I ordered 3 Chamilia charms on the 3 for 2 offer. Prices were excellent anyway, so even better value for money. Opted for next day delivery, and they arrived as arranged. Will definately buy from Market Cross Jewellers again.

I ordered on the 15th of April and was sent the incorrect item, they were very helpful and told me to send back the incorrect bracelet and they would refund me the delivery and send the correct item. I received the delivery cost back, however I have never received the correct bracelet. I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund and I have had nothing back from them. Very disappointed that I am now out of pocket with no contact at all from them. I am now having to open a PayPal dispute in order to try to get my money back.

I found exactly the charm I wanted for my Pandora bracelet and in fact the Chamilia charm I chose was one I hadn't seen on any other sites selling this range of jewellery. Well impressed with the price and speed of delivery. Keep up the good work.

This is my first experience buying a watch from the Internet. I chose the Raymond Weil watch and read other reviews before taking the plunge. I had a query about the sizing and phoned the Jewellers direct and spoke to an extremely pleasant and polite man who told me how to size and to send an email with the details once the watch had been ordered. I was away for the weekend and he advised when the best time would be to order and when the watch would be delivered. He was spot on and the watch arrived on the day and by the time he had predicted, beatifully packaged with all the certification, spare watch links and guarantee. The watch is prettier and more classy than the photo and I am delighted with it and at such a good price. I will certainly use Market Cross in the future and fully recommend them.

Ordered two chamilia charms as Christmas presents these charms really stand out great colours nice and neat I know the people getting them will be chuffed,ordered on internet arrived within a few days great service for a great product.

I ordered a Pandora charm for a christmas present from my local store with no hassle. I then received a call a few days later to say that my product was in the store and i could go and collect it.
A day or so later, i went into the store to collect the charm as it was 4 days before Christmas.
The woman was lovely and helpful- as most of the staff are, but on showing me the charm that was under my name, it was completely different to what i had ordered.
It has now left me hardly no time to get the charm i had previously wanted in time for christmas as it is sold out in most other stores.
I am very annoyed as i had received a call previous days before saying that my charm that i had ordered was in stock.
Quite optimistic whether i would use the store again.

I recently purchased a Weird Ape watch in the black Friday sales which was fantastic value for money, however a mistake was made and the watch was sold in a store as my order went through. I contacted market cross and the customer services noticed this and were beyond apologetic and for the inconvenience the gave me another discount. I was only buying a low value watch but felt i was treated as if i was buying a £10k watch, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and when buying my next luxury watch suffice to say they will be my first port of call.

I placed an order for some ear rings and asked tem to be delivered to the store in Middlesbrough as they are for a Christmas present and I did not want my wife to see them. I went to collect them from the store and they were not there , I was told to come back the next day ( Monday ) when I did they were still not there but I waited for about 15 mins then one of the sales assistance told me that they have been delivered to my house ?????? My wife took them and looked at the parcel which had market cross marked clearly as the sender ???? No surprise for her now . wasted my time going to the shop the second time and sent to my house when my order clearly states deliver t the shop. Hope this honest and clear enough for you. Regards.

Bought a beautiful Citizen Ceramic Eco Drive watch (FB1241-53 model) after spotting it on marketcross jewellers website with the added bonus it was reduced by half the price, only £149.50 for a great quality time piece that won't ever need a new battery! It arrived the next day before 1pm even though I was close to the next day delivery cut off point when I ordered it. Very pleased with both watch and service. Thank you.

I contacted market cross jewellers vie telephone for a price on two Raymond Weil watches for my twin boys 18th birthday. One of the watches was at a 50% discount to the list price and the cheapest advertised anywhere. The other had no discount but was advertised slightly cheaper with another retailer online . I asked if they could better the online price and they gave me a 20% discount. The watches arrived the next day and came with original Raymond Weil presentation boxes and world wide warranty cards. Very pleased with customer service and next day delivery at no extra cost. Highly recommended, try them for a price match.

I’ve ordered around two weeks again and my order still says order dispatched and now I’m starting to worry I really hope this is not a scam. I tried contacting their number and just lead me to operator saying I dialed 0. I’m just confused and want to know if I’m getting my order and very frustrated with no one to contact.

Ordered a limited edition Oris Aquis online at an excellent price, got it delivered to Ireland in less than a week. Watch was very securely packed and arrived brand new as advertised. Very pleased will definitely buy from again.

I bought a Citizen Eco Drive Diamond watch in the sale, which was £110.00 cheaper than the same one in Goldsmiths, which in their sale was £230.00. On the 19th July I ordered and was invoiced and paid for 2 Troll Beads. One of which was called Ice Bear. On the 22nd July I received an e-mail to say that due to a listing error this was not available. These were for my wife's Birthday so she was very disappointed. I took another bead instead but it really is not what she wanted and only received them yesterday too late for her birthday. Really not good enough.

Bought an item online and was advised would receive email advising when dispatched have not received one or my item and its 4 working days later. I have received a rating e-mail before my dispatch e-mail!! Says on website 2-3 working days.

Placed an order for a £2150 watch used a discount code , order went through fine they took my money then tell me the next day I can’t have it , now have to wait days to get my £2000 back, lying cheating scammers, stay well away.!!!!!!!
