I purchased a Verifone credit card terminal in early December. Apparently it was out of stock and was to be sent direct from Verifone. When I got my invoice I saw that I had been charged $68.00 for Saturday delivery instead of the $21.00 second business day shipping I had requested. I called Barcode Discount and told them what had happened. They told me they would investigate the problem and get back with me. I got impatient and called them back 3 days later and was told that they had issued a credit to my card. Sure enough, the next day my account showed I had received the credit for the overcharge on shipping.

I have been ordering from CIGoutlet for a bit over 2 years, 16 cartons at a time, and have never had a problem with them. Where I have screwed up I got personal and friendly service by email, and they straightened things out - such as an immediate refund to my card where I ordered double by mistake. In return, I reply to their final "a parcel(s) from this order reached your town" with confirmation that I received the order. They usually ship within 2 days. I received the first of my last order at my California PO Box in 3 weeks. The rest arrived a week later. Shipping is kind of expensive, but I guess that is why it is reliable.

I ordered an LCD from these people, and received no confirmation of order or invoice, except a confirmation of Credit Card payment 4 days after I ordered. I called them up 13 days later still waiting for a shipment that I haven't received and was assured I would receive an email stating when I would receive my order. 4 days later, still waiting I got someone on their live chat, which was having problems. After a few disconnections, I received an email that stated that my order was pending because they needed confirmation on a comparable lcd replacement to be sent to me. Nothing was ever sent to my inbox on this pending status until I went on their live chat 17 days after the order. I asked for my money back, and they immediately did so. I would not recommend these people at all to anyone, especially since I just found another store that would send me the lcd for $50 cheaper, including next day air. The Fair Price Shop would have taken 3-4 days shipping from overseas paying the same amount for shipping.

Ordered one LCD panel on 11/1/2005. Received an e-mail on 11/10/2005 saying orders were delayed by Hurricane Wilma, and asking if I still wanted my LCD. I confirmed this, so they charged my credit card on 11/16/2005. The charge was from the UK, although the site shows a Miami physical address. Not good. I have e-mailed them several times. Website went out of operation for a while and then came back. On 12/12/2005, they claimed they were going to FedEx the panel the next day. Nothing. On 1/26/2006 I demanded a refund. "Ammar" claims the "card was refunded a long time ago." Of course I checked my statements and found no refunds. My last two e-mails have gone unanswered. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

BAD COMMUNICATION I have been ordering health supplements for at least the last 5 years from Vitanet on line, usually the same one (spirulina powder), about 2/3 times a years and as I live in Europe, I have been getting good deals and good overall experience. I always received my products, and shipping took around 2/3 weeks, plus customs, so not too bad considering I live in eastern Europe. But I find their website pretty awful and difficult to search for products. However in the last year something must have changed, because the last orders I did made me cringe really because of lack of communication and mess up with orders from Vitanet. Like I would order my spirulina, then I would be told it was out of stock, that they were enquiring to the manufacturer, so i had to wait several weeks, At the end they would refund me (3 euros fees from my bank on the way), without proposing me another similar product in replacement which they had in stock.... hmm customer service?? But since my very last order, I am cured of dealing with them ever again: I ask for shipping price for an order of 3 products on 14 of march 2012. 2 days later I receive one-line email with the price, signed Patty. The very same day I place then the order. I received a confimation email, all seems ok. However a few days later I see on my bank transaction that the shipping cost they charged is doubled (34$ instead of 16,95$... the 3 products i ordered cost les than 13$). So i return this mail: "hi ! i just saw on my bank statement your charged me like $ 34 for shipping ... not 16.95 (total order $46 and i have only $12 of products) if it is a mistake, just leave it for now please... id rather get a credit for my next order. thanks" Same day i received this email: "You have been refunded for 46.13 for canceled order - Patty VitaNet(R) Staff" I dont think my english is that bad (if yes please let me know) and i have no idea why they decided to cancel my order. I got the refund ok but because of the credid card transaction... it just costs me 3 euros again, and this i was trying to avoid ... I have been trying to contact them and get an explanation with no success (because i still need those products), I sent them 3 emails in the last 11 days and also called them (from europe!), but did not get through after waiting 13 minutes. So I find the pill hard to swallow, that is why I will not do business again, they are not serious.

