The piece of tile I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and the description of the item on the website was also very accurate. The shipping box was incredibly packed so the tile couldn't break. The other thing was how Henry, the owner, kept in contact with me until I received my tile. A very nice touch. It shows he really cares about his customers and his products.

I am shopping for tile for multiple areas of my home and Mineral Tiles had a great selection and easy to navigate the site. I received the samples timely and hope to do business with them once we make some selections.

I ordered a tile sample. I received excellent communication regarding the order and shipping. The sample came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the color of the tile wasn't what we were looking for otherwise we definitely would have placed an order.

I first selected to use paypal for check out then was directed to also log into the amazon pay. I am nervous that you now have more information than I want anybody to access. I saw the tiles in my ipad and searched for it but I couldn't find it. I had to search google to lead my way back to what I was interested.

I love the ceramic tile I purchased for my backsplash. However I also purchased three rolls of Instaset Peel & stick wall tile adhesive that was recommended by your website. My contractor said it will not work for this heavy glass tile. How do I return the three rolls $28.99 each placed on two separate orders for a refund? I was also told on my phone call before placing this order my cost would be adjusted to reflect two coupons that were offered me and would not work. Never happened. Why offer personal coupons that do not work and cannot be used? Very frustrating.

Great. The selection of beautiful tiles was outstanding. The ordering of samples process was smooth and straightforward. I received a follow up to ensure that I received everything exactly as ordered. The overall experience was excellent. I will be purchasing their tiles for my project.

Not all tiles ordered were received in the initial shipment, however, Customer Service addressed the situation and so quickly. When it is time to start and purchase my Reno project, Mineral Tiles will definitely be considered. The selection and prices are great!

We were searching for a glass tile for our pool and we were able to find many options on your site. We ordered a beautiful iridescent cobalt blue glass tile that will look perfect. It arrived well packed and protected within a few days. The entire experience was managed with follow up emails from your team which was appreciated.

I love the tile. I tried to call and no one answered. I also tried to do the 'live chat' and no one reply. I was wondering if the company does a builders discount but I couldn't get anyone to reply back or call me back.

The tile arrived quickly and was beautiful, however most of the sheets had chipped or damaged tile. I contacted Mineral Tile and they responded quickly and sent out replacements right away. Great company.

I really wanted to see the tile, but evidently Fedex would not deliver it to my PO Box even though they have delivered many things there. I'll try again later when I start my new project. Sorry I di not get back to you sooner.

Ordered two samples. Received two samples but one of them was incorrect tile. The one I was most interested in was of course the one that didn't come. The subway tile rust was not shipped. Received a gray glass wood looking tile instead.

I was unable to complete my order originally, I believe due to an internet issue. After contacting customer service I was able to complete order within 48 hours. I received order quickly and happy with samples.

The tile arrived on schedule. It was as described. I have installed it and it looks good. My only problem was that I was missing a tile from the order. I called and the missing tile was immediately scheduled for shipment. I hope to receive it soon.

I ordered 4 samples of tiles. One sample had only the neutral colored tiles but I was hoping to see the color of the blue tile, so that was a fail though I did not know such a small sample would be sent. Another sample with glass tiles was pretty badly shattered, which makes me think if I order these tiles a lot will get broken in shipping. So, based on that I feel that I need to look locally to pick up tiles that I can check aren't broken. But I appreciate you offering samples, they really did not look the same in real life as on the screen.

I was pleasantly surprised that I can purchase samples of my choices online for a nominal fee. I am not a fan of always ordering online because I like to feel and see my product in person. This made it easy!

I have ordered samples twice from you. Both shipments got here quickly and in perfect shape! I also had questions, my email was answered promptly. We know which of your tiles we will use- just waiting on the contractor to tell us how much we should order! Love your tiles!

I was pleased to be able to get clear grout for my tiling project. The grout and the cleaner I ordered arrived in 4 days. The cleaner had spilled during shipping, and was replaced promptly. It arrived 4 days later with no charge. This is how to keep returning customers! Thanks.

a bit of confusion happened. got email saying my tile was backordered, did i still want it or did i want something else. i asked if they had exact same in different size. got email saying they had different size (but it was also different color). at same time, got email saying order was shipped. got my items the next day. so all worked out great. just odd thing. haven't yet gotten to open all to make sure nothing broken but opened 1 box and looks good.
