I purchased the 10' x 20' tent and upon opening it, was immediately disappointed by the quality of the materials. The covering is very flimsy and the tent poles are made of thin metal. I put everything back in the box and am returning it.

I ordered a tent 2 months ago. They did not contact me for a month and waited for me to reach out to them. After getting a refund on the order they didn't ship, I tried to order again because they said it was now in stock. That was 32 days ago. I spend the morning trying to reach them and no one responds to their live chat or voice mails. Looks like I'll have to spend time reaching out to my credit card company. There are a lot of vendors like grainger.com, hd-supply, and amazon that sell the same items - use them instead!

Great product descriptions. Nice photos. Website easy to navigate and information is easy to find. I paid for expedited shipping, and the 8x8 pop-up tent and weights arrived on time and in excellent condition. Loved the fact that the entire tent comes with its own zipper storage case. Great quality. Easy to put together. Much sturdier than I expected. Will most definitely order from your company again in the future!

1) there is a general lack of communication to let buyer know the order is received, the order is progressing, or the order has shipped. 2) it would be helpful to explain the lifetime warranty and what is included in the warranty prior to purchase.

I ordered a 10x20 party tent that starts at $159, but added all the upgrades which then totaled $450+. I needed the tent for our Christmas party and paid the $100 expedite fee for 1 day delivery. The next day after ordering I received the Fedex tracking number and it reflected a 5 day delivery. I tired calling several times and sat on hold for what felt like forever. I left 2 voicemails throughout the day and sent a e-mail. It has been three days with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I recently ordered a product from the gazebostore.com. Then followed up with prompt emails and tried calling several times to cancel the order. Once I finally was able to speak with someone they refuse to credit the shipping. Any respectable company should except responsible for very poor customer service. I would never use them again and will follow up with the BBB on this matter

Again, I have been contacting them only through email then it stop after I was told I will be refunded and they was sorry that I haven't received my tent from Fed Ex since Jan 31, 2020. Fed ex finally gave me the tracking number which they sent back to the Gazebo store because they said package that I never received was damaged. Now Monday still waiting on my refund. This is a headache. I was told in the email that the phone are down and that why the haven't responded but this bogus., I'm starting think they are ripping people off. I paid $818.99 which includes extra for 1-5 day shipping and I have not yet to receive my money. This is unfortunate that you have customers that depend on your #1 rating and you this to them. I need my money and I need it like today. It took you seconds to get my money but forever to get the trust on your end. I did my part. I'm a business owner and you don't do customers that trust in you like this Ive left several emails and you just ignore them as if I did you wrong. Your the wrong one stop taking people's money that work hard to get it. So wrong. I need my money. I have all receipts, emails, tracking numbers, order number and all. Just give me what's due to me. Just waiting on my Full Refund in my Account before I say that this issue is resolved. It's not right

I have tried to contact your office 4 times. I left messages each time and never recieved RETURN call! the computer is not my way of ordering items. I have questions about this product but was not able to ask a person. I need this tent before Thanksgiving that is why I am using the online service. If not delivered before Nov 27th then I do not want this tent. Thank You. You need more telephone order help!!!

very happy with these guys. They sent me the tent in no time, and i got it super quickly. definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality sturdy tent that will not blow with slight winds. by the way, do NOT buy from amazon! they are flimsy af

I give them 3 stars because the tent is great and exactly what I needed, but contacting them after the fact to get replacement parts is next to impossible and very time consuming. I hold on the phone and get pushed to voicemail, I've emailed every email they have with no responses. So time consuming! I love the product, but there is no service for their customers after the sale is through. After spending over $1,300 on a 16' x 26' canopy, I expected better service. Wished I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.

I ordered my tent for a birthday celebration and Georgia/Florida gameday. Needless to say, the very first day we put the tent up, it poured, and the canopy leaked from nearly every seam. We had to purchase visqueen to put over it to keep us dry. We also had problems with an entire side of the frame as 3 of the spring-loaded buttons were all jammed up inside the frame. We did manage to get 2 of the buttons fixed but ended up rigging the corner one with a screwdriver to keep in in place. I attempted contacting the company via email, and I have yet to hear back from them regarding their shoddy product. I guess, since they received my $$, that's all that matters. I'm thoroughly disgusted and would NOT recommend this product or company to anyone!!!!

We have been trying to order this product for over 2 weeks - have left numerous messages at sales, returns, every option your message says to click with no return call. Finally went to internet to see if you had live support where I was able to get answers needed prior to ordering. Good thing we preserved or you would have lost out on a sale. I understand busy but clearly this is a customer service or should I say lack thereof! Perhaps I should apply to make return calls to potential customers so return calls could be made within 24 hours or less - again it has been over 2 weeks and not even a peep from your company....

Great customer service. I ordered a tent. They shipped it out and I changed my mind on the color. They just sent me the other color as well, and sent me a return label for the first one. The tent is sturdy and beautiful!!! Love it
