MACROS

I have been using Macros for the last 6 months and would highly recommend it to anyone who lives an active lifestyle and values saving time and energy. I have quite an active routine - gym 4 days per week, golf once a week - but was having trouble cutting fat. My job is also quite demanding and I work long hours so I'm always looking at ways to free up my time. Since starting the program, I've lost about 7kg without much change in my workout habits. The Mongolian Beef and Sicilian Chicken are two of my favorite, but I can honestly say I really enjoy all of the chicken-based meals.

My first meal delivery service was My Muscle Chef. I decided to try Macros after 3 months. I found Macros's meals to be tastier and have high calories, which is what I wanted. Glad I decided to switch.

Have been with MACROS for a few months now - customer service is always prompt and deliveries are on time. And most importantly - the food tastes great. I usually don’t like healthy food, but the meals (esp chicken ones) are delicious.

I thought I’d give Macros a gif because of the Macros but have to say that I am pretty annoyed with them right now on account of their poor customer service and refusal to accept responsibility for a fault at their end. I received a message last night telling me my food was to be delivered today despite the website stating quite clearly when I took my subscription off pause that it would be delivered on the 6th which coincides with the day I am back from overseas. I payed on the 22nd. I tried to handle the issue in a reasonable manner by informing them as soon as I received the message and then following up today once the food was delivered to be told that it is a weekly subscription delivery service and the only record they have of a paused account is my currently paused account! I payed on the 22nd and the delivery date stated was clearly the 6th and not today. Further to this, on inspection of the food, many of the items have expiration dates for the 4th or 5th so no way I could have got through them all given the short expiry dates. I actually have a theory that they have deliberately delivered early to clear stock that was nearing expiration and that the company is extremely dishonest. I won’t be buying again and will switch back to My Muscle Chef which seems to be a better product. Food is tasty and the ordering process means you can one off order when it suits. As for the Macros, there are plenty of high protein options but maybe not to the extent of Macros.

Ive been on the muscle gain program for 3 months now and am seeing progress. I hate meal prep so MACROS is ideal and makes it easy to hit my calorie and protein targets.

I tried 16 different meals from Macros.

Overall, the quality was OK - agree with the comments about the greens (broccoli, beans, etc). All the greens had lost their colour. I expected the meals to look more 'fresh'.

Best meals (for me) were the hoki/salmon. Ironically, the worst was the spag bol! (pasta was very soggy, and the sauce had a weird taste).

I have numerous problems with the courier as they DO NOT know how to following instructions. I specifically asked the courier company for the goods to be handed to a person with a signature. And what do they do? They leave it unattended. As a result, the items got stolen!
I complained about this to Macros and advised me they will follow this up and provide feedback to the courier company. Guess what! The courier company left the package unattended AGAIN!
Macros did provide a full refund. Then they stopped as the items were consistently getting stolen. As they were and then stopped because it in their terms and conditions that they do not refund even if your items were stolen. Despite numerous complaints about their courier not following instructions, I have had enough and switched to youfoodz.

Despite numerous complaints, the courier still does not follow instructions. Macros response was "It is outside their control"
Can you imagine leaving a parcel unattended in an apartment building? Macros have done absolutely nothing to resolve this and the problem still continue to occur.

DO NOT buy from macros.
I have asked all my friends I have referred to cancel their subscription.

I’ve been subscribed to macros for 6 months now on their sculpt plan. Combined with exercise, a healthier lifestyle and the convenience of their awesome meals, I have been able to achieve my weight loss goals. Highly recommend for those looking to really focus on their health and bring in more variety to their diet without the stress of cooking.

I have only just recently heard about MACROS and I was hesitant at first because I cook at home anyway but I was super keen to try it anyway! Their meals as everyone has mentioned is so good and their variety is what I love the most because I get bored so easily.
Honestly, I love them but I wish they had some sort of snack...

I have only recently joined Macros as they have brought on the weight loss plan which is my main fitness goal. While I do not excercise I try to lose weight with my diet and have found macros currently the best fit so far.

