recently received 2 eagle keepsake urns with a heart shaped velvet case. pictures online do not do them justice.They are stunning.beyond my expectation.

My husband William was placed in the urn on 2/28/2019 by the Funeral Home, his Memorial Service was the 23rd of February, the family got many good comments on the urn.

I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Memorial Urns. The lab picture looks just like my Sammy. He was very precious to our family and we all felt the tremendous loss. He deserved something beautiful for the many years he protected his family.

I ordered the Walnut color, although I think all colors would be equally beautiful. It is of very high quality and fine craftsmanship as far as the 3D inlay. My husband and I wanted to be together and this piece is truly stunning. I am very happy with my purchase.

My girlfriend recently had to put down her 14 year old Dachshund. He held a special place in her heart. She mentioned to me that she needed a place for his ashes that could be displayed. Once the order was placed I didn't receive any information about it's shipping date of ETA. When i inquired days later I was informed that the supplier was out of stock and the office was closed for the day. I was assured that the order would be shipped out within a day, and it was. Sure glad I didn't need it ASAP.

I purchased the heart companion urn and I absolutely love it. The pictures do not do it justice. My husband was at 100 lbs when he passed and he just fit into one side of the urn. I put him in a freezer bag so he wouldn’t turn into a brick. I shaped the bag into the urn and poured him into that bag. I am not sure if the weight they suggest for the urns is both combined, but if he was bigger he would not had fit into one side with the 185 lbs that is suggested. I wouldn’t put him into the urn without being in something to protect him. So it may also be weight without a bag. Either way it worked and I love it and can’t wait to be together again. Thank you for your services.

We lost our 36 yr old only daughter on April 14th with a ruptured thoracic aorta aneurysm. She was 8 months pregnant. The physicians managed to save the baby, but losing our only daughter so unexpectedly devastated our family. She lived in south LA & we live in MD, & we had her cremated so we could bring her home, but were unable to decide on an urn that quickly. My husband & I went through several sites & kept coming back to the urn that we purchased, & it is both beautiful, decorative & unique. I recently purchased a Spartan Antique Bronze Cremation Urn. I was pleased with how the custom engraving turned. Customer service was awesome and the urn arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

I was quite surprised that this urn was delivered in only two (2) days. It is just what I was looking for my husband's ashes. I would just make one (1) suggestion, include instructions for how to open the urn. I had to go back to your website to find out this information.

While still experiencing our profound grief in losing our 13 year old Labrador Retriever - Christian, we are thankful to Memorial Urns for their help in finding an appropriate final resting place for his remains. They were gracious in calling us to suggest improvements in the layout of his name and comments on the name plate that we hadn't thought about prior. Adding the hearts was a great touch. We'll never get over losing him, but Memorial Urns have helped to ease our pain. Would serious recommend them for all your pets.

I was very pleased with the Walleye urn I chose for my father who was an avid fisherman. It is a very high quality product. I would recommend to anyone who looking for a special urn to honor your passed loved one.

I ordered the Eden Garden urn vault with 2 day shipping to arrive way in advance of the memorial gathering. The urn vault was beautifully made but it arrived cracked. Jaime from customer service prepared for another one to be sent to me with 2 day shipping but was sent on ground. So she arranged for another one to be sent again via overnight delivery. So finally I received the urn vault in two piece (top and bottom) on the morning of the memorial. One would think why pay for 2 day shipping when the actual urn vault will arrive on the morning of the memorial. It appeared that I paid more for shipping to allow time for them to correct their mistakes. So apart from this shipping fiasco, the urn vault was as well-crafted as expected and customer service was great. But the most important thing, the memorial gathering was beautiful and truly memoriable.

The companion urn I ordered arrived yesterday. It is the Koniro Raku Ceramic Cremation Urn and it is simply beautiful, a true work of art. The color is exquisite, the size larger than I expected. I am so happy to have found this. It is perfect. It arrived packaged very securely with a lovely letter from the artist. I am more than pleased with the quality and service.
