I ordered two of the Sherpa pullovers one in navy blue and the other in a tawny brown color, they are both in excellent quality. I also ordered a Sherpa ear warmer, and the navy striped monogrammed duck boots came free with a purchase of $125 or more. The navy sherpa is very thick and has a thick liner on the inside for added warmth, it also has the option to unzip the sides on the bottom to give it a slit look on the sides or you can keep it zipped to keep it all together. I love this pullover. I order the L/XL and it fits perfect I am 5’4” 200lbs, 40DD, size 16.
Sometimes ordering online can be tricky but I read lots of reviews before making my purchases. The tawny monogrammed pullover is a different material not as thick as the navy blue one. Also ordered the L/XL, it fits more snug. It’s more of a stretchier Sherpa material, I love the monogram and how everything turned out. Both pullovers also have a half zipper at the top.
The Sherpa ear warmer is very stretchy and fits perfectly. I ordered the oatmeal colored one it’s a mix of white and beige, it goes well with the brown accents on the navy blue Sherpa and the tawny colored one as well.
The duck boots I order fit perfectly. I read online that you may want to order up a size, especially if you want to wear thick socks with these. I usually were a size 7.5 wide calf for taller boots. These go about mid calf on me, I ordered a size 8 and they are roomy on my foot but still fit well, also the calf part fits well. With thick socks these will fit perfectly. The calf part can be adjusted with the use of the corset styled laces located on the back of the boot. I have yet to try these outside in the rain but they do seem like the rubber bottoms will be water resistant. Ordered Christmas Eve, and received 12/31. Hoping this review helps you with your shopping decisions! Best of Luck! First time buyer and I love my items, I cannot wait to purchase more in the future.

I ordered three things, and one of my things I ordered typed wrong monogram initials and customer service was great and changed it before the order was made but one of my items there was a pocket with the monogram off-center and there’s a gap between the thread. Wish the pocket was different but other than that pretty please

I ordered the $60 “silver” rose gold plated monogram ring...I just received it..I think my nieces PLASTIC ring she won at chucked cheese is better material. Very VERY disappointed. And it said I got free gold pineapple earrings..but came With silver anchor earrings instead.

Today my first purchase arrived and I am absolutely in love with my new beach coverup! My package came within a week even during the COVID pandemic! I can't wait for it to get warmer out so I can wear my new beach coverup that I honestly plan on wearing as a Birthday dress for my solo quarantine birthday party lol.
For reference I am 5 feet tall, 36D bust and normally wear a size medium and the small/medium size was a perfect fit.
I've spent much more than $20 on a beach tunic being a shore girl, but never have i had a monogrammed one!
Very Impressed with my purchase and cant wait for my next!
p.s. my order came with FREE earrings ! They're super cute for FREE earrings!

I ordered monogram shoes the monogram you could not tell what it said wore them twice and now they have holes in them. The quality of there stuff is horrible. I will never order anything from them again. Please do not order from these people it’s a rip off

I have been shopping with Marley Lilly for years. The deals are great. The free gift deals are even better. But what really makes me love Marley Lilly is their wonderful customer service! Anytime something is not correct with my order they immediately correct it and they let you keep whatever you have. You do not have to send it back. I have nothing but good things to say!

I ordered a rain pull over and I loved the look and fit and my monogram but the first time I wore it the seam ripped on one side and I didn't even get it caught on anything. Then sewed it and wore it again and the other side ripped. So I had to see that side and I haven't wore it very much since then but I wore it today and now a seam in my arm is ripped. The quality of this product is poorly made and I'm very disappointed that I basically have to see my own jacket everytime I wear it. Horrible.

I ordered a monogram pullover and received an email saying to use this promo code for a pair of $20 earrings for free. I used the code, went through my order and the total was correct, it had given me the earrings free, so I'm thinking it's good to go...

The next day I receive my email confirmation and it says that my purchase total is $69.99. I was being charged for the "FREE" earrings. I wrote to the customer service, I got an email back almost immediately apologizing and saying they were going to credit my card and that in a few minutes I would get a confirmation email with the correct total less the $19.99 earrings which are supposed to be free.

72 hours goes by (I waited as per the customer service direction) and still no refund to my account and STILL no corrected email. The $69.99 charge has now gone from "pending" in my account to finalized.

I write the customer service dept. again, and again receive a quick response apologizing and assuring me that they had processed the credit to my account, she even sent me a screenshot of where supposedly it shows it being processed back to me. They suggest I call my bank to see "when to expect it to settle in to my account".

I will never order from them again. I was really excited about their products because they are very cute, but if this is how they treat customers, it's not worth it.

WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM MARLEY LILLY AGAIN.

I bought 3 sweatshirts from this website. A week later I never got an email about them being shipped so I emailed the company. One of the sizes I ordered was discontinued. Even though I purchased it AND they took my money did they inform me they didn’t have it. If it was discontinued then why was it on the website? And why was I not notified sooner about it? Awful service and communication skills.

