I have been calling and emailing and texting this place for over a week now in regards to a ATV my husband ordered we have not received any confirmation any type of information on when it will be here and I can't reach anyone I'm starting to think this was a scam I will have my bank investigates I've also asked for a refund and no one has emailed me back

I have had my Icebear Q6 since February of 2019 and this thing SIPS the gas! I have only had to fill it up ONCE since i have had it, and I drive it almost every day. my Rankings are as follows: Value: 10 Storage: 9.5 ( only drawback is they need to include a drink holder in the design, LOL), Ease of handling: 10, Noise level when on the bike: 10 very quiet and you can have a normal conversation while sitting on it cranked up, Seat height: 10, and stabilty: 10. Brightness of lights: 10. Mega motor madness service people:10, Just a honest review from a Very satisfied customer.

We got our son the new 60cc electric start dirt bike. I orginally order the wrong bike. I called later in the day and talked with Jonh the Sales representative. Great guy. He fixed my order and our bike came fast. The package was damaged when we got it. Bike was good. But the electric start kit was messed up and missing parts. I called Jonhn sent pictures. He put me in contact with David in parts. He sent out a new parts kit. I gave them 5 stars because customer service was awesome and our son's first dirt bike is so nice!!! They have no control over the shipping companies.

I've got an Ice Bear 150CC trike that does everything II desire. Rated at less than 50 MPH, yet it will fly at 60 MPH. Very Comfortable to ride this good look trike. MegaMotoradness delivered it ready to ride early and in perfect condition. They have quickly answered any questions, and I have had several. A most excellent company to do business with. They speak English not Chinese. Ride on!

Called a few weeks after the 4th of July to order a 50cc scooter. 50cc's don't have to be registered in my state so I decided to check a few different companies out online. Mega Motor had the best price and customer service. I spoke with John a few times before placing my order and he always answered the phone and provided excellent customer service. My scooter arrived less than a week from placing the order and the assembly wasn't difficult at all. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I bought mine from Mega Motor Madness a few years ago. People will stop dead, or nearly jump, and say, "That's a great looking bike!" There've been a few others who'd talk about fuel mileage and such but then start trailing off, then stop and then say, "You know.......that's a good looking bike". Whoever designed this one sure earned some points for style. And I am impressed with the cost/quality ratio. It's an inexpensive bike and it shows in a few ways. Double-check many fasteners while breaking yours in. The electrical switches and connectors don't 'feel' like the sort of things you'd find on a Rolls-Royce. But that's to be expected. Plus, replacement parts are dirt cheap. If a small number of components were upgraded a bit, then this bike would be in striking distance of the big-name scooters which cost three times as much. This scooter is wider than many Chinese scooters. This is good if you ride in poor weather. But girls are often not as comfortable as the driver. Unless, perhaps, they are on the taller side. My wife thinks of this as a masculine bike. She can ride it. But she prefers not to. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this bike. It's reliable and it's a sheer pleasure to ride. I'm entirely pleased with mine. I hope it's still available when its time to upgrade

I came across this website towards the beginning of December while looking to purchase a dirt bike for Christmas for our Grandson. We researched other sites that carried a similar product. But after looking at their customer reviews on google & yelp, we decided to go with Motor Madness. Unlike the other websites we called, Mega Motor Madness was always there to answer the phone, answer and ALL of our questions. I think we called maybe 5 times just to make sure we were 100% confident that this would be our grandson's main present for Christmas. They explained the whole process which was easier and quicker than I had thought. We've used our little dirt bike for over a month and they absolutely love it. I will be definitely Recommend Mega Motor Madness to my friends and neighbors.

I recently purchased a Dirt bike for my son from Mega Motor Madness. It wasn't difficult to put together, thanks to my neighbor we got it done in less than 2 hours. I called Mega Motor Madness and they sent us videos and gave us some help over the phone which helped. The bike is pretty fast for what I paid for it and pretty durable. Sounds great too. I ordered it Monday night and got it by Thursday! I highly recommend the 125cc SYX Moto Whip as a good starter bike! I will definitely contact Mega Motor Madness when I'm ready to upgrade to a 140 or 200cc.

I had a really good experience with mega motor madness!! The customer service team was very helpful whenever I called or emailed them, they made sure to answer all of my questions. They made me aware of all the things that needed to be done to the unit as well as the inspection. I truly believe if people listen to the reps, maybe there experience would have been better. I can admit the quality isn't the greatest but the price reflects what you get! Like the saying "You get what you pay for". I did receive my scooter with slight damage to the seat and Matt sent me a new one!! Awesome staff, decent product. I even asked them about all the negative reviews I've read and they assured me that they are new staff and want to make sure all their customers have a great experiences.

