asked for claim ticket to issue refund and they respond with sell it or give it away. I have requested this twice with no resolve even though their website states they will issue a refund if asked for within the first seven days after delivery.

I paid to receive my order within 12-15 days on 8/23/2020-I still have not received it. Ticket T20093094791. This is unacceptable. They keep blaming the shipping partner. The tracking number has not been updated since 9/14/2020. I contacted USPS and they are waiting on the shipping partner to send them the package. Every time I contact LovelyWholesale is the same garbage(sending tracking numbers that tells you nothing).

I order from this website all of the time. I have over 120 items ranging from swimming suits to office attire. Just be aware that shipping is not overnight and it may take 1 to 2 weeks for your items to arrive but if you are well prepared like I am this is not an issue. I never had any items lost or any shipments not received. Any time an item is out of stock they send you an email and promptly issue your refund. I highly recommend this company
