Everyone was incredibly responsive and helpful with every issue and change that we needed to address. The last POS company that we dealt with made everything extremely difficult for us. When we call support at ITretail we usually get someone we have dealt with before and is familiar with our set up. The best part about our system is that it is OURS! We have had our system up and running for a week now and couldn't be happier with it. Had the pleasure of working with Kristin at IT for our set up and she was fantastic. Kristin was able to answer any questions we had or solve any problems that we encountered along the way. Her knowledge with our set up made going live a smooth transition. So far our cashiers love the system and have learned it very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade there POS system.

I have wasted money buying mouse traps in the past and I have bought loads of useless mouse glue traps. But when I purchased "Pest Expert Mouse Glue Boards" from this Company, it did the job within 5 minutes. I have not experienced any mouse since then. I assumed the dead one has involved the family member that my property is a no-go area. We are free from mouse at last.

I purchased a Beacon FM89 repeller to be installed in my garage on the 2nd March 2019. It would have been cheaper to buy a torch for what use it is. I am sure they dance to the sonic waves and what ever else it does except get rid of the rodents.

If you don't want to be lied on every step dealing with this company, avoid it like a fire. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in the UK (if not in my whole life). I would strongly advise anyone against buying anything from them. I passed my test in 2016 and was going to buy a car. My colleague advised me to buy one from Eddie Wright as that business had something to do with his father, so he told me he would help me to get a better deal. And I regret it so much. Having entered the building at first it looked like a nice atmosphere and friendly staff inside, but later you realise the company is completely filled with lies. It's just soaked with lies from its core and you can discover lying in every small detail of this disgusting company. A sales guy approached me and helped me to choose the car, after that we discussed the deal and my colleague managed to get a low interest rate with them for me. Next week I called them to ask when I could pick the car. He said he was going to give me a callback. I waited for quite a while, then called back myself, he said he tried to call me back but wasn't able to reach me. He obviously lied, but it didn't bother me that much at that point. Next week I took train back to Eddie Wright with my brother to pay the deposite and get my car. After arriving there and reading through the documents I've discovered that they raised the interest rate in there. I asked: "Didn't we agree on X?.." (don't remember the exact number now), "No, we agreed on Y, nice and low" he said (telling me the number that is quite a bit higher that what we had previously agreed on). It still wasn't a bad interest rate per se, but i just find that disgusting that we agreed on one thing, and now that i'd travelled 100 miles he tells me it was something different. I still accepted that (shouldn't have done really, but I really wanted that car, and after travelling that far i decided to just go for that). He also told me that car had a cruise control which it didn't. My name was spelled wrong in the document, I told him about that and he said, never mind they already fixed that (turned out they just spelled it wrong again, just in different way. They didn't even bother trying to spell it correctly). I asked them about vehicle manual. The same sales guy told me that the car doesn't have manual because this is all online now. Another lie by him. (MINI later offered me a manual). He also told me the vehicle was taxed so I could just drive home. Turned out it wasn't taxed (the tax is actually free for the vehicle, but i still had to tax it on the DVLA website, otherwise it's not classified as taxed). I called them few times clarifying the things with the car, as it was my first purchase and I didn't understand how these things work in the UK. Once when I called them they actually laughed at me on the phone (another sales guy -- probably forgot to mute the microphone). I'd also bought gardx from them, but unfortunately forgot my pack on the desk. I called them and asked about that, they told me it's not a problem -- they will send it to me by post. Obviously after all of that I didn't really expect they would. The sales guy I dealt with is probably the greatest lier I've ever met. Sometimes me and my brother joke about him, when something is about lie we say that sales must be involved in that :DD Because he is just the best lier you can find, he probably gets paid for every lie he says ? Honestly he was the perfect example of a lier. Everything he was saying was a lie. Few of my relatives bought a car after that and would that have been a company that doesn't treat customers like ..., i might have considered Eddie Wright, but obviously I wouldn't consider that after all the lies i've gone through.

Bought a Ford Focus Navigator in December 2017. Interior was in an appalling state with burns and holes when collected, although promised every blemish would be removed. The computer card took over a month to arrive but doesn't work. Radio doesn't work, CD player doesn't work and the navigation system doesn't work after almost 3 months and 2 return trips costing £30 each in fuel. No response to letter of complaint. I would never use them again and am investigating my customer rights for compensation or replacement.

