I recently when to the East Boldon store to purchase a suit for a couple of up and coming weddings.
I wasn't 100% sure exactly what I was after and the young lady who help me select and try on the suit could not do enough to help me i just wish id taken her name as i would nominate her for employee of the year.
She put me straight at ease as i walked in and help me at every stage even to sort out alterations to the trousers, that I didn't even realise that you do.
Fantastic service I would recommend to anyone who is after not only a suit but shirts and accessories
this was my first visit and definately not my last.
i would go as far to say even on my return visit to collect my altered Trousers the guy made sure everything was done right before i left.

Sales assistant think called lou went way beyond her remit. Very helpful and professional. Will be back in april to order wedding suits.

Great service extremely helpful going above and beyond what I would have expected taking time to phone Taylor's for me and getting me sorted last minute! The young lady who served me was brilliant and helped me choose the right suit. I had many positive comments about my suit from guests at a wedding I was recently at.

Thankyou I will definitely be returning in the future!! ????????????

Excellent customer service as you walk through the door. Happy with my new Marc Darcy Tan Tweed suit, would highly recommend and return in future.

We went over to chesterfield on the sunday afternoon 5th january. The young lady who was there was amazingly helpful - the 4 of us took about 2 hours of her time having turned up out of the blue - she was great.

Very impressed with the delivery service, within 1 hour of ordering confirmed that the order had been despatched. Was due for delivery on Saturday to my office which was closed so the order was held and delivered on the Monday instead.

I was pleasantly greeted as I walked into the shop, I was shown around and pointed out a few suits that took my liking, in the end I picked one. I was seen to from start to finish by Abu, he was an absolute gent and couldn't have done more to help if he tried. In all I had a fantastic experience with it being my first time there and will definitely go back again. Can't recommend Master Debonair enough.

Well after ordering on Black Friday it arrived next day!! Amazing delivery, but there was an issue with the jacket, but customer services went above and beyond to get me a replacement in time for my Christmas party, which arrived with plenty of time!
As normal, these guys are so nice and easy to deal with, hence why I stick with them.