I placed and paid for an order on Dec 3 On Dec 22 I received an email advising me of the postage details On Dec 27 I received an email advising me I had been refunded for one product which was out of stock; I can only conclude that they accepted my order and charged me for an item that they did or didn't know was out of stock, charged me for it, plus $45 international postage,then nearly 4 weeks later finally got around to telling me about it. They have displayed a complete lack of ethics and courtesy, and the despatch times on their website are a complete lie. Do not be tempted to do business with this company under any circumstances!

Called back and spoke with Brooke in customer service who informed me that no part in stock, and to check back in a month. They also have no way to follow up if the part becomes available. I called to see if I could get a 8 foot wheel chair ramp delivered before my surgery which was 4 days later. We were in such a bind because I realized that I was unable to get up our 3 steps to get into the house. When I spoke to the gentleman at Discount Ramps about my problem, he assured me that they could have the ramp at our home in 3 days without paying any extra charges. Well, sure enough it came in 2 days. The ramp is excellent and will do the job. I am so impressed with this company. Thankyou for all your help!

I ordered an Xlink-BTTN bluetooth gateway to connect my cellphone to my house phones. After doing some research on the internet, I found that Discount Globe Telecom (www.discountglobetele.com) had very competitive prices for this unit. Although the Xlink-BTTN had gotten great reviews at CNet,I was concerned if it could be programmed to make all outgoing calls on my cellphone. I spoke with Stan at Discount Globe Telecom. He not only reassured me that the Xlink-BTTN could be programmed to meet my needs, he made the changes before shipping the unit! The unit was shipped via USPS Priority mail and I received it in 3 business days in perfect condition (Stan used lots of protective wrapping for shipment). I had the unit out-of-the box and operating as Stan promised in about 10 minutes. In my experience, Discount Globe Telecom offers great prices and outstanding service that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

I chose UPS Priority SDA so I could get the item after 2/4 days. Apparently, you need an extra 24 hrs where they make the sandals. Merchant said this was stated on the website, but I didn't see it. The sandals arrived 9 days later. I asked the merchant for a refund on shipping fees, even partial, as I did pay for 2/4 day shipping and it got to me late. We had a series of frustrating emails where she was asking me to take care of things myself. I did contact the shipper and they said the merchant had to apply for a refund. I forwarded this email and kept writing the merchant but she just stopped responding. The sandals were pretty and well made, though it runs big. It's a pity because they have good products, but customer service is not their strength. Buyer beware.

I place two different orders from this company. The first one I did not receive all the items and had a back order. I called to ask when the back order should be in and no one seem to know. So I cancelled the back order and it took over a month and a half to receive a complete refund for the cancelled item and the item not shipped to me. The second time I place a order they called and said they did not have the main item I was purchasing so I cancel the whole order because I didn't want to pay shipping on2 different orders. They never initiated a refund until I call a week later asking for it. It took over a month and they gave me a partial refund. I kept calling and getting the run around on the rest of my refund which got no where. I initiated a paypal dispute which they never responded to by the deadline. Paypal gave me the rest of my refund. This company does not know what they are doing or just plain doesn't care.

Ordered a 3 pack of replacements for my Kenmore Elite fridge. It arrived 6 days later via free Fedex. Have not used them yet so I can't comment on the quality of the product; however I was surprised by the $1.79 (4.65%) charge from Visa for a foreign transaction. Catterans advertises that they ship from the US but I suspect it is a Chinese business. Bet you can't find any mention of a currency translation fee on the Catterans site. For full disclosure they should mention this at checkout.

I've ordered from proozy once before and the transaction was fine. This time around, it's been weeks and I haven't received anything from them. Called them multiple times, tried to message them on FB, etc and no response. I see they are still posting on social media, so they're not closed, and they have new items appearing on their site, too. And if you go on their site, you'll see a lot of recent reviews, many of them from people who are happy with their purchase. I don't know what happened or why I'm being ignored after multiple attempts to contact them. Maybe they accidentally sold me stuff they don't have? Or sold it to me for too cheap? I was really looking forward to my new shorts and shoes and am sad that they have such terrible customer service this time around.

