Second summer I have purchased these.

I have been asked a few times for my feedback, yet despite paying for express postage on the 17th of December, my order is yet to arrive 12 days later. I have no doubt it’s a busy time of year but perhaps don’t keep prompting for feedback until you’re sure the order has been recieved.

Received my items within 3 days of ordering (processed late afternoon) and was kept up to date of my order status all the way.

I have purchased from Minnow Designs 3 times now and it is easy to purchase, great payment options and such fast delivery. The shoes are such good quality. I love having them for my two boys so i know their feet are protected. Great Australian company and product.

We receive our order in 4 days.

I paid for express postage as i needed items for the weekend. However wasn't aware you guys only shipped 3 days aweek i think that needs to be better displayed on the website! I rang friday as i hadn't recieved any notifications,
i think i spoke to Rose she was lovely and tried to rectify situation and helped me out with a 30% off coupon for the next time i shop however i paid for express postage and still received them in the time frame of regular postage my friend purchased items 2 days later then me and recived them the same day. and ny little girl didn't have her water shoes for the weekend
