thank you thank you for having these in stock! my order from a month ago from a different site extended their backorder by a month and didn't tell me :/ these are for a gift, so i'm glad to be getting them in time!

Parts were easy to find and reasonably priced. Setting up an account was confusing. When I clicked to sign up on e-mail list, it knocked me out of my order, and didn't save my info. Had to put all payment info in again.

Fantastic service only took 5 days to be delivered to Australia I was expecting to wait at least 2 weeks. Emails answered on same day, Great product too (Boss VE20 vocal recorder) at a very competitive price. Will definately buy from these guys again.

I've been a regular customer at the Midi store for a few years now, I feel so lucky to have such an amazing music shop in such a small town. My main interest is in synthesizers and recording equipment, which I can't think of a single instance where they didn't carry a piece of gear that I wanted, they've got everything from the bigger manufacturers like Roland/Moog/Korg to some of the smaller boutique stuff like Dreadbox and Teenage Engineering. They will often get new releases quicker than some of the big name stores do too. Always incredible customer service, I'm never stepping foot in a Guitar Center again!

I ordered from The Midi Store for two reasons. They have a high customer rating and they had the best price of what I wanted on the net. Unfortunately, my experience with the retailer was anything but satisfying. On 06/11/2015 (Thursday) I placed an order and paid for it via Paypal, was easy enough. By 06/13/2015 I checked the order status and it indicated that the order was still processing. So, just to stay on top of things I called to see if there was a problem with the order. I was told that everything was fine and that my order will go out that evening and that I'll receive a shipping conformation via email. That never happened. The next day I've checked the order status and it still said "processing". I gave it till that evening and the status was the same. I was told that there was a problem at the warehouse but it was resolved and that it will ship that Monday, it didn't. I spoke to them again that Monday evening, they said that the issue should have been resolved and that it should be shipping Monday evening. I've instructed them to refund my account it it is not shipped out by Monday and they agreed to do so if it didn't ship. By Tuesday afternoon there still was no shipment and no refund. Enough is enough, I called them that evening and demanded my refund, I was told that it would be shipped later on in the day. I told them no thank you and that I've already ordered an item of a higher value for a great price from another retailer, that was true and it only took two days to receive. The rep on the phone couldn't believe that I found a better deal elsewhere but I did. It's not a deal if I don't have it. Anyway, they refunded my account, no apology, nothing to sugarcoat my bad experience. Seems as though the deal was too good to be true. I'll never do business with them again

I have been shopping here for many years, the service has always been outstanding. The pricing is usually the lowest or they will price match if I find it lower. I LOVE their 5% rebate program, I saved my points for about 6 orders and got like $100 off. I only had to call them once but when I did the person who answered the phone took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I think they are pretty small but their service is awesome, way to go guys!

Purchased a Korg keyboard from them and received a UPS shipment notification within 15 days. Received item in 4 business days and got it at a much better price than the Big Box stores or any other online merchants. Smooth transaction all the way.
