I ordered on 6th June (French website) and got the delivery on 25th!! My cat needs special food and I needed to order at zooplus days later and their delivery came within 3 days!

Article commande 11 Avril, article est arrive 23 Mai !

Placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago with express delivery and the order has still not been dispatched. Have emailed customer services twice with no reply and messages via Facebook which has been read and ignored. Will never order again, very poor customer service!

Simple: Ordered 2 bags of cat food...both listed as 'Disponible' on the website. No news for 5 days so I called SAV only to find out that one of the items is 'en de retour en stock' for the end of this coming week. I would have been waiting for 10 days or more with no update if I hadn't called the SAV.

That same item is still listed as 'Disponible' at the website !
Why such misleading information on the website ?

Why do you take payment prior to fulfilling and/or shipping an order ?

Cat's going to lose weight. I will have to go out and buy replacement food because of total mismanagement of my order.

Even though they are at fault the did not even propose to send half my order immediately and the rest when it is back in stock. This lack of a simple gesture indicates they do not value my fidelity.

UPDATE
The SAV contacted me the same day I posted my review and proposed to send out the bag available immediately and refund the other bag as at that point they no longer had a known availability date. Given the sincere attempt to satisfy my requirements I have updated my rating from two to three stars and changed the title.

Allow 2 weeks for delivery! If it doesn't arrive, as in my case, they have said they will re send, which is very good, but a lengthy service.

If you have lost track of the second item shipment, you should also reimburse the Frontline Tri Act pour Chien - Qté : 1 for an amount of 18,99 Euros - I had to go to a local shop to buy the product in order not to put my dog in danger. Many thanks for the this.... Your activity and service is in a total shambles and you have become totally unreliable and untrustworthy. What a shame