Unhelpful and unrpofessional. No locking wheel nut was incldued in the handover but they deny this. Not something you would always think of asking for. Their offer of a solution is for me to make a 300 mile round trip and they will remove the wheel nuts and replace the, BUT they will only replace them with non-locking standard wheel nuts. Appalling lack of customer service. All I ask is for them to re-imburse the £35 cost to me from a main dealer to replace the missing wheel nut. But no, they make it difficult, costly and offer a service that is below par. Who on earth would want nuts that don't lock. Nuts in itself

My partner brought a car from them and it went wrong after 3 maths he had it checked over by a Aldi garage and found out the belt had been put on wrong so it frayed and went into the engine causing considerably damage to the engine so far it's taken 3 weeks for available car to put it right. Can't believe they put the belt on wrong.l would never go there to buy a car

It was stated that some of the bars went off on the 12th Feb, and hence they were reduced in price. However, the other bars' best before are the 4th Feb, and there was no indication of this on the website, and they were still listed at full price. Would have preferred the website to be transparent about the best before dates.

While they offer at best an average experience with shopping and shipping, the company started to spam my email address with unsolicited email. When I complained to them, they simply pushed back on me expressing that they did not care and that I should simple “unsubscribe” from the emails that I had never subscribed to. I know in todays world we think this is normal behaviour from companies but we waste so much time getting filtering through these emails that I don’t think we should put up with it anymore. Companies who cannot even respect somebody's private life simply suck in my point of view.

CRIMINAL OFFENCE I bought a VW GOLF in August 2018 by this bunch of thieves online, by its CARSUPERMARKET website. I've signed the purchase for a car with 25965 miles. I wanted to buy a car with around 25000 a mileage, I trusted their words and I ordered the VW Golf online without seeing it before the purchase as they stated that the car was in mint condition. When I did my MOT in August 2019 I realised, checking the previous MOT done by CARSUPERMARKET, There was a discrepancy of 4000 miles (29629 miles instead of 25965), After the MOT the engineer pointed out as - an advisory note - for the front and rear shock absorbers having limited damping effect/light misting of oil. This is quite weird since I have used the car very carefully and I only drive along the M1andt the alloy wheel, on the left front tire was slightly damaged. (Keep in mind that I rose from the beginning this issue, about the alloy wheel, but they didn't solve the issue). I now think that the car had been driven improperly before they sold it to me. Obviously, I asked for a full check and the 4 shock absorbers replacement (at a VW official dealer) that at this point (with the expenses at their charge). Without any answer and with an unacceptable behaviour ( done by a poor manager named John Brocklehurst), I'll sue the company in court and I reported the Police and the DVLA authority the matter. Bought my current car over the phone after looking at a couple of cars online first. Mark Harraway was my advisor who dealt with the process from the start until point of delivery. Mark had all the time and patience in the world as I changed my mind on a few things and cars during the process. Nothing was too much trouble, felt very assured and comfortable that Mark was taking care of everything for me. Fantastic service and couldn't have had a better customer experience!! Love my car by the way!!

Everything was quite straightforward,only downside is we were advised that we could start repayments immediately,the lenders have since told us we can call them each month to make a payment as they don’t have a direct debit or standing order arrangement available so every month now we will have to ring them.

Delivery came next day, what was great if u need it in short time. Food was nicely packed. Only thing I had problem with was that some things like broccoli came in bad condition, it was yellow, meaning it was off. And some things came different from which I ordered. It was stated that if some things are of stock it will be replaced, but I think it should be given notice for products out of stock so customer can choose on their own with what they want their ordered products to be replaced with. Since I was given products which I usually dont buy or like, and since I was paying for it and not cheap I was quite unhappy

Planet Organic is an expensive place to shop for food but I like the fact that they have offers on some healthy staples, such as grains and oils, some vitamins, as well as skin care products. Delivery is super fast and efficient and you really don't have to spend a fortune on items - some items like oats, rice, pasta, veggies cost the same or lower (when on promotion) than your regular store but represent varieties (such as sprouted, etc.) that you cannot find in a regular store. Hence, I find Planet Organic a great addition to my food and supplement shopping. For me it is much more reasonable than a more expensive outlet like Whole Foods.

Just not good enough. Ordered some cocktails for a party as I had been given a promo code to use, everything showing in stock on the website but then I get a call an HOUR after it was supposed to have been despatched to say they "discovered" they don't have stock. Even today the stock shows as being there on their website - absolutely shoddy, no way I'd use these people if I had an urgent or specific need.
