After a warm welcome and a less fuss approach we were left to browse at our leisure to view the model we were interested in . From viewing , test driving and making the purchase , nothing could have been easier thanks to the very helpful staff at Peterborough Motorpoint.

Didn't know about this place 3 weeks ago.
We now own a great year old car which was st a great price
Thanks to Georgia who helped us on the day.

I've bought 2 cars in the last 4 months. Both were great prices. Also got good part-ex prices. A bit pushy the first time with the optional extras like warranty, gap etc. Not to bad the second time. Be careful with the finance. It could end up costing you an extra £2k in interest on a £10k car over 3 years compared to a bank.

Use their policies in the spirit they were meant for, to quote a minor technical point, which is hidden in a number of optional extras, and then constrain the customer to a 7 day application process where 6 days are wasted in internal communication is poor.

Your staff (Ryan Sullivan and Claire Pontefract) were great. Not at all pushy. If they were I would have walked away. All my questions were answered correctly. The only let down was the rear tyres were low on tread. I asked Ryan if these could be replaced. He said only if they were lower than 2.5 mm but he would ask. The tread is low andI will need to replace them soon. I could do without that cost!

Myself and partner went on a Saturday looking for a 7 seater and wanting to part exchange the Kuga. Matt Knowles was so so helpful, was not pushy at all and after a few days of sorting finance we had our car. thanks Matt for being patient and making our journey a lot less hassle than what it could of been.

The sales assistant was factual, helpful and efficient - he told us that he had previously worked as a mechanic at motor point before becoming a salesman and that made us feel we were in safe hands - his name was Russ

The salesman when asked a question he didn’t know the answer instead of saying I don’t know I will go find out he just gave back attitude. If car wasn’t such a good deal we would just of walked out.

Sales (Peter) was great, no pressure just let us look at the cars we were interested in and then let him know which ones we wanted to look at further. Pick-up was easy and well organised.

Grace on reception was overly helpful she also put me in the hands of gorkhem who sold me my new vehicle he found me the best deal and sourced me within my price bracket.
On to Andrew who went through all my terms and conditions over all couldn’t rate Chingford motor point any higher thanks guys!

Just purchased a car from the Glasgow branch the deal was carried out very professionally with no sales pressure not like most other car sales companies when you arrive at their showrooms they attack in all directions and follow you about pestering you
It’s a pleasure to be left to walk around chose what car you like check it out then approach sales team for any info

Service was great before signing of contract then no call to say when car would arrive and when it did it had no sat mac sd card which I was told then model doesn’t come with satnav but I know it does as I work for a Renault main dealer.

Our appointment was booked for 1300hrs and we did not see anybody until 1330hrs. The person doing the paperwork was rather condescending to me, a time served mechanic, and i was proven correct in the end. When there was an issue with the paperwork it took ages to sort out and i left after approx 3 and a half hours.

Well this is our family’s 5th car in 4yrs and I don’t care where you go you can’t beat their prices on almost new cars it can’t be done I have tried. Justin our salesman is just a hell of a nice guy (kid) not pushy helps in anyway he can and if he doesn’t know the answer he gets someone in who can answer the question. The manager at glasgow motorpoint is just a nice guy period, helpful and courteous.

Our family has bought 5 cars from Motorpoint over the last 10 years and and we have always been delighted with our dealings with them. The cars are always immaculate and in excellent condition. None of them have given any problems during the time we owned them.
Motorpoint's administration is highly efficient and the purchase process itself is well organised.
I would not consider buying a second-hand car from anyone other than Motorpoint
