Bought a Rolex from them in September and had some issues with it in February. Contacted LOW and the handled it immediately. !st class service. Will definitely use them again.

Really nice datejust if you use affirm it will take about 5 days even if you order expedited shipping. Would buy again!

As a former NFL player and current real estate investor I put a premium on 2 things :
Professionalism and honesty. Ed and Luxury of Watches overdelivered on both.
Buying a watch online for the first time and tired from haggling for a living in the real estate world I wanted a non pushy, professional salesman. Ed was excellent, calm and knowledgeable he never pushed for a quick sale or tried to upgrade my purchase. The used Rolex was delivered on time and looked “ brand new “ according to my local Rolex dealer. Extremely pleased with the overall experience

This was my first real watch purchase and I was really hesitant to purchase this big of a watch that cost 5 figures online and not at an AD. As well all know the difficulties of purchasing a highly sought out Rolex at an AD can be... I am more than happy with my choice to use LoW. I purchased the watch on Tue and received it on Thursday. The customer service professionals that I talked to on the phone pre and post purchase were excellent, answering every single question I had no matter how silly they may have been. All in all, I recommend using LoW in the event you do not have connections with an AD for a new/unused high luxury watch. I now have my dream Datejust and look forward to using LoW in the future when I save up for my Submariner or GMT.

It is a shame that a company that makes tens of thousands of dollars every week would not return my small $200 deposit on a Rolex that was not even shown on their website for sale. I was not ready to commit the full $9,500 on the watch because my wife and I share input into every major purchase. They were to hold it for 10 days. I cancelled my order 3 days after my c card was run, well within the period. Alas, buyer beware as they refused to return my relatively small and insignificant deposit. They forever lost my business and that of anyone relying on me for information on preowned Rolex sources.

I have purchased 2 watches from World of Luxury watches
One pre owned last year , and a new one this year
They take care of any problems and quickly resolve issues
I would definitely buy from them again
