The worst hair extensions i have ever tried! I firstly ordered the deluxe set and they were horrific lots of black and white plastic strands that burned when heat styled. They were mixed with synthetic hair. I couldnt even wear them for the event i bought them for. I complained and was credited the amount towards a new set so i upgraded too the ultimate set paying the extra as i was assured they were better quality. The seemed ok when i opened them and wore them the first time but as soon as i heat styled them at the reccomended heat they seemed to burn again as if mixed with synthetic hair. I again complained only to be told because i had wore them i couldnt send them back. So i now have over a 100 pounds worth of useless hair. I will never buy from lush again.

Hair is awful. No phone number to ring and they ignore all messages. Block people to stop bad reviews on their social media. Reported to trading standards by lots of people I've spoken to. AVOID

Quality of hair sh** have never seen anything like it. No reply to 2 emails that have been sent worse £50 I have spent pretty sure there fake as the ends singed when heat was applied. So angry just wantmy money back

Non-existent customer service. They don't respond to emails or their online contact form and no tel number listed on their webpage. They also have a colour match "service" which they don't respond to. Ordered a set of dark brown extensions which were actually auburn. Sent them back. Still waiting for a refund/any contact from them 1 month later and it has been 3 months since I first tried to get in contact with them.

I purchased a deluxe full head 20" colour #2 darkest brown, the thickness of the set and the quality was great , this was the first time i purchased from lush and I can say i'm very happy and will be purchasing again . the customer service was A* very helpful , i would recommend this company friends and family
