BAD COMMUNICATION
I have been ordering health supplements for at least the last 5 years from Vitanet on line, usually the same one (spirulina powder), about 2/3 times a years and as I live in Europe, I have been getting good deals and good overall experience. I always received my products, and shipping took around 2/3 weeks, plus customs, so not too bad considering I live in eastern Europe. But I find their website pretty awful and difficult to search for products.
However in the last year something must have changed, because the last orders I did made me cringe really because of lack of communication and mess up with orders from Vitanet. Like I would order my spirulina, then I would be told it was out of stock, that they were enquiring to the manufacturer, so i had to wait several weeks, At the end they would refund me (3 euros fees from my bank on the way), without proposing me another similar product in replacement which they had in stock.... hmm customer service??

But since my very last order, I am cured of dealing with them ever again:
I ask for shipping price for an order of 3 products on 14 of march 2012. 2 days later I receive one-line email with the price, signed Patty. The very same day I place then the order. I received a confimation email, all seems ok. However a few days later I see on my bank transaction that the shipping cost they charged is doubled (34$ instead of 16,95$... the 3 products i ordered cost les than 13$).
So i return this mail:
"hi !
i just saw on my bank statement your charged me like $ 34 for shipping ... not 16.95 (total order $46 and i have only $12 of products)
if it is a mistake, just leave it for now please... id rather get a credit for my next order.
thanks"

Same day i received this email:
"You have been refunded for 46.13 for canceled order - Patty
VitaNet(R) Staff"

I dont think my english is that bad (if yes please let me know) and i have no idea why they decided to cancel my order. I got the refund ok but because of the credid card transaction... it just costs me 3 euros again, and this i was trying to avoid ...
I have been trying to contact them and get an explanation with no success (because i still need those products), I sent them 3 emails in the last 11 days and also called them (from europe!), but did not get through after waiting 13 minutes.
So I find the pill hard to swallow, that is why I will not do business again, they are not serious.

I placed and paid for an order on Dec 3
On Dec 22 I received an email advising me of the postage details
On Dec 27 I received an email advising me I had been refunded for one product which was out of stock;
I can only conclude that they accepted my order and charged me for an item that they did or didn't know was out of stock, charged me for it, plus $45 international postage,then nearly 4 weeks later finally got around to telling me about it.
They have displayed a complete lack of ethics and courtesy, and the despatch times on their website are a complete lie.
Do not be tempted to do business with this company under any circumstances!

I recently placed an order from this company. Never sent my items, would NOT respond to my emails. I finally started a case review thru Paypal and they refunded my money. These people should be run out of business.

I placed an order over a month ago.
I never got an e-mail of confirmation yet they received payment immediately.
After 14 days and no delivery, I contacted the company.
I paid with PayPal and threatened to escalate the order.
I was then shipped a portion of my order and was told the other items were backordered.
STILL no word, no shipping info and no refund.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY
They cover their homepage with Christian symbols but don't follow the Golden Rule.

This order was placed for a friend on Jan 30th. After ordering you get an email with a link to log in to check on your order. Honestly its useless... never updated. After a week I started getting nervous (company is only a state over). After calling the friend, we decided to wait a few more days. Item received on Feb. 11th.

My only complaint is they should update order status. Would have settled for it getting processed.

Would order from again.

I ordered two bottles of vitamins on October 11. As of November 7 I have received nothing except a credit card charge of $50, charged on October 12. I wrote down the order number when the order was placed otherwise there would be no way to check the order status since they have sent no confirmation emails (only advertising emails). Checking the status does no good anyway, it just says "Warehouse processing order".
As far as I can tell so far, this company is a complete scam. If not, even if they eventually send my stuff, I will not order from them again, due to the long wait time.
I am rating the prices as "very high" since $50 is a lot to pay for nothing.
I will be contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau about the situation.

We ordered 3 gallons of product from vitanetonline on June 9 and after numerous inquiries, we finally received it on July 7. On every inquiry to vitanetonline, we were told we were sent an email and that it must have gone to spam. We find that interesting since we have the spam filter disabled on our comcast email account. Since we have an internet business, we want to make sure we receive every email that is sent to us. We never received any emails from vitanetonline. When we finally received our order nearly 30 days after placing it, the box was very lightweight considering the weight inside, and it was in horrible condition and almost ripped completely up one side when we received it. It lacked 2 inches from being ripped all the way to the top, which would have allowed the contents to fall out or be removed. This is the worst experience we have ever had with an internet order. We will never order again from www.vitanetonline.com.

i placed an order on 7/26/2007 from this website because they said they have 57 in stock. what does that mean to you? shouldnt that mean they have 57 bottle in their warehouse? well i didnt receive any email, no confirmation of my order nuthing. so i called them and asked if they received my ordered they said they have, so i asked to send me another email, they said they did got nuthing. they will deliver the product soon as they get from their distributor. so i asked your website says you have 57 bottles and she goes well i dont take care of the website. whatever. now they have already billed my credit card and i still no have no way of knowing when i will get my product. oh. i cant log back into their website using my email and log info. something about my browser needs to accept cookies. yes i have checked. so i cant find out what my invoice is. tomorrow i will call and cancel my order. not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling from these guys. and sup with all the bible scripture on their website?
