Ordered bedroom furniture, delivered last Saturday 22nd February, 2020 2 men, carried my 2 bedside tables and Chester drawers upstairs. Unpacked all furniture for me to check. out of the 3 items 2 of them were damaged. I had ordered crushed mirrored furniture. 1 of the drawers on the bedside table had split on the inside, then at the bottom of the chester drawers there was a chip.
One of the men made a phone call to the office, I was offered discount, but as I explained I didn't want second hand furniture. So they told me they would take the furniture back and get me new.
The 2 men decided to take the furniture down the stairs and pack, rather than in the bedroom. As they got to the bottom step, they let go of the drawers and the mirror smashed, they then dragged it down my hallway, causing more damage to the furniture. ( I have tiled floor in my hallway.) 1 of them walked back in to the hallway, picked the glass up and walked back into my garden and through the glass onto my grass. I walked back up my stairs to check my bedroom, to discover that whilst they were bringing the furniture down the stairs they had taken a chip out of my hallway wall and obviously slid down my stairs with it as had scratches all down my wall down my stairs. I called them in and showed them what they had done, took photos and so did he. My husband called the office straight away to notify them.
We was told someone will be in touch.
No one has.
We have called, left messages, sent emails, message through Instagram. To be completely ignored.
These people are a disgrace.
Let this be a warning to anyone. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Bed is beautiful but poor rating is for delivery, as given a slot of 3pm to 7pm, wasn’t until I personally phoned at 8pm to find out what was going on that the delivery wouldn’t be arriving that day and would be arriving the next day.. wasn’t given a reason and after taking the old bed out was left with a dilemma.. wouldn’t have been so bad if I had had a phone call earlier without having to phone myself to ask what was going on.. bed easy to put together but concerned as middle beam doesn’t fit slot entirely so will see how well it holds up..

Ordered a super king bed kept getting delivered to a different address finally managed to get it to the right address 2 weeks later! Deliverers came to drop bed off I had paid to have it assembled to which they said we aren’t doing it rang lush interiors who spoke to them. They made the bed after a big hoo haa. 2 days later the bed collapsed slept on a mattress on the floor since been 5 weeks and still waiting on the stupid company to do something apparently parts were meant to be sent not received anything till day!! Stay away

This is difficult for me to rate I ordered 26/12/19 did not receive email back to start off with then received email with order number but it is now 18/1/20 and still have not had any contact from Lush interiors with any follow up information or delivery information so I am unable to comment about something I have not as yet received

We ordered a super king Park Lane Bed last year and now feel like we can honestly review. The bed was delivered earlier than expected, without any prior warning but luckily I work close to home and managed to get home when I received a phone call from the delivery guy outside my house.

The bed itself is AMAZING! Its solid, well built, and pure luxury. We had to put this bed in storage for a couple of months because we were awaiting our house to be built. A few months after moving home I had a problem with my mattress (not from lush interiors) and it had sunk. My mattress company replaced this and two months down the line the same happened. We replaced the mattress completely this time with a different brand but I did notice that the wooden bed base seemed to have warped. I called Lush Interiors to see about getting this replaced JUST to rule out this affecting why I'd had two mattresses that had sunk.I personally don't think this had any affect on my mattress sinking, But was advised by the mattress company to rule this out by replacing the base. Lush very kindly said they'd send me a replacement base out free of charge which I thought was very good of them!

This contact was first made on the 12/09/19 and I was told this would be with me in a few days. I contacted again on the 1/10/19 and was told that they have resent a new base as they weren't sure what happened with regards to the original expected delivery. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were actually doing me a favour replacing this free of charge. After emails and phone calls in between we arrived at the 31/10/219 and still no replacement bed base. I was then told that they had "attempted" two deliveries at my address but for a reason they cant explain neither was successful.

I called the shop and expressed my disappointment that a business as established as LUSH couldn't provide any tracking information for these "attempted deliveries" and no one had even called me. I was then told they will re arrange delivery again and almost immediately i received an email with tracking information. We finally had our replacement base delivered today 12/11/19.

In all honesty I don't ever think the first two deliveries were attempted as there was no tracking information provided like the third deliver. Although LUSH INTERIORS did me a huge favour in replacing the bed base free of charge the delivery service really needs attention.

Would i buy from them again? probably no to be honest unless the product was something out of this world. Their product was amazing but the customer service and delivery was really poor.

We bought a bed and a dining table 3 months ago. The service was great and the delivery was made 14 days before the expected delivery date. The customer service provided by the guys when I visited the showroom to chose my furniture to coming in to fit my bed was excellent. Their Customer service was brilliant and they even came to deliver the bed when it suited me which was out of their normal working hours. They really do go out their way and go the extra mile for their clients and I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future.

Received my sofa and dining set today morning. Absolute delighted with the quality of both.
The delivery team kept us informed regarding delivery and assembled the items perfectly.
Couldn’t recommend Lush Interiors enough.
