If I could give them a zero i would. What an absolute waste of a company. My delivery was meant to be coming today between the hours of 1.30-4.30 it is now nearly 6pm and still no sign of it. What's more their online tracking has less use than a chocolate teapot. What is the point of being able to track your delivery if all you are going to make available is a GPS image of the delivery address. Don't bother trying to contact the phone number they give you as it is an unmonitored mailbox which doesn't ring and then after working hours switches into a voicemail. My recommendation is to avoid at all costs the use of this company. I would even go as far to say that they are worse than Hermes as they have about the same regard for their customer service as Hermes do their packages.

I had delivery and Assembly from these guys today up in Scotland and 2 men called 20 mins before hand. No mess, assembly done really quickly and took the rubbish away at a very good price Great job. I had a lady called to ask about the service I received a few days ago. atleast they care are about customer satisfaction. Will use again

Love the looks of the ring but unfortunately I've had 3 small stones fall out in less than 1 month of wearing the ring. NOT very happy......this is supposed to be my forever ring. One stone fell out, I sent for repair. They were great and fixed it. Within 2 days I had two more stones fall out. I am devastated. The customer service is great but the quality of my ring is terrible.

Super helpful staff. Representative took a photo of my ring on her finger so I could see what it looks like on a hand. It was invaluable to me to see that perspective and as a result, I am totally confident in the ring I chose, over another one. Thank you Brianna.

I hope people look here before ordering! I unfortunately did not. I had 2 orders that had malfunctioning vapes and one that actually cut me taking out out of its package. Do you know what they did? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I got a BS response AFTER my 2nd order (that I paid for) was also messed up. I am out over $40 in product and they give no shits. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! EVER!!

do not buy from them. orders will take over a week! i live in Vegas and this company is based out in fullerton california less then 300 miles away. I order from selectvape.com and get my orders in 2 days with this pandemic going on. save your money and order somewhere else
