I did get my ring, and even quicker than I thought I would, but the site says the ring is made with precious stone and the opal feels like plastic. Pretty, but probably not worth the $21 I spent on the ring.

I ordered a ring back in December. Have not received it as of march 24.17. I've left multiple emails. Them telling me only to wait. They deleted and blocked me from all social media platforms when I simply asked for my product or refund. They also accused me of being a fraud. I have sent my 50+ emails to my local police department. Never again. I earned my money by working hard and honestly. Disgusting way to spread your "Love and Light"

I ordered those tie up leggings from here and they are amazing. I wear them to yoga all the time, and they have maintained their quality. Paid over half what you'd pay at any mainstream yoga supply store, so I would definitely order again. Didn't need to email them or reach out because my item came within the time stated on the website. Great experience! Thanks!

8 out of 10 reviews state this company is a scam. Here is another one! I ordered the set of free rings (paid $10 shipping) on May 27th. Never received them. After 3 months of emails I finally got a response stating they were going to resend them. I still have not received ANY set of rings. This company is ridiculous and fraudulent. I will keep an eye on their fb page, warning any of my friends who "like" their page not to order from them. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I will continue to let others know... warning them of a lying, thieving company. UPDATE: a day after writing this review, I finally got my rings. So I guess it's not a total scam after all. Maybe they only try to scam the ones who don't continuously go after what they pay for, maybe it was an error with a company they work with. Nonetheless. It took 4 months to get rings I ordered. I am changing my title as well as theit rating, for this reason. Instead of 0 stars, they warrant 3. The rings are cheap (rings out of a gumball machine that you can adjust the size) but I didn't expect much from free rings that I paid $10 to ship. Lol yeah, I paid less to ship a tire.

Never got my ring. Then when I ask they keep putting it off asking me to wait until the policy ran out. Customer service was awful and the phone number dose nothing. I tried at all times of the day and always got the machine. Pretty pictures. Product probably would have been nice if I'd gotten it

My girlfriend loved her opal ring! She wears it nearly everyday. The shipping took a bit longer than I thought, but I didn't read the shipping information before. The customer service rep returned my call pretty quickly with an email so I recommend just using email instead of the phone number. They provided my girlfriend with an additional discount code in the package and she is pretty excited to use it. Thanks!

So, I've had my eyes and heart set on this White Saphire Ring for over an entire year. I finally ordered it. I was so excited and beyond happy. Its been two months, and nothing whatsoever. After a week of no response from first placing the order, I became suspicious as there was no tracking. I emailed them. Nothing. I did some looking online and saw MANY instances very similar to mine. I became worried at this point. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they just needed time to make the item, maybe some issue is happening. Five ENTIRE weeks went by. I emailed them because I was very suspicious at this point. Nothing. Its been over 7 weeks at this point, and absolutely nothing. I tried to ignore the bad reviews because there were some good ones. I would personally REALLY urge you to please not go to them, and find someone else. If you do decide though to still use them, please be very careful. Go for cheap items first and see if you trust them first. Don't place an expensive order. Please be careful. This company is genuinely a scam and just steals money. I'd take legal action but I don't even know where to begin. Be careful please and dONT GO TO THEM

I received my white sapphire ring with one of the side stones missing, it was to be a gift for my Granddaughter's birthday, I am so upset that I won't even take the time or trouble to send it back. I have contacted them, but no response. Social security money down the drain.

There are no complaints here. I think this company is wonderful, the only thing I can think of would be that the shipping took a little bit longer than most, but I believe this is a smaller business with fewer hands on deck, so it is understandable. My princess halo ring is truly beautiful. It sparkles in the sun and the metal has not tarnished even a little bit. I get compliments on this everywhere I go. I would definitely do business with them again, perhaps even buying gifts for my loved ones. Love LD!

I am really confused at all of the poor reviews on here. I think people jump the gun and get frustrated with small businesses because they have ridiculous expectations and don't read the details before placing an order. Anyways, I received my two rings in near record time (much faster than the expected wait time of 3 weeks), and they were brilliantly shiny and sparkly. They have not turned my finger green or black, and are able to be worn with almost all of my clothes because they match most things. Would absolutely order from them again!!

I was hoping that I ordered the Sapphire ring within enough time to give it to my grand daughter as a gift for her birthday, but was not sure if I timed it right. I reached out to the company over email and they shipped it quicker for me. After that, I received my tracking number so I was able to ensure it arrived on time, which it did. I ordered the White Sapphire ring weeks ago. The funds were quickly taken from my account. No tracking number, No order information, Nothing. I have sent 5 different emails just wondering when it would be delivered and have heard nothing. I'm now trying to cancel my order and will never order anything from here again.

I purchased two flannel lined fleece shirts back on 1/19/17 and never received the shipment or even tracking. I called and emailed multiple times but never received a response. I started to do research on Luna Daze and found this company appears to be a scam. Lots of people never getting the items they ordered or getting the wrong items entirely. I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other legitimate companies out there that sell the same items. Don't give Luna Daze your money, don't be fooled!

I ordered 2 pairs of goddess pants and I only received one pair but was charged for both... I have called Luna daze and emailed twice over a week Ago and no one has gotten back to me... I'm not happy about the customer service and I'm even more unhappy I didn't receive what I ordered and it has been over a month.

This company is a total scam! Don't waste your money ordering from them. I ordered the double halo crystal ring on the 27/8/18 & today is the 9/10/18 & I haven't received my order. I've sent numerous emails, sent messages on Facebook & even Instagram, yet, no response. Don't waste your time or your money on this company. I regret not reading the reviews. Hence why I'm in this predicament.

I ordered the Goddess leggings and Strappy Fitness Bralette. I have no complaints with the goddess leggings as they arrived just over the 2 weeks described and they came exactly as advertised. However, I paid extra for shipping to receive the bralette also within 2 weeks and it arrived 4 weeks later! It was also a completely different color than advertised on the website. I ordered the magenta but it turned out to be more of a light pink. If it were any other company I would exchange this for a different color but dealing with them was such a pain that i'm just going to have to live with it.

I ordered a ring from them a few months back. I loved it on the Facebook page. It arrived sooner than the expected delivery date! As soon as I opened it, I fell in love. I know, silly to say about a ring, but it's 100% honestly how I felt, and still feel today. It has been a few months, and so far no signers of wear and tear on the band, or the stones. I get compliments on it every time I wear it out of the house which is often. I would for sure buy from this company again, should something else catch my eye.

I placed my order on January 10 and when it finally arrived 7 weeks later, it was the incorrect size (I asked for Small, I received XL) and the product quality was awful (cheap, translucent fabric). I inquired about my order twice between submitting and receiving my order; I called the phone number provided and left voicemail when no one picked up; I also emailed Luna Daze directly and submitted their "Track Order" form on their website. They never called back and only sent automated emails with the same response every time. This was a horrible experience, and I will never recommend or shop through this company/site again.

I ordered an item on January 12, 2017 and as of March 1, 2017 I have yet to receive it. No tracking information is available, no email updates, etc. However, my credit card was charged promptly. After multiple emails to the company without a single response, I have decided to post this review. I will never order anything from this company again.
