So despite the negative reviews here I decided to use this site because it was the only one offering currency for the game I was after. Kept being told to come back in 1 hour, or 3 hours, but each time I would come back they would tell me that the supplier was offline, or not at home. 30 hours after I placed my order I came back and finally supplier was available and I got my gold. I would make sure you pay using Paypal so that if you don't receive your order you can refund.

First experience was not half bad, good were delivered in about an hour. Second time however was an absolute nightmare, the woman in the help chat was absolutely useless and kept me hanging on for hours only to tell me the supplier wasn't going to come online. Don't you think if you're supplier is offline then maybe you shouldn't be spamming my in game chat with ads at that time? Well what do you expect from a bunch of crafty savages. I will be putting in a dispute with paypal tomorrow. *update* It's now been more than 24 hours and they still don't know when the delivery will happen (if at all)

I ordered and was told that the gold would be delivered shortly. The next day I tried their customer service they said sorry and that I would have it in the next hour. Next day still nothing contacted them again and was told they were sorry give them another day and I'd get it. Here we are almost a week and nothing so disputing the charge. Save yourself and don't do it.

I can only speak for the game DC Universe Online, which the sell several in-game cash denominations of. I saw a lot of negative reviews on this site some saying they had been scammed, but these reviews were dated over a year ago. I also saw a video 2 months ago of a player showing proof that they purchased currency for the game from this site and that they did indeed receive what they purchased. They also were a recurring purchaser and they showed other cash installments they purchased at that they received those too. I considered the video to be proof enough, so I took the plunge. I needed 66 million dollars in-game cash for a rare item which cost $31. I purchased this with PayPal and they discounted it down to $30. Then something strange happened. I received 58 million dollars in-game cash within 10 minutes in my character's mailbox. I quickly received an email saying that 58 million had been sent and that they owed me an additional $8 million (rightly so). So I was able to easily contact a live chat agent and explain the situation and email while giving them my order number. They checked with their supplier and I received the final $8 million. TL:DR: I received what I paid for. I thought it was strange that they divided into two payments instead of paying the full amount. Perhaps it's a scammer precaution. The risk may be too much for you to part with your money, but my experience may be useful to you.

took three days and patience on my part but I got my pokerking chips whew thank you !! They kept telling me the supplier wasn't online, they would email me when they got ahold of him.. they never emailed me, I kept politely asking them when I was gonna get my chips and then one time I got them !!

NEVER buy from this website. I purchased 50 Euro of Silver in BDO and NEVER got it. Even though I contacted the support like 10 times.. the only answer they gave me was "Our supplier is not online at the moment". And that was the answer for 1 week. Do yourself and your money a favour and never consider buying anything here.

Do not trust this supplier! I placed an order for virtual goods in a game. At first glance, it seemed like a professional service. Quick response. Then I waited, and waited. After 5 days (they market 4 hour delivery), I asked. With a vague answer, I then requested an estimate, to manage my own expectations. 3 days later they charged my card (via PayPal) and sent a receipt and insist they've sent me my order. Nothing received. Like many others, it appears they have scammed me. I am in process of a complaint, but am considering going straight through PayPal. What I've learned: google the supplier first!

Tried to purchase 30M gold in C9, but never got anything. I have used this site once before, back in 2012 and that time I got my gold without any problems. I think these guys have ran out of goods, but still continue to sell them. I waited for 3 days, talking in the live chat with them, but I always got the answer ''Supplier is offline, we will notify you in your email once he is available.'' Never got any email. So I went once again in the live chat and asked for the supplier to give me my goods, but he was still ''offline''. So I said I will create a dispute via PayPal, and if they refuse to refund my money I will be in contact with FBI. Took under 1 minute and they sent my money back to my PayPal. My advice is, ask them before you purchase anything that do they have your items in stock, AND ALWAYS USE PAYPAL to pay your goods. Otherwise they will scam your money. And my other suggestion is that never buy anything from them with over 20$.

posted i got scam for review month or years. i was lucky i was able to communicate in chinese and i got my refund back. since they told me they will refund me. i am not exactly sure i got back my refund but i guess i got it back. this company operate in china. if you can't just use chinese google translation tell them its not write to cheat people or you make a report of them to police since they have a website. and yes ask them to refund you.

