As a Nano Business with 0.2 days/week admin support where I pay monthly and report my BAS quarterly.

Very impressed with the support from Microkeeper.com.au which is based in Geelong.

Let my Accountancy Firm know, to help others like me trying to get their minds around the attention to ATO details that are now required to be reported directly to the ATO with each payrun.

As I understand it as a novice, this software appears to work well.

We've been using Microkeeper for almost 5 years (since Nov 2015) and it has only gotten better - their developers continue to make enhancements where needed (and they are improvements that MAKE SENSE!) and really take on board the feedback we (as the end user) provides. It is a great platform to integrate with other payroll systems or as standalone (which is how we use it). Importantly, it just works, is simple to use and gives employers and employees open ended access for past payslips, group certificates and financial reports.

After researching payroll/human resources systems for 18 months, we decided to go with Microkeeper and we made the right choice. The transfer of 500 employees from in-house server to Microkeeper was smooth and fast. The support team is based in Australia and respond to requests within minutes. Having rosters, time and attendance, payroll, superannuation, employee app, stp reporting, endless reports and heaps more all in one has reduced our payroll processing time from over 3 days to 1 day. There is no other system on the market as user friendly and fast as Microkeeper. Try it once and you will never leave. Thanks Microkeeper for your great service and we look forward to many more years ahead.

I have been using deputy when I was working with the firm an year back. It was then the company switched to Microkeeper, the transition was uncomfortable at the beginning. Later on came to know the benefits of compiling timesheets and payroll in the same platforms. Moreover we enjoy the little chit chat official and informal in conversation tab.

Oakdene started using the Microkeeper payroll system in July 2016 & we have never had an issue with it. In a multi departmental business that operates 7 days a week, this program has never let us down. We use it for all rostering, clocking in & out from department to department, timesheets and payroll. Love the ability for employees to update their information, print their own payslips & PAYG summaries, request leave & time off, write notes against their timesheets & send messages to payroll. Paying super is also so simple on Microkeeper. Great reporting, particularly staff costing. Setup of the system was ridiculously easy & support is always prompt & efficient. I would not hesitate in recommending Microkeeper,

we had a rocky start with Samantha, she was rushing through things and I found her quite impatient.
I expressed to Samantha my concerns on her behaviours, she understood, apologised and since then things are much better, she is more patient, more understanding of our payroll concerns and more willing to help.

Have been using Microkeeper for over 3 years and have never looked back. Prior Microkeeper payroll use to take half a day - now it only takes 15 mins max! The system is very friendly to use and easily syncs with our xero accounting, bank and superannuation systems. The staff at Microkeeper have also been fantastic to deal with whenever I have needed assistance.

We have used Microkeeper for a few years and have enjoyed the use of this software in our payroll process employing over 90 staff members. The support and software upgrades have also been great and Microkeeper are on hand quickly for any questions to be answered. Highly recommend. Also integrates with Xero software and processes Super quickly.
