My dad said what he wanted, and paid for his funeral about 18 months before he died so all I had to do was phone Memoria and they took care of everything. I called them and spoke to a lovely young woman who organised a local undertaker to collect him from home and from then on everything was done exactly as my dad wished, from the choice of crematorium to the funeral service and beyond. I must add Wilkinson Funeral Directors and Memoria's Amber Valley crematorium were kind, helpful and sympathetic. Thank you all for making what is a stressful time a little easier.

Had my auntie funeral today and Stuart and his team did an amazing job really looked after me throughout the planning and kept me upto date with the arrangements such a lovely man keep up the brilliant work x

If it were possiblei would award Memeoria 10 stars Caroline the young lady who looked after me was faultless her help to me was invaluable at a time when emotions are high this young lady was amazing from the first phone call to the follow up call she showed dignity she explained every detail to me arranged every last detail going in my belief over and above what was expected of her she most certainly was there even if I just needed to talk she is an asset to your company and as a person I would be proud to call her a friend special thanks as well go to Stephen Tom for looking after my late husband again he went above and beyond to ensure everything went well he showed dignity and respect so once again to Caroline and Stephen thankyou so much Karen Hards

First time I've ever had to organise a funeral but was helped along the way from start to finish by extremely helpful staff was very happy with the service all in all 10 out of 10

From meeting Darren for the first time under horrific circumstances, I was put at ease straight away with his manner and his sincerity, an extremely very professional service throughout and afterwards too, highly recommended. Thank you on behalf of myself and my son, who you looked after through his funeral, heartfelt thanks.

Dad passed away this year after a long illness, he did not want a funeral as he had no religion and said that if people had wanted to pay their respects they had plenty of time to do it when he was alive. Dad was housebound for a long time with myself as his carer and he would have appreciated visitors.
We followed Dad's wishes and booked a direct unattended cremation with Memoria for him. It was everything it promised to be. After dropping the required paperwork off to them, they collected Dad promptly from the hospital and telephoned us to collect his ashes once he had been cremated.
His ashes were tastefully packaged, the whole process took just under two weeks which was faster than my Mum's traditional funeral ten years ago.
Mum and Dad will now be scattered together in a place of their choice, as they requested.
After this experience, I would choose a direct cremation with Memoria for myself.
