I didn't like the promo for free issues of 2 other magazines. It then turned into a $30 charge to my bank account. This kind of promo is cheap, low, and deceitful. I will NEVER use your online service again and will only renew the subscription for the magazine I want by US Mail.

I placed my order with your agency three months ago. Expecting to receive a magazine since the order, but my son has yet to receive one. Nor have I received a letter in regards to the late delivery...

well I received 3 episodes of my popular science at once-meaning I got a bunch of old magazines that I really didn't want and that will subtract 3 months out of my remaining subscription &new magazines coming way. Kinda bumbed. I wouldn't of minded if it didn't subtract from the new issues that I was going to receive in the future other than that everything's fine

The deliveries were a little backed up, so I ended up getting 3 months worth at one time. Other than that, everything was good.

Ordering my subscription of People magazine was easy however your policy of automatically renewing it one month later is absolutely fraud. I chose a 3 month subscription to determine if I liked it. I was very surprised to see a charge on my card one month later renewing it for me. You need to reconsider your policy on this.

I have just received another offer from Magazines.com to use their service. Through MyPoints.com I have tried Magazines.com at least three times over at least 10 years. Once I ordered three magazines. Twice I ordered two magazines each time. In every case, I never received more than one of the magazines ordered and never more than one issue, although the subscriptions ran for up to one year. Each time I contacted Magazine.com and was assured my complaint would be addressed. It was not, even after more than one contact. I guess I kept trying because I am an optimist, probably just hopeful because the prices are good and I would receive points from MyPoints.

In September, I paid for a year's subscription on two magazines. Now I am getting renewal notices, saying that my subscription ends next month!! (making it a total of 3 months.)

I ordered a magazine subscription in September and have still not received it. I am still waiting. I hope it is in my mailbox before Christmas . As it was suppose to be a birthday present.The subscription payment came out of my account though. My husband is anxious to read it. Perhaps, I can give a better review when and if it gets here. If it is not a popular magazine then maybe it is going to take longer.

Placed my order in mid Sept. For a 10 month subscription. I didn't get any correspondence until right before Thanksgiving. I STILL DONT HAVE A MAGAZINE! Unhappy with this arrangement. It would have been nice to know this at the beginning.

I ordered 2 magazines for my Husband and he has only got 2 months for 1 of the magazine BUT other magazine we have NOT got yet. I ordered these at the same time in Sept . How long does it take them to print out a monthly magazine ?? The one he has not got is a search a word puzzle .

It seemed to have taken forever from the time I place the order on 9/21 until I received my first and only subscription. You should have stated when I ordered when to expect my first issue.

I ordered Magazine subscriptions as a gift back in September and just recently found out (because I went out of my way to check) that they will not start until December and January. The subscriptions should start the first issue after ordered or if not, you should at least be clearly notified about when it will start.

I had ordered Sports Illustrated For Kids on 8/11/14, paid for the 6 mos subscription, however never received the magazine. I called and reported that I hadn't received it on12/2. The gentleman stated that he would look into it for me. On Dec 3rd I received an e-mail from the publisher liason, stating that the publisher was having a hard time locating the order. I called customer service on Dec 6th, and they had stated that JEANETTE Cromley (LIASON), sent the publisher proof of purchase, and was waiting for them to respond.This was a gift, and I was suppose to receive the magazine in October, and now it's December, and I still haven't received it.
