I bought 2 different wool and cashmere blend jumpers at a hefty £60-70 each. They literally fall apart! The wool is bleeding all over every chair, car seat, floor it's actually embarrassing! This was before I washed them, so this is not a consideration. Sadly I cannot provide photographic evidence on this review of all the areas in my home, office and car ruined by these horrid jumpers.

Not happy, and I doubt the luxury photography on their website will convince me to shop there again. Sorry, but sort your QC out please.

Worst customer service, I bought a shoes from massimo dutti turkey and it was one size bigger. They refused to exchange it for me because it was out of stock but it was not. Their exchange policy is worst than any other brand.

Consumer Rights Act has came in force on 1st October 2015 and it gives customers the statutory right to return something and get the money back if the item is faulty.
If a customer is outside the 30-day right to reject, customers have to give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace any faulty goods or faulty digital content which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.
If goods are faulty and customers don't have the receipt, customers still have the right to a repair, refund or replacement as under the Consumer Rights Act. Customers just need to show proof of payment, such as a bank statement with the transaction on it.

I went to the shop in King's Rd in London on 1st Feb as my top had two holes behind the neck. The manager did not want to do anything despite I printed my bank statement as I did not have the original receipt and she did not tell me to email HO or write a letter.
Massimo Dutti please read the Consumer Right 2015 Part 1 Chapter 2 section 19 on legislation.gov.uk and read what the British law says.

I am disgusted with Massimo Dutti. I bought a jumper for my husband as a Christmas present on 12/12/19 in a Spanish store. Soon after I had to go back to another country to look after a sick relative. On my return I had to take the jumper back because it was too big. I was 2 days over the 30 day return policy. I would have been happy with a credit note. I know I was 2 days late returning the jumper but had no option to bring it back sooner. Of course Massimo Dutti do not want to help their customers at all. I was refused point blank in store to be allowed to change it. I contacted their customer service team online & found them very rude, she even cut me off. I was hoping for a little compassion from Massimo Dutti as it being the Christmas season but they refuse to budge. I am now left with a useless garment that my husband cannot possibly wear. Other fashion stores have a longer returns policy over the Christmas period. For eg. H&M aré doing Christmas returns up to the end of January. I am not sure I would shop in Massimo Dutti again. The staff online are very rude & not at all helpful to my situation

Bought a skirt from them on 15 April which was too small it was a nightmare trying to return it. It was delivered by Royal Mail, but the bar code sent for returns couldn’t be scanned by Royal Mail. No clue on the website as to which courier to return it by. Contacted them via Messenger Customer service assistant Maja first said she would generate ate a new Royal Mail code. Then she said when the return was reviewed a courier would pick it up. When I asked why it had to be reviewed, no answer Phone number recorded answer in a foreign language then cuts off. Only reason I have given 2 stars is because now they have added a generate return on their website which they hadn’t before. Did that and I was email a new bar code which thank goodness was accepted by the post office I will not wait for weeks for a refund, as some pehave said happens, but will be contacting my credit card provider Will never be buyI got anything from this company again
