Purchased a bike rack, that we love, however after a few years we needed a part. Called to get a quote and find out if part was in stock, a month later no response. Called back and spoke with Brooke in customer service who informed me that no part in stock, and to check back in a month. They also have no way to follow up if the part becomes available. Stay away from this business. Extremely poor customer service and no way to obtain parts

I called to see if I could get a 8 foot wheel chair ramp delivered before my surgery which was 4 days later. We were in such a bind because I realized that I was unable to get up our 3 steps to get into the house. When I spoke to the gentleman at Discount Ramps about my problem, he assured me that they could have the ramp at our home in 3 days without paying any extra charges. Well, sure enough it came in 2 days. The ramp is excellent and will do the job. I am so impressed with this company. Thankyou for all your help!

Would never recommend purchasing from this website. I ordered an universal roof rack for my 2014 Camry. Got charged $20 for shipping (item price 49.99). Item does not work as much as I try to tighten it to the roof it keeps sliding. Instructions are not vehicle specific. And most importantly, return policy is ridiculous: no refund on shipping, and they charge you 15% off the item price. Horrible business policies and thats why people keep ordering from Amazon. Tried to give them a chance, but they showed just how bad this business values customers.

I purchased 12 dock bumpers from this seller for my customers. The purchase included delivery to my residence. The supplier attempted to deliver in a tractor trailer and could not get any closer than a 1/4 mile from my location. The shipper wanted me to travel to it's location and unload the product myself. I refused. Upon cancellation due to no delivery, the supplier retained $257.00 from my refund to pay for returned freight.

Just received a motorcycle mounting bracket for my enclosed trailer. In a poorly wrapped box, the unit was delivered with no instructions not even a picture of the unit assembled. But they don't hold back on wanting a review. So naturally, being so shocked by the poor quality I was going to give them the truth about their product. Not so easy to do. Seems their review site gets all screwed up when you choose a 1 rating and then the Web page can't be found. The old saying goes "you get what you pay for". But at DiscountRamps.com "wow" not even close.

I ordered a Rancher pet car seat for my little Josephine. She is a jack russel mix. She loves her car seat and I do too. It came in just days and it was better than what I ever thought could be ,it is made so good with zippers to hold it's shape. The price was great. I saw one in a pet shop where I live and it was cheaply made and cost five times more. All I can say is LOVE LOVE LOVE

Brought a ramp in October 2018 for my mobility scooter. Assembled and used for the first time on Thanksgiving week. On my trip the ramp leaned terribly to one side with the weight of the scooter. Every driveway caused the ramp to scrape. Mind you I bought the 450lbs ramp for my 168lb scooter. Called immediately after my trip to resolve the leaning issue to a customer service who doesn’t care. They wanted pictures, which I furnished and it took several months to get a half **** answer back. Bottom line is they took my $480. dollars and they don’t care because my allotted time to return for refund expired! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I had a problem with the pieces I could not put together and the fact I no longer needed a ramp so they refunded my Amazon and told me to give it to someone who needs it. What a wonderful policy! I really thought I'd have to pay return shipping. I will definitely use them again whenever it comes to my needing a ramp, knowing a handyman can put it together.

I bought a portable pet house for my teacup Yorkiepoo from Discount ramps to send to my daughters house in Astoria, Or. I was going to be spending a month there with my darling puppy, Sydney. It was the best price I had found anywhere, and it arrived very quickly. She, Sidney, absolutely loved it! It has two compartments in case you have two dogs, but in my case I just folded down the middle and she had the whole place to herself. One side had an upper and lower bed. She loved to jump up on it and get a toy and then jump back off!
She had so much fun that after we got back to Texas I ordered another one for our house, even though I had already invested a lot of money in a puppy training system! Since both my husband and myself prefer showers, he built a platform on top of out Master corner tub, covered it in cute spongy material to make it soft, built a ramp and put her house on it. Now Sydney plays in her playhouse all of the time! She really loves it and so do I. Thank you for making a safe, affordable and transportable house for my darling Sydney! I am sending photographs of how it looks to your company and hope you can find a way to put them in your site as an example. I will definitely be coming back to buy more great things

Discount ramps shipped right on time as I was replacing a ramp that was getting old after way more than 10 years of constant use. The old ramp was a faithful tool but it was time to retire it with a new one.
Discount ramps was right there the first time I purchased and still around to answer questions years later when I needed. When I had an issue (that was unique to my order and not a normal problem) they stood behind their product 100 percent. I recommend this company highly

I ordered two bike racks "Hitch Bike Platform BC-08581-2A for my daughter and ourselves. I asked to purchase extra straps and knobs as sometimes thru no fault of anyone you lose a part in travel or whatever. They don't sell any parts for the bike racks--- which if I had known that I would not have purchased any item from them. I guess if you lose a part you just have to buy a whole new unit - NOT ME and not from them. My suggestion is to shop around and ask if there are parts available in case something breaks or is lost.

Outside of the above issue - their original service and followup on delivery was 4-5 stars

Ordered from scratch&dent to save $s only to be sold the 2nd time with the pin hole drilled on bottom to be in wrong location.Had to send pictures to get replaced.Another week and half.Recently disabled needed now for scotter.Told me to scrap bad carrier.Extra work trash company won't pick.Will not be customer in the future.No one inspected when was returned for not being built correct.Parts also missing.
horrific un believable.The new carrier was sent in good work condition.

ME: "Hello - The order WEBN00XXXXX was last night and I was told it would be next day delivery. This is not the case.

I would like a refund please...

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE (a bunch of red tape that was mis advertised):

"Good Afternoon, This order was placed last night at 9:15PM. Orders ship same day when placed before 3PM Central time. FedEx and other carriers do run during business hours, and there is no possible way this would have shipped after 9:15PM last night.

This is shipping next day air as you requested. We will not be refunding the next day air as we are shipping it next day air.

Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance."

"If it’s “next day air” then I should receive it Saturday and not Monday correct?

---Do not buy from this company---
I purchased an item over Labor day with their 15% discount (see attached pic). Immediately afterward my credit card is charged the full amount. In asking why I did not get the labor day discount? They said my purchase was on a sale item and not eligible for the discount. I responded by sending a copy of their web site stating “discount on any order/no minimum”. Their sarcastic response was to dig up some verbiage buried in their web site in 6 pt font that states something to do with my purchase being ineligible. I think this defines horrible customer service. All orders means “All orders.” I have opened an Better Business Bureau complaint on this horrible company to ensure their fraudulent behavior gets accounted for properly.

I have been buying products for a couple of years. The quality of product is outstanding. I had to buy the one that will handle 470 lbs. The second one I bought was aluminum not good for a 470 lb scooter. I bought another one for 500 lb and metal, plus has a longer ramp. These roads here in Austin is ridicules, potholes deluxe, with the scooter on back bouncing everywhere made the main shaft break at the pivoting point. I called the company up and asked if under warranty, they wanted a picture of it and said it is. I told them, just the shaft that pivots, not the whole lift. They sent me the product they said 3-5 days, it took 4, and I got the right part. They worked hard on this matter of getting things done. The only bad thing about the company is that they have a bad connection always having static.