When I sent an email to let them know that not only did I buy one pair, but two pair for gifts. After wearing them just one time they complained of foot and back pain. Neither one of them have any history of either type of pain. The only thing in common was that they wore the boots. Their response was sorry about that. We will let the manufacturer know and that just FYI they don't advertise that there is any foot support. Really??? They don't advertise that the boots are the cause of the pain either. So frustrated!

I just recieved my first order from Marleylilly, at first I was sceptical due to some reviews BUT I must say I am very pleased! I ordered 2 pullovers and some duck boots (all monogrammed). The pullovers are beautiful, true to size and the material is so cozy! The boots are sooo cute! I saw complaints about not being able to see the monogram on them but that's definitely not the case with mine. They look great! I used the color recommended when you personalize and it shows wonderfully. I also talked with customer service the day of my purchase because I wanted to change my monogram style on one of my pullovers. They replied super fast and was very kind. I will be purchasing from Marleylilly again. Probably tonight

I ordered two bags, a backpack and a cooler. Both were in Mint color. One is a mint green, the other is a baby blue. Color is very misleading. The handbag I ordered is cheaply made and looks cheap. Very disappointed in this company. I called and spoke with customer service. I was told the colors are both mint and a shade different from each other. I finally hung up.

I've been ordering from them for several years now & have had zero problem with anything I've received. I do tend to stick to sales for the greater value but I always find the products to be good quality, well made, & hold up over time. I always get tons of compliments, too. I understand the issue with the snaps on the duck boots but how else are they supposed to be monogrammed without being removable. Place a small piece of plastic wrap between the snaps to make them hold better. Put as many layers as you need to make them stick. I'm not too worked up over them because I got them as a free promotion as part of a Christmas order. Also, I do have foot & back issues, & I teach, but I've worn them all day at school (on my feet all day, too) without exacerbating my issues & they were fine. Buy some inserts - most duck boots are flat bottomed. I'm considering that myself.
Great company - great stuff - happy, 5 year, repeat customer.

I received the gold Clear Stadium Crossbody as a gift for Christmas. So Cute!! Because it was so cute I decided to order the same crossbody in Silver.
Oh My Goodness - It is hideous!!!
The Gold Crossbody had a very tasteful pebbled look to the gold accents. The Silver Crossbody looks like a disco ball. No one over the age of 12 would be caught using it unless you are going to an 80s party or something - it's pretty cheesy.
Very Very Very Disappointed in the quality of the silver accents on the bag. FYI - mine is monogrammed so I am stuck with it. I believe it will have to go in the Goodwill bag.

I placed an order in November. When 15 days went by without an order i emailed them and called. When I called I was put through to voicemail that said it was full. I waited and sent a 2nd email and made another phone call. This time I was able to leave a message. Waited no response on either. This time I sent an email, posted on facebook, filled out their online contact form and called but alas again the voicemail was full. Finally got a response on facebook where they posted my tracking information showing my home address for all the world to see as well as the fact the items had just shipped that day. I asked to have a manager contact me as I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism. They said they called. I emailed a screenshot of my phone log showing they had not. My phone rings and it is them. The woman on the other line immediatly starts laying into me and making excuses. I told her I wanted to her what she was going to do about it not excuses. She kept insiisting there was nothing she could do. She offered a store credit and i asked what I would do with it as I was never shopping with them again. I asked for a refund and she said it was not their policy. I asked if it was their policy to send an order out three weeks late. She hung up on me. Posted on facebook that I would be contacting the BBB and suddenly the posted they were issuing a full refund and I could keep the product. They product still has not arrived and I truly do not expect it to do so.

I ordered a camelbak monogrammed water bottle for Christmas. It arrived in time but the monogram was off center and tilted to the right. It also had a rip and 2 significant creases in it. It looked like a child applied the monogram onto the bottle. I now have to scramble for a different present and will not be able to get anything personalized in time. Will not order from them again.

I ordered two monogrammed pullovers as Christmas gifts at $50 each (on sale.) Shipping was quick, communication is good, and I received a very nice, free scarf as well. Quality is somewhat acceptable at first glance. Inside edges (where collar folds down) are open/raw and threading very visible, sizes run VERY large, and one pullover had a hole on the inside which caused a run on the back of the pullover. I cannot return as the items were monogrammed. Must say, I am disappointed. I won’t be ordering from the company again. My experience with Etsy has been MUCH better and cheaper as well.

The first thing I ordered from Marley Lilly was a pair of monogrammed boots which were on sale for $40.00.. that's as much as you'd pay for a regular pair of boots! After I received them and saw how amazing the quality was, I ordered a Monogrammed sweater. AMAZING TOO. Its fleece and super heavy duty. It only takes about 3-4 days to get to you too! And with every order, you get a free gift. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE MARLEY LILLY?!
