I love this hair. It's super soft and looks really natural. The ends are naturally tapered and the extensions are really thick and blend in with my shoulder length, really thick, and really blunt hair. The color is slightly lighter than my hair but looks like balayage.

Oh man. I was skeptical about the price point. I’ve payed this and more for other hair extensions and not really have been wowed. Never have I been like “that was worth the money for sure”. I bought a brown balayage halo from Luxy after seeing reviews. I finally took the dive. Luxy Hair did NOT disappoint. I’m so so amazed! Luxurious packaging, opened to find amazing hair. It even comes with two, generous clips for the side! So long, so soft. I’m a customer forever and truly feel like I never have to spend my money anywhere else but here for above quality extensions. Thank you. I feel so beautiful!

Just purchased the Luxy Halo in chocolate brown balayage. It is amazing. The hair is such good quality. I would know as I have worn the more permanent types for over 5 years now. It is so quick and easy to put in and blends so well with my very thin long hair. So happy with this halo I have also just purchased the clip in ponytail and clip in bangs.

I have thick hair that’s slightly past my shoulders and these extensions blended extremely well with my hair!
I dye my hair black (I have brown hair) and the Off Black 20” are the perfect shade for when my hair is freshly dyed hair or when the color starts to fade.

Best hair extension brand I’ve ever bought from. This is my new favorite hair brand, I’ve bought 3 sets of extensions from them so far & loved every single one of them! The hair is great quality and so easy to maintain. They also have a variety of different colors so it is easy to match to your own hair. I have received so many compliments, people think it’s my natural hair. The clips are also very durable, I never have problems with them sliding as I have with other brands. Thanks Luxy Hair!!

The worst experience I ever had with Customer service .. I Place a order never came in they wanted me to go make a police report I told I was scared to go because of this virus is going around and that was the Norway I could get my money .....I will never ever buy from them....I have a lot of friends that buy hair extensions will tell them about my experience...they have no number to talk to them I told them I couldn’t go out because my son has a low immune still didn’t care worst experience ever....

Despite the problems with the carrier, we are glad to get finally the halo delivered. Very good quality and thank you Takara for your support! My mum is so happy as the color matches her with her hairs!

I ordered the seamless bronde balayage clip ins and was extremely excited because the color matched my hair perfectly. Unfortunately, as soon as i applied heat to the hair extensions, they started burning. These are not 100% human hair. These extensions are a hybrid.

Update: Read their response..... I’m telling them what happened and instead of taking accountability or doing anything for me (considering my total was over $200) they post another unhelpful response. I work customer service for a company who values their customers. You can get the same quality hair cheaper with companies who appreciate you spending your hard earned money ESPECIALLY during this times of uncertainty. SHAME ON YOU LUXY! I’ll buy elsewhere!

I’m not rating the hair quality 1star but my experience. Even though the hair is decent quality I will never shop with them again. In fact the checkout process tricked me into placing an order I wasn’t ready to place. The website says since the warehouse works to get orders out so quickly you have 15 minutes to make changes which would have been fine because I immediately went to contact them but they do not have a number to call. It tells you for immediate issues to email them. Which I did, but I didn’t receive a response until the next day. The response back was so unhelpful and was even told to just refuse the package so I didn’t have to pay to ship it back. The response also ignored why I was really upset and provided no real support. You can get just as good of hair probably even cheaper with plenty of other companies. Oh yeah and I paid for express shipping and it was late which I also blame the carrier.

I'm soooo happy with my new set! They are just amazing in quality and the customer service was just out of this world Excellent! They responded to all my questions and when I picked the wrong color they were so fast to refund my money so I can purchase a different color. If I could give them more stars I would. I give them a 10 stars in best customer service!

I received my Luxy hair extensions in like 3 days after I ordered and I have to say I absolutely love them. The quality of the hair is great, the hair color was spot on and they clip right on, I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for hair extensions.

I honestly was super nervous about how these would work for me. I have a lot of very fine hair and was Looking for volume vs length as my hair is already long.

I could not be happier with how these turned out! I put them in as soon as they were delivered and they are perfect! The color blends in perfect and it gives me the volume I was looking for!

If you are considering purchasing these extensions...just do it!!! You will NOT regret it. I recently removed my tape in extensions due to quarantine, and although my natural hair is thick, it is very silky/fine. I have to put a lot of work into styling my natural hair in order to obtain even the slightest volume, and I quickly started to miss the effortless volume that extensions provide. Although I did like my tape in extensions, my hair grows very quickly and tape in extensions start to annoy me in about 3-4 weeks. I have worn clip ins previously and was interested in making the switch back, but was unsure of what brand to go with. I spent a lot of time reading reviews for luxy extensions and was blown away by the amount of positive reviews and photos. Although I did not need assistance color matching as my hair is true ash brown and is not dyed, I LOVE that they offer to help with that as it can be daunting for first time
buyers. Once my extensions arrived, I was absolutely over the moon. They are soft, silky, and look so natural! The color match is perfect. I’m extra and wanted Rapunzel hair- I’m 5’2” and ordered the 24” extensions. They reach my hips, but still blend beautifully. I have gotten so many compliments! . I am sold...I will be a Luxy girl for life!!

I was so nervous about spending so much money on extensions and color matching but holy crap these are AMAZING!!! They match my hair literally perfectly (bronde balayage) and I’ve styled it straight and curly and they’re so pretty, I’m so glad I bought these, wish I could share photos. I ordered more after getting the extensions :)