I ordered shy of £300 worth of items from these unprofessional sharks. Opted for standard delivery which quotes 1-5 working days. As a business, I needed to know a rough eta. I tried the mobile number which goes unanswered and left 2 messages requesting a callback. I tried their "contact us" form and email, all without success. Finally, I thought I might get an answer from their Facebook page, and crikey I did. I was accused of attacking the company and threatened to cancel my order and cancel my account. I was then told it would take up to 30 days and should have selected priority delivery if I wanted the items sooner. All this because I wanted to know when my items would arrive! The business seems to blame their negative reviews on "trolls" and their competition trying to belittle them. It's been 9 days and still no goods or refunds. If I don't get my refund promptly I'll most definitely be pursuing legal action. FYI Their contact details and accounts can be found on the Companies House Gov website.

This company HATES any sort of negative feedback, even when issues are caused by them. The customer service is absolutely awful and the way they "ban" their customers from their site just for stating on a review that they haven't received their items is terrible, not to mention half the time customers don't even receive there items! They honestly treat their customers awfully and report ANY SORT OF REVIEW THAT ISNT AN EXCELLENT ON TRUSTPILOT SO THEY ONLY HAVE 5 STAR REVIEWS SHOWING. They hate any sort of truthful comments and blame everyone but themselves for their wrong doings. Buy at your own risk !

We purchased a combo ticket for Belfast's Hop - Hop off Tour and Crumlin Road Gaol which was a really convenient way to book a couple of tickets at once. It was also at a cheaper price which helped us stretch our pennies on our weekend in Belfast! The Hop - on Hop - off tour left us just outside Crumlin Road Gaol where we had a fabulous tour, learning lots of history of the city. We then hoped back on the bus and were taken all around the main sights of Belfast. I would recommend doing these combo deals to anyone!

The salesman was very friendly and experienced and the delivery men were first class and helpful. The price I paid was less that all other stores. I have had my Icebear Q6 since February of 2019 and this thing SIPS the gas! I have only had to fill it up ONCE since i have had it, and I drive it almost every day. my Rankings are as follows: Value: 10 Storage: 9.5 ( only drawback is they need to include a drink holder in the design, LOL), Ease of handling: 10, Noise level when on the bike: 10 very quiet and you can have a normal conversation while sitting on it cranked up, Seat height: 10, and stabilty: 10. Brightness of lights: 10. Mega motor madness service people:10, Just a honest review from a Very satisfied customer.

Shipment of my rug was fast and should be arriving shortly (review written 5 days after order was placed), but getting a hold of customer service has been a nightmare. 5 minutes after placing my order, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I called their (allegedly) 24/7 customer service line immediately and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was automatically disconnected. I tried again and the same thing happened. I then emailed customer service and got a response saying to call their 24/7 phone line for inquiries requiring an immediate response or wait ~3 days for a reply. Well, it's been 5 days and still no reply. I even tried to reach out to their customer service through their Facebook page and nothing. Radio silence. Luckily for me, the incorrect size won't be the worst thing - it's slightly too small for the space but we'll make do once it arrives. This was my first time buying from rugs.ca and it will be my last. The complete lack of response from rugs.ca makes one thing clear - once they have a customer's money, they can't care less about that customer. Online shopping is supposed to be reliable and convenient - rugs.ca is neither.

I ordered two 3' x 5' Nepal rugs from handknotted. com at $700 total, which arrived surprisingly fast. However both rugs were full of rust and oil stains as if both rugs had been used in a car shop. At my immediate complaint I was told that I could return them for 10 % as the stain were supposedly visible in the pictures and if FedEx was supposed to pick them up at my door another $5 would be subtracted. What a scam! I will attempt to steam clean them ad if that does not work, throw them away.

I have ordered 4 rugs from HandKnotted over the past week. I took advantage of the 10% new customer discount and the buy one-get one 10% discount for my first two. One of the first rugs was damaged prior to shipment and over the course of finding a replacement rug, I fell in love with an additional rug. Kudos to Anya, Amina, and JoAnn (especially Jo, because she had to deal with my inability to do do basic math this week). Everyone worked to resolve my problem. Everyone was kind and eager to help. And unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past, this company was able to find my orders instantly in their systems and pick up where a previous phone call left off. Stellar customer service. Someone give JoAnn a raise! Also, fast shipping and good work keeping me in the loop. Yes. I now have three semi antique rugs.