John, You promised me a few times my helmet, gloves, and goggles were being shipped and I would get a shipment confirmation number and I have not gotten anything since my order was paid two weeks ago. I have a safety course coming up soon i paid $365 for this course and I need all these things to attend it. Can you rush these or am I able to select from a different vendor source to expedite this faster? I got the scooter fairly quick. There are missing bolts. I purchased the pdi assembly and inspection. The unit stalled and failed to run properly. Also scratches on the inner frame. I replaced a faulty fuel line that was punctured and leaking fuel. I can't ride it too far without that helmet. I think I am being very graceful to pay to fix a unit with 1 mile on it but I am growing impatient. I paid over $1,100 for a $700 scooter because I wanted it shipped ready to go. also the owners manual says the low oil light is suppossed to come on in the on position so u know its working and this wont come on at all and the tech guy dave says its no big deal if that isnt working its a "primative system". that should work as designed. im starting to worry about my experience and entire purchase. I hope i have some better luck. please let me know about my accessories and i can come back and re review the dealer and scooter in a few months and hope to give 5 stars. John is a nice gentleman too!

Called these guys after reaching out to a few other places online. Sales rep gave me a really good deal on 10 50cc scooters. I'm in the rental business and these machines work great. I definitely recommend them because of their excellent customer service and the quality of these products for the price is fantastic. I'll definitely contact them when I'm ready to make another big purchase.

Bought the Syxmoto xyx 125cc pit bike from Mega Motor Madness. Ran one tank of fuel through it to get it broken in. Nice little pit bike at first. 2nd tank in...out in some dirt....getting comfy and lose speed but bike is at 3/4 throttle...gas it more....hear some metal on metal sound.....back end wobbles.....I stop and cannot believe what I'm seeing. Flat tire and about 4 spokes wrapped around each side of the axle. When we purchased, we were told to contact them for any parts. Called and called, emailed......no response. I'm left with a huge motorized paper weight. Went down today and spoke with Anthony and he said they are sold out and cannot get parts. Anthony told me the guy that helped us for Mega Motor Madness just left the business....walked away. I was talking with Anthony in the same garage as Ice Bear Powersports where we originally picked up the 125. They were shipping out quads, motorcycles, etc... It all seemed suspicious to me. Anthony said the TX store was out also and it will be at least another month before more motorcycles come in. Do not spend your money here.....no parts available if something goes bad.

I've been pleased with this company from day one. Order your bike from here. I'm in Maryland and my bike arrived 7 days after placing my order. Someone is available to talk to every time I call. Will definitely do business with them for all my affordable powersports needs

I have now bought two scooters from MegaMotorMadness. When I had a problem with the delivery carrier on my first purchase, customer service responded to my calls immediately and fixed the problem right away. My Icebear scooters worked right out of the crate. They're terrific to use, a pleasure to customize, and easy to service myself. I should have bought one years ago!

I have purchased two scooters from MegaMotorMadness over a two year period and am happy with my purchases. Customer Service handled my needs and I expect to buy again from them in the future. The first scooter I sold and received about the same price I paid even after using it for about a year!

I have to confess, my first purchase from them went great and was an Apollo 125 RFX dirt bike for my granddaughter. The guy I talked gave me a little extra discount based on my disabled veteran status and fixed income. Because this first transaction went so well, a couple months later I tried buying two Apollo 250RX dirt bikes from them but because of the insanely dense lady I got on the phone this time, after 15 minutes of nonsense, I hung up and made my purchase from another vendor.

I just ordered Tao Tao galaxy and they won't even answer my call or text or email it's business hours and they recommend calling for more help and services but none I should've called but don't worry my lawyer is well compensated and he will handle them I only ask for more info on product I spent money on But I guess customer service is something your business can't do. A simple email/text/call with just an okay would allow me to change my review but you guys are allowing me to think your a scam and I bet the other people here is your accounts. But no need to fuss more about It for my lawyer will tear you apart, I'm an investor so I take risks allot and if you think imma allow myself to be scammed your wrong I'll spend all my earnings to take your company down no more bull$#*! prove to me you are not a scam then I'll be content. But if your willing to battle in court I'll see soon, expect a subpoena.

I bought a 50cc dirt bike for my son and it came quickly. I opened the box to find it was missing the top clamp on the handlebar risers so I sent a quick email to customer service and they got right back to me and within a week I had the part . The bike started up after 2 pulls right out of the box and runs perfectly. I'll buy another one when my son is due for a bigger bike . Great job mega motor madness thank you. Jonah Durfey
