Medical Monks

I recently reviewed Medical Monks (hereafter MM), giving them 1 star, because I never received the product I ordered. I received an immediate response promising to look into my complaint. Apparently my package was lost or damaged in shipment by the Post Office. Without my asking, MM reshipped my order AT NO COST TO ME and I received it this week. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you Medical Monks!

I recieved the order but there are no Foley intermittent catheters in the box. I have not been informed that they are on back order-or I would have ordered elsewhere. These are needed products and I cant just pull them out of my ass. I cant for the life of me understand why I wasnt informed of this in advance of recieving a box missing the most important part of the order??? At this point I have no idea when or if the foley intermittent catheters will arrive but my card was charged-so here we sit without the Night time Indwelling catheters. I really did expect better service than this. Going on here to leave this review I see that this thread is full of offers to Mail “purchases of all marijuana strains, Psychedelic drugs, Anxiety drugs, Painkiller meds, Xanax, Meth, Cocaine, Ecstasy pills, LSD,DMT, and a whole lot more.”!!!! This is very disturbing. I cant help but wonder what I have gotten myself into this time.

Medical Monks is a great site to get medical supplies much cheaper than any other sites. They have great communication skills and their products are excellent. If they don't have a product you need, just email them and they get back to you immediately and help assist you to get the products you need. I recommend them highly. I am a registered nurse and I trust them. GREAT COMPANY!!

Worst site ever! ordered something that was helping to heal my son's wound that I had limited amount of from the Dr.'s office until wound care appt. and never came! Paid, for it and will need to demand a refund for now since it is in the same standing with fedex as usps and will probably, stay that way for about the next three weeks again or in the least won't need it anymore!

I needed a product for my post surgery recovery and you had it in stock and delivered to me immediately to help in my healing.

I did a lot of research to find the right price on one product: Adapt 7731 No Sting Medical Adhesive Remover under Hollister. The price was good and comparable to a few others I found. I was careful about it because I wanted the right price. The price I found and wanted afforded me two for the price of one. When my first one arrived, it also had the packing slip for a backorder. I didn't verify on my original order that I ordered two. It only said 1, however I did have a back order stamp on the packing slip. Now I will need to order again and pay shipping again at 6,95 on a 17.29 item. When I called customer service to explain the backorder stamp and I believed I ordered 2 for the price of one, she said it was on the first one and the attitude was that I needed to resolve it in my mind, on my own, she didn't have any kind of bedside manner. She told me to go back to my emails and original order and be good with it because they didn't do anything wrong. She doesn't understand customer service. And I should have looked harder on the original email of the order. I believed when I placed the order the I was getting two for the price of one, but I can't prove anything because I didn't look at the original email order. But it's disturbing to me because I know what I was ordering and then it changed when i purchased. Anyone else had that happen?

The supplies I needed were in stock and I got them in 2 days.

The product has been mostly defective as there is a lack of adhesive on about 80%
of the condoms and I awake overnight with a feeling of wetness.. Then clothing mattress pads and some sheets need to be laundered and our sleep is disrupted.

I ordered some 31g needles. Order came in timely fashion. I’m very happy and will use Medical Monks again

I was pleased to find HIbiclens and a hand sanitizer in stock at Medical Monks. Shipment was extremely prompt, and I will order again. Thanks for excellent service during this difficult time.

I like that I can order what I need, in the amount I want, and it arrived within a few days.

My pharmacy left me hanging for subq needles because they couldn’t get them ordered for two weeks. (Even though it’s been the same perception for almost a year)

Great hollister product...searched all over to find my baby her colostomy bags that she gets through another company the hospital set up for her...when she runs out of bags it's hard getting her correct bags...I have bought bags from places that was trash...I called hollister and they told me about medical monks...medical monks is a life saver...love that they carry my baby exact bags and they were efficient about getting them to me during this pandemic

Very Good once able to talk to them, sometimes during open call hours the system would send to a message queue instead of allowing me to stay on hold.
I do and would recommend them again!

I ordered the product from a competitor and received only one item not three as requested. It took 3 weeks to get a credit after sending the one item back to them! Medical Monks did it right the first time!

I use the Cavilon (no sting barrier film) EVERY night to hold my Breathe Right strips in place when I sleep. That way the strips do not take the skin off my nose when I remove them the next day. Cannot do with out the combination or I get headaches from not using nasal strip or having them come off at night and then the added misery of sore nose skin if I do not have the Cavilon.

I am 100% satisfied with your service. It arrived on time. I just wish that the price on the barriers where cheaper so i could order them from yall also. I will continue to order from yall.

I ordered this product 6/1/2020 and still have not received my order. I needed this product to help with recovery from a major surgery and had to do without. Not a thrilled customer.

I stumbled upon Medical Monks quite by accident while searching for dressings for my PICC. The experience has been top notch. I will continue to use them and have told all my medical friends about them.
