If I’d have written this review after my first visit to them before the virus or even our first delivery as things kicked off they would have had 5 stars however I held off and now having had 3 deliveries from them now I’d say they were good but no longer amazing. The quality of the meat cuts seems to have got worse, they’re substituting key products in our order instead of refunding with some of those products being significantly lower weight or not as good quality as the ones ordered and I’ve had to throw away veg from the order on unpacking due to the fact it was on the point of going bad. I think this is unfortunately down to the overwhelming amount of orders they’re now receiving however it’s a shame that their usual amazing quality and service has reduced as a result of growing demand. We’ve decided to not place any further orders in with them after today until the lockdown is over, at that point I hope the quality will improve and I’ll be able to adjust this back up to the 5 star review I know they deserve.

I thought the meat and vey were excellent iv had the beef today so tender and juicy.and the veg was so fresh.this was my first order and iv ordered a second lot.eill be using you all the time.of I could give you more than 5 stars I would thankyou so much.and I'm a lady off 75 years off age.so this had been so helpful at this time .but it's a service I will continue to use.and when it's safe yo go out again I will come and vist thankyou olia

I had such high hopes for this order, all the tropical fish I like in one bundle. It started good with a call on Monday to ask if I wanted delivery the next day. However, the order never arrived on Tuesday. When I emailed I was told it was out for delivery the next day. It did arrive on Wednesday, but at 7.00pm (delivery is stared as between 8.00am- 5.00pm) and it was clear it was sent on the Monday as the fish was defrosting. When I called they were very apologetic so I decided to try again. The order came the next day at 7.00pm. When I opened the box I had only 3 of the type of fish mentioned. I did get a refund, but the whole experience was stressful. I won’t be ordering again.

I took a bit of a punt with our first order and couldn't be more delighted. The very well insulated package arrived in just a few short days, with everything inside still fully frozen. We haven't had time to try everything yet, but what we've had so far has been wonderful. Basically supermarket prices for far superior quality. One of the items I ordered (scallops that turned out to be mahoosive) was short on stock, so before the delivery I was phoned to choose what to do. I was more than happy to take the half quantity available at the time. The remainder followed a few days later - equally well packed. We'll definitely be ordering more :)

I haven’t used the product long so I haven’t seen physical results as of yet... I do feel a lot better eating the meals and sticking to the meal plan and my body can tell I’m not getting all the added salts etc of normal food I would consume. The orders are delivered on time and the staff are always happy to help. I would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and who struggles with motivation!
