I have a pond algae problem and recently heard of Nualgi for ponds as something that I might be interested in for this problem but didn't really know anything about it. I liked the way your website explained how Nualgi functions in ponds vs adding chemicals and I was sold.

I emailed in advance and received an answer that my order could be sent out same day as long as they got it first thing in the morning. That is awesome customer service. I have never ordered from this company before but I will be coming here to look for supplies in the future!

No store in Santa Barbara carried this pump and the others I tried, didn't work well. I received the pump, plugged it in and hit the switch. A lovely stream of water spilled over the top.

My great over-all satisfaction with the Pond Outlet is in large part due to the kind and patient persistence of Richard Ross who bills himself as the "Pond Meister"

He answered my first e-mail to the Pond Outlet in which I was pretty bellicose about the fact that there were no measurements listed with the various models of pond pumps. My pique was due to the fact that I have a very restricted space into which to fit a pump. So, choosing a pump has to start with the size and shape of the instrument. All of the pictures of pumps had statistics about how much water was moved and what power was needed to operate it but NO size measurements.

Richard answered my queries and was very patient with me. The patience eventually paid off with him giving me a couple of recommendations. A couple of days ago I got delivery of the pump I had ordered and after getting the needed tubing I got the pump installed today and it is working GREAT!

As of 9/1 I have not received my order yet. Therfore I can not comment of the pump that was ordered or the company. But at this point I'm very dissatisfied overall.

I sent this email to the company the day I placed my order. The pump came immediately and I had it installed the same day because the site provided me with ALL the information I needed to transition to a new pump. If I could, I would give them 6 stars.

So many people make time to complain and rarely make time to
compliment - myself included. However, I am making the time to praise your
site and the information it provides. I found the products at lower prices
elsewhere but paid a bit more because of the detail provided on your site -
like the fact that I need a conversion kit for the replacement pump! I

After successful use of my original Aquasurge Pump for over 4 years I ordered a replacement and it was shipped within 12 hours of order and received within three days of order.
Saving my pond full of koi and goldfish, some 30 of them.

Discrepancy in information on item I ordered: Item "Vanish by Crystal Clear" specifies 8.3 oz treats 4800 gallons on web site, but when I got the item, bottle says 8 oz treats 1600 gallons.

We have been doing business with the Pond Outlet for well over 7 years. As a new pond owner, I had zillions of questions--all of which were answered in detail by the Pond Outlet (Richard is the best!). From problems with algae to pumps to lighting to 'how much should I use', the Pond Outlet has always (always!!) provided the best information and direction. Anything & everything having to do with ponding & all that that encompasses, the Pond Outlet has been our GO-TO vendor! Pumps, water filtration, algae control, plants, advice on "what am I doing wrong???", our first line of attack is the Pond Outlet. In addition, they have ALWAYS stood by their products! I wouldn't think of kicking off my ponding season without a "how to", "what would you recommend", "how much should I use" question to Richard @ the Pond Outlet. Hands down - this is the best, best ponding company to work with. P.S. the Pond Outlet is on PST time--I'm on EST. Even with the time delay, they are so incredibly responsive! One of these days, I'd love to visit them at their west coast facilities ... what a treat that would be!!!

I had been searching for a new fill box float assembly to replace a worn out one and finally found one a 'The Pond Outlet'. Their inventory was more extensive than any other place I had searched. I found the part I was looking for, ordered it, and recieved it in a timely and accurate fashion. I would recommend looking hear first when looking for a specific part needed.

Two weeks after I placed the order and the company charged my credit card, I did not receive the products I ordered. I notified The Pond Outlet that I had not received the shipment of products I orderd. It then took and additional two weeks to receive the products. No notice of what happened to the first order. I will not do business with this online company again.