We booked Christmas Day tickets for the Benidorm Palace with Costa Ticket by mistake as we thought we were booking with the Palace’s own site. We booked late (two working days before Xmas) and received an email from Costa Ticket to say our tickets were reserved and that our ticket code would be emailed within seven working days! By Christmas Day we had still not heard from Costa Ticket so we went to the ticket desk at the Palace to be told they had no ticket for us and we weren’t on Costa Tickets list either!!! We tried the Live Chat and 24/7 helpline, from the Costa Ticket, website and neither was working! We were distraught but thankfully a very helpful lady at the ticket desk spent 15 minutes on the phone with people she knew until, thank goodness, she confirmed that we did have tickets! Have we heard from Costa Ticket since the ticket mess up on Christmas Day? No! Would we book with Costa Ticket again? No!

Been using only Domino's Home Heating Fuel Oil approximately 4 years now. Their fuel oil has been low sulfur #2 grade and I've been running a oil hot water heater and oil hot water heating baseboard system trouble free for almost 4 years now. I do my own maintenance matter of fact last yearly clean up maintenance showed hardy ant soot. I order oil by credit card usually monthly when I see half tank never go lower than that. Price is always discounted and a fair price. I'm very satisfied with originally I use to speak to Petra, then Carl, then Ayla. I called them because I had questions about product, and the rep that I talked to (Bill) was more than helpful and informative. Since they are based in cali they also will ship my order to Hawaii for free, this is almost unheard of, as getting stuff shipped out here can be a real pain, from costs to just straight up cancelled orders. These people have made my life so much easier, their prices are excellent, informative staff, and not trying to screw me just because i live in hawaii. We ordered a part, then somehow it was mysteriously "canceled" and we received no notice. When we called to check on our (now late) oder, the person on the phone told us that the order was "refunded" and that it may have been either a) another customer who canceled our order by accident or b) the other guy in the office (apparently there are two) entered the wrong order number to cancel. Either way, he told me (while not letting me get a word in edgewise), there's nothing they can do about that order. And now, the price is $100 more ("out of our hands"). When I pointed out that in both of his scenarios that the fault was at their end not mine (interrupted in my attempt to speak several times!) and to ask how they want to make it right, he said there's nothing they can/will do. Very rude, then hung up the phone. Clearly not interested in having an honest business relationship. I do not recommend this business - they claim "error" but don't make it right.

They took my money for a dress and expedited delivery. I never got the dress. I received a response to my complaint when I told them my dress was never received. They responded saying my order was still on hold, would I like for them to still send it? I told them no, as my baby shower had already passed. I told them I wanted a full refund. They never responded. That was in January of 2020. I have since reached out to them again. If they respond I will update this, so far no response. This is highway robbery and a despicable thing to do to expecting parents. I can only hope that other people read this before making a purchase there.

Hello there I have contacted this company via Amazon where I bought this Samsung fridge. I told them that my fridge doesn't work as it's still in the warranty. They told me to contact Samsung. I ordered a depth sounder from this company on 8/19. They immediately sent an email saying that they had charged my credit card. However, 11 days later I still have not received a notice about shipping. I sent them an email, and got no response within 3 days. I called them several times, and every time I called they had an answering machine saying "all sales representatives are busy assisting customers. Please leave your name and number and a sales representative will call you back...". No response from them. Their web site says you can contact them via AOL instant messenger. Well I put them on my "buddy" list, and they were logged in maybe 10 minutes all day. Unfortunately I couldn't find my order number within those 10 minutes, so it was back to more conventional means of trying to contact them. Their policy of charging my card immediately and the difficulty of contacting them make me feel like I'm being scammed. Maybe it's a scam, and maybe it's not. But one thing is for sure...I'm going to cancel my credit card order ASAP.

I had an excellent experience purchasing from Online Marine. Their price on the trolling motor that I wanted beat anyone elses that I could find. The shipping on this large item was a bargain also through a special on their site. Not having dealt with this store before, and reading a few negative reviews, I was a little skeptical. I decided to call first to see if they had the model I wanted in stock before I placed the online order. I got right through to someone on their toll-free number who was very helpful in looking it up. I placed the online order on the 10th and had the trolling motor by the 13th.
