Worst company EVER...
They are a shambles ...do not order from them if you have to return anything which you will as poor quality they keep your money.
Impossible emailing them as they just repeatedly ask for oder details which you send but no response...it is so frustrating.

Extremely poor service! Been waiting.on refund since Feb 22nd. Same old response from them want order details and tracking number will say refund has been processed when it hasn't!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDNT SEND FULL ORDER
Ordered three dresses (at a cost of over £70), however only two were sent. I emailed them in great detail (as no customer services telephone number) to advise of missing item, however took nearly a week to respond. When "Michelle" replied it was as if as though she hadn't read my email as she was asking what dress was missing! Three weeks later I'm still waiting for a response to my second email (which I have resent 4 times). I have contacted them via Facebook and Twitter but my requests for them to get in contact have been ignored. Utter joke of a company. I will never buy from this shoddy company again. Will be reporting company to Trading Standards

Absolutely awful cannot get a refund despite providing all of the documentation in support. They keep replying asking for the same information and never process your refund. absolutely robbing people blind. Shop with them at your peril

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and never received my order. It's my first time to order from you and I will NEVER order again. I am now out of pocket. Shocking company!

First and last time ordering with Missfiga. Ordered a dress and had numerous delivery problems. I decided to return the dress and paid £7.50 for tracked and signed for next day postage. (Not even a free return service offered) It was delivered and signed for on the 2nd March. I contacted them by email on the 12th March as I hadn’t received a refund. They responded on the 13th to say they had processed my return and I would be refunded in the next few days. I still have not received a refund (it’s now 26 days since it was returned) and no response to an email follow up I sent 5 days ago. While I appreciate they may have fewer staff due to the lockdown, even an automated email response would have been better than nothing., especially as they appear to be trading as normal on their website. DO NOT ORDER with this company

Appalling, bought 2 dresses and sent them both back. Items where weighed and posted recorded delivery. It took 2 weeks for them to acknowledge my returns when o chased the redund up. I was then refunded for 1 item almost 2 weeks later, sent numerous emails to help desk to a lady called Kate who was dealing with my complaint. However, all has now gone quiet since they sent a partial refund. Emails and fb messages sent with no response at all. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy from these, they are rip of merchants.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughters holy communion in a size 6! Missfiga sent me a size 10! Dress is a joke on me!! It also came dirty! And when contacted them they lied to me, saying I was sent an email on it and I got no email AT ALL!! I will never again buy from this site again! Very poor business to deal with!!

Don’t bother buying from MISSFIGA they’re an absolute joke! Sent the wrong item weeks ago and then took days to answer emails and messages I returned the item after waiting for a label as they said they won’t send the actual item until the one they sent was returned, by now it was too late to wear it for what I wanted! Then they Wanted the tracking number sent after I had to email and message asking what’s happening (again two days to reply) that now they want to know what’s in the parcel??? Jokers can’t be bothered to look back over emails! customer service are you joking! ! And yes I work in a shop as a manager so I know procedures so don’t go there and yes this is an honest rant!!

Placed an order on 12/3 and have yet to receive it. Got a despatch email the next day but have never been able to track the package. Sent an email on 20/3 which is still unanswered. Have also messaged on fb a few times and I have had replies where they’ve blamed the courier and have said they’ll chase it up but still nothing. Have asked again on Monday 27/4 for an update or a refund but haven’t had a reply. I should also add that I was offered a 15% discount when I first contacted them if I could leave a good review here. Appreciate these are difficult times and have said that to them but a bit more communication would be appreciated.

*Final update * Refund arrived back in bank account really quick (plus 1 star) & now I've washed & ironed jumpsuit looks, feels & smells so much better & I do like it (plus another star) just a shame first experience was a bad one hence original 1 star rating

*Update* Half of order arrived 12 days after ordered on next day delivery. When I did get a reply not advised dress out of stock, paper work says refunded but it hasn't been!
Quality of item that has arrived isn't great but also really badly creased & has a bizarre smell to it? I definitely won't buy from these people again. Please refund my money.

Very disappointed, order next day delivery. Sunday, still waiting Friday. No reply to chasers & no items. Now trying to get money back! 1st & last time I'll use. Can't tell you what clothes like as still not got!

I previously wrote a review saying that I had good service , I ordered one item from them on the 4th March , it never got delivered to me at all. Not their fault , it’s the courier and they said they would an investigation.

This was nearly 3 weeks and I’ve sent a couple of emails regarding an update to get not much back.

Granted not your fault with it getting delivered but it’s pririoty to keep your customers updated with the situation especially if they are emailing you about it.

It’s not the best situation with lockdown at the moment but really puts me off ordering anything again because shortly it will be coming up on 2 months and I’m still waiting

Terrible site to order from having ordered on the 30th March still no items delivered. Have tried email adress and facebook contact but had NO responses.

Have askes for a refund now and guess what still nothing!!!

Worst customer service.
What makes it even worse is the same daynwe ordered feom bows boutique and 3 days later thier items arrived!!!

Ordered a dress, arrived quickly.Beautiful style,colour but felt abit tight.sent it back and have been waiting for an exchange for the next size.Heard nothing so got in touch with customer services.Had a email back the same day I sent an email and was all sorted by the following day and had a refund straight away.Brilliant customer service,dealt with my enquiry quickly and painlessly.Will be using my refund to buy the dress again.Makes life easier knowing the product is of great quality,easy to order,fast delivery and great customer service.

I ordered 3 dresses and i got the wrong one and pluss waiting for almost 2 weeks which i should been waiting for 2-3 working days they mixed my dress up with what i acctually order plus they dont reply no where if you text them...