Just finished my first week and I'm in love with these meals. I love how they use real ingredients and their meals are super tasty. I've bought youfoodz bin the past and find these have much more flavour! Even though I'm working from home atm my workload has quadrupled so haven't had time too cook, now I don't need to worry and I will definitely continue ordering. There have been one or two meals I didn't like but I think it just comes down to personal taste preferences rather than the actual meal itself. I found their chicken dishes to still be tender and not dry which is saying something for a pre-packaged meal! I actually love the subscription idea (it's also what made me buy in the first place) as I would always forget to reorder meals with youfoodz and living away from a metro area means that if I missed the cutoff date, I would have to wait another week.

Been using Macros for the past few months now and cannot recommend them enough. I'm an endurance athlete that struggles to find time to properly prepare food on a weekly basis however with Macros I know I've always got a great tasting meal on standby.
The added variety ensures that I start looking forward to meals and don’t need to worry about leftovers as each meal is taken care of. Macros meals are all accessible on the MyFitnessPal app, which makes it super easy for my nutritionist and coaches to track input.
Definitely recommend for people time pressed or looking to add some variety into their weekly diets.

I placed an order on a Sunday evening and emailed that same night asking to cancel it. They said no, I had missed the cut off which was Saturday...the day before I ordered lol.
So if you can travel back in time to cancel the order you haven’t even placed yet, then you’re golden. Otherwise it’s tough luck, you get immediately charged for food that won’t rock up for another 2 weeks.

I have been with macros for 10 months and I have made the biggest change in my life that I absolutely love! I can see a massive difference in the way I train and also how healthy my body is starting to look!
My favourite meal by far is the Mongolian beef and I am actually so thankful for macros. The deliveries are always on time and the courier always follows my instructions.

My only feedback that I would ask is to have a breakfast option, I would absolutely love that! Hopefully that gets introduced in the future. Thanks so much Macros for the quality of service and the meals!

Been on Macros for 5 months now, really good variety with meals. Haven’t gotten bored yet. The chicken and fish dishes are the best and really well cooked. I always order the Spice Rubbed Chicken and Sweet Potato and Baked Hoki Bowl.

This was to be my third week with MACROS meal delivery service. The meals are good but delivery and customer service are terrible. I have paid over $100 for goods and services I never received and customer support are ignoring my refund requests.

My meals were scheduled to be delivered on Monday between 8am and 6pm to my workplace. They did not arrive. I waited late at work until after 6pm, and received no communication, so this was very frustrating. I emailed customer support that evening. No response.

The next day, in the afternoon, I received a call from a courier saying they were trying to deliver a parcel to me, and complaining there was no parking out the front of my building. I work in the CBD, so there is no parking in front of any buildings on my street, but couriers make deliveries to my building everyday without issue.

I explained that I was not expecting a parcel and asked who the parcel was from. The courier explained it was from MACROS. He told me that another courier had given him the parcel to deliver today, as they had run out of time the day prior.

I explained to the courier that the parcel contained fresh food and needed to be delivered the day prior. I informed the courier that I was not prepared to accept delivery as I was concerned about food safety. I had also already made other arrangements for my meals after my meal delivery did not arrive the day prior without explanation.

A short time later, I received a text message saying my meals had been delivered. I did not receive any meals.

I then contacted customer support again two further times that day, requesting they address my concerns and provide a refund for my order that week. I have received no response.

I have now cancelled my subscription and I would not recommend using this company.

I live a busy life and due to the most recent situation at work in the warehousing industry, there is big money to be made with little time to cook or shop even. I hope they do not remove the Vietnamese chicken noodle because I am in love with the sauce!

For a meal that you only need 2 minutes for I admit I would not be able to find anything just as good even if I was to cook for myself. Please keep in mind not to over order like I did as the containers are quite big

I recently signed up with Macros and I have to say Im pleasantly surprised! I have never been a big fan of these kind of services but it has surpassed all expectations! :)

There are heaps of meals to choose from and the different plans are super accomodating for different lifestyles!

My favourite meal is the Herb Encrusted Salmon! This was one of the meals I was unsure about and now I can't get enough of it! But I would suggest that some of the meals could have more veggies in them.

Their support team is also super helpful, I have jumped on their live chat several times and my questions are always answered promptly.

Would definitely recommended this to anyone who is looking to start using any meal prep service! Helps save time and money :)

I was so excited for my order to arrive but was disappointed from the very first meal I tried.
I ordered ten and couldnt finish a single one with some going straight to the bin. All meals that contained meat were so tough I couldnt even chew them.