Just wanna let people know, i went on their chat about 200 times, copying the same request over and over again, after around 200 times they refund me. If the same chat box open, just delete your web browser history in between and you will get a new chat everytime

I did the order and after (too late offfcource) i checked the reviews wat give me allmost a hartattack and i immidiatly called the bank to block my creditcard and was actually angry to myself that i not checked the forums first . But after a day i want to play again and i log in in my game and the money was there . loverly :) nice . So this is my experiance . But after reading the reviews of the others i am scared to do it again .

I made my purchase I contact customer service half of the time I was talking to a robot I asked for my chips over six hours after I bought them I give up they keep telling me this supplier is not available so if you have customer service 365 days a year 24/7 life chat support by you don't have a supplier ???? Wtf they took over 24hr to give me my chips when I receive my cheeps they did not fully give me what I bought customer service say to me it's OK like that you need to understand that we are not charging taxes so because I do not pay taxes I'm not supposed to get my full amount of Chips I buy I keep asking to speak to a manager because I pay full price for what are you guys ask it took over 24 hours and I did not get my full amount They tell me I don't need to speak to a manager no need so if somebody is reading this I have a phone number from this company I would love to have it because I want my money back thank you!

Also know as GOLDICQ and MMOOSE, Don't buy. They have a classic scam where they take your paypal payment, then tell you they will only give you a refund if you pay them through Western Union. They also are BACKED by Paypal essentially, who claims that GOLD ICQ is in perfect standing and has never had a dispute. However, if you look through their reviews, they are clearly knee-deep in them. Stole 500 dollars from me. Paypal supports fraud.

I ordered about 250+ USD worth of gold before reading the reviews on this site. I got quite scared after doing so as I thought that I would not receive my order. However, I am pleasantly surprised to say that I did in fact receive my order. It took longer than the advertised 8-24Hours (Got the gold after 48 hours) which did not help with my anxiety after not receiving my order in that timeframe, but I did end up getting it nonetheless. I am giving a 3-Star review because they fulfilled my order, but they lied when they said there was stock available for my gold and it took longer than I would have liked. They aren't necessarily out to steal your money and leave you with nothing as they do deliver eventually, it is just that they lie about having stock so that you buy from them which I must say isn't very ethical.

All the positive reviews here probably came from their staff. This site was so bad, I had to write two reviews. These people are the worst. There's no way i paid for an order on Sunday, and get my order on Thursday. And that's after hounding them for answers. The best response they have is, " The supplier is offline and have a nice day.... If you insist to spend your money here, you deserve their service lol! Good luck with that.

the first time i used this service i was a bit cautious like most people reading these reviews. my first time i made a purchase it was small just to try it. and i got the money in no time. the next times after that i either had to wait a few hours for the supplier to get online a day if i wasnt online or got it straight away. i feel this site is mis interprited as i have never had a money problem with them ye someties i get a bit pissed off that the service woman tells me the supplier is online when they arnt even though iv told her to tell me if they are. but overall im happy that i dont have to do the work for the gold and can just pay through this site safley.

First of all before anyone purchased anything, research is essential. Use scamadvise.com and copy the address link. Determine with your own judgement. Now that is got out of the way. It's really up to you. If you are very worry about clinging on your hard earn money, I'd recommend stay away from this site. If you are willing to venture in the dark waters, I'd recommend it with caution. I'd recommend to contact live at least twice a day. Let them know that you purchased and you are serious about it. Don't flame or cursed at them. Politely, let them know that you are here to make a purchased and you want it in a respectable timely arrival. Always keep them at arms length, don't be too kind; Keep it strictly business. You are dealing with Mainland Chinese. You'd have to nagged them that you aren't a push over, and eventually the will give it to you or refund. If not, file a complaint on that website and with your credit or whatever payment option you chose. Remember, you determine your own value. Stay safe and take care. As for my personal experience it's 50/50. Sometimes they are quick, sometimes they are slow. If you want to be extra safe, always update your email address.

The worst experience ever. I payed f via PayPal and they say they don't accept PayPal but I had a confirmation from pay pal that they received it.Then, they asked me for another payment via WesternUninon just to have a refund. Opened a dispute with pay pal and got my money back in a few hrs. STRONGLY recommend not using this "company", but if you want to chance it; pay with a CC or pay pal so you have a chance to get your money back are they screw you.

This is my second time using mmook. Overall its a good service. I don't know about the multiple scams and I'm always wary when using the service. They got my money, I got some in-game currency. I have no problems with them yet.
