Tried to use them to buy tickets, got the confirmation about the tickets and then had to contact them to find out that they gave the tickets to somebody else.

Absolutely the worst ticket site ever! We purchased tickets for a concert and after arriving at the concert we were escorted out because the tickets we purchased had been previously sold a week earlier than when we bought ours! We are out $500 and the best they would offer us was a 10% refund despite the fact that they double sold the tickets! Absolutely atrocious! Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!

SCAM!! BEWARE!! I saw the reviews, but thought that people were writing negatively about them because they were complainers. NOT THE CASE. They have stated that they sent me the tickets 5 or 5 times, and they did not. They told me to try another email address, which I did. Then I got a notification that my seats were no longer available, and they said it was because they had to cancel and reissue them to my newly provided email address. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY TICKETS, and have opened a fraud case with my credit card. They were familiar with Megaseats. They are only 1 hour 20 minutes from me, so my husband, the police and I will be paying them a visit. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!

I got my concert tickets the day of the event, but every time I asked about them on live chat, they responded me it was because of the demand the tickets had, it took a while for them to send me my tickets but at the end I got them.

I had a great time in my concert, and I was literally a few steps from the stage.

Trust them with your tickets, they will always give them to you.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! NEVER RECEIVED TICKETS!

Bought my daughters tickets to go see the Frozen Musical. Was told I would receive the tickets the day prior to the show (red flag). Most other ticket marketplaces I have used in the past email your tickets shortly after you purchase.

The day before the show still no tickets. I chatted online with customer support that morning. They told me not to worry that I would be receiving my tickets by that evening. That evening, still no tickets. So I called customer support. It rang and rang. Finally gave me the option to leave my number for a call back. So I did and received a call a few hours later. Again, they said not to worry that I would receive my tickets.

Next morning (the day of the show) still no tickets. Again called customer support. Again told not to worry. At this point I was obviously worried. They told me to wait until 4:30 pm (2 hours prior to the show) and if I didn't receive them to call them again.

Around 1 pm I found some tickets on stubhub. So I called megaseats asking for a refund and they wouldn't grant me a refund despite the show being in a few hours and not having my tickets. Again, I was told to wait until 4:30 pm. I waited and at 4:30 pm Megaseats told me they didnt have my tickets and would grant me a refund at that point. At this point I checked stubhub for the seats I had seen earlier and they were no longer available. Meanwhile my daughters had been looking forward to going to see Frozen and now I had to tell them we wouldnt be going that day.

I have never had a worse experience with ticket brokers than with Megaseats. DO NOT USE!

I purchased tickets for a makeup concert by Elton John show 1/21/22 in Houston. Tickets did transfer on 12/29/21. Megaseats gave me promotional discount and no service fees however you can not contact anyone there by phone or email. It was a wait and see game to learn if tix would transfer. I read that many don't.

I ordered seats for The Lehman Trilogy. Only after paying for them was I informed they were seats with a limited view. They disregarded all attempts to contact them which I tried to do immediately after being informed about the seats. Do not use them to buy tickets.

Scam artists sold me tickets for $800 and I was denied entry to the venue. Now after requesting a refund they are silent.

Do not use Megaseats for tickets! Concert postponed due to Covid. Tickets are not where I can transfer them. When I click their link when signed in, states tickets were accepted by another email. I only have 1 email and it was not me. Tried for months to get someone to respond. When finally able to speak with someone, the week of concert, no help!
They are now not answering the phone and concert is tomorrow!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I am out $1150!!!!!
I will not let this go until resolved!

Warning!! Do not use MegaSeats!! I was completely ripped off. When I got the actual tickets they were plainly marked $100 LESS than what I paid. I stupidly trusted that there were no additional fees. No way to cancel. Even though seats were still available
at the venue same day of the showing! No help from customer service except canned response to my emails saying all sales are final. I learned my lesson. Go straight to the venue to purchase not to Megaseats!!

Don't use Megaseats. It is leas than 24 hours before concert time and I have not received mobile tickets as promised. You can't reach anyone in customer service either! Scam Scam Scam

I am completely stressed and frustrated! My $3500 tickets have been lost by FedEx and Megaseats will not give me a refund! Every time I call, their response is, a manager will contact you and now the concert is tomorrow! The “manager” has still not called and it’s been 4 days! Every time I call, the “manager” has left for the day. I don’t have any tickets nor my refund! I will NEVER use this vendor again!!!

Do NOT use megaseats.com for tickets. This company is a scam and the "100% guarantee" is a lie. My concert got postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and they repeatedly refused to refund. During these hardened times it is upsetting to see such greed.

Love The no fees Some of the seats listed said the view was obstructed. It did not say that about our seats. Speakers blocked the view for seat 4. Very disappointed. I would have chosen other seats had I known.

Great price thank you! Was notified by Ticketmaster that tix were ready before I accepted them from Mega. Somewhat confusing but it all worked out. I didn't want to accept after the fact thinking the barcode may change on my downloaded Ticketmaster screenshots.

Purchased Superbowl LIV tickets and did receive authentic seats for the game at a local pickup site the day prior to the game. Saved significant cash compared to comparable seats through other "official" NFL ticket vendors. Overall pleased and would purchase again for the next big game if and when my team returns.

$2500 ticket order to NCAA Tournament turned into the nightmare of 2020 so far. I was sent the wrong number and wrong game multiple times and lied to at each stage that what I had was enough and I should just "try and see", "The QR code should change at the venue and work for the game you want" (ACTUAL QUOTE FROM A MANAGER). Total of 8+ hours spent on the phone from order date 1/13 till date of receiving the correct tickets 2/7. Not worth any savings compared to a legit company like StubHub! Don't risk it! If I had bought any closer to game time my families entire trip would have been ruined (flights hotels etc). STORY: I was sent only 4/5 tickets upon purchasing.. Several calls, emails and hours of holding later I received the 5th. It was then I realized they were for only 1 game and I had purchased a full strip of tickets to all 3 sessions of games that weekend. After several weeks of arguing that they needed to send me all the tickets that my receipt clearly listed I had purchased they finally promised to transfer but when I would hang up they never came and I would have to call back. Finally they transferred 1 more game BUT STILL NOT ALL THE SESSIONS I BOUGHT! Hours of on hold time while I was punted from department to department. Waiting to talk to managers. I was told I should "call NCAA and they will tell you that you can get in to all sessions with a single game ticket". I asked them to do that. They wouldn't So I finally did another wasted night on the phone and NCAA of course said absolutely not. Then one RANDOM call of the dozens a customer service person said "Sure, I will transfer them to you now". AND DONE! They could have all along! I asked for some type of reimbursement for the difficult time and after a 20min hold I was offered $50 off! (2% discount) off of a $2500 order that cost me weeks of my life and they would have ruined our family march madness over and over if I hadn't given up every evening of my spring to badger them.

My seat were not in handy cap area and I wasn't a load to change them. Even thou I request hande cap. Will going to go just have to walk to my seat. Still no tickets until four days before. Not enough time to resolve a problem if one arises.

I was extremely skeptical that my tickets were fake when I received them because they were screenshots from another phone and I also was told my 5 tickets were upgraded which seemed suspicious. However, they were not and I did end up with great seats, but not sure if it was all worth the stress of not knowing whether I'd be able to get in or not.
