I ordered a Ballistic impact proof cover for my Sony Experia Z1 on the understanding that it was being posted from Sydney. When it didn't arrive within three days I phoned MobileZap and was told that it was being posted from England. I was initially disappointed, but pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few days later. The service and product were first class, not to mention the incredible range of products they have available. I'm happy.

They are not Australian based. Their contact number for customer service never answers. I bought a case for my laptop and it has never arrived neither I received tracking number. Really poor service. Wild never buy from them again.

I bought an Item from them which eventually was delivered but it took about 40 days. I got an order shipped email from them which did not have any shipment details I could track using and they did not respond to any of my emails. Got a bit concerned but eventually the product did come through.

I like the product range on offer, ordering was easy. Processing the order and lack of communication to get the order complete was a slow and long winded process. Need to improve system from after the order is placed to when it is received. The manager did get on top of order and handled it quickly.

Very bad experience ...so far! I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks fir the 2 cases i ordered for my huawei g9 phone...did not get any confirmation of my order..i just now found out that they ship the items from uk. Wil wait for another week. I dont know if they even read these reviews

Bought only one thing from MobileZap so far (Muvit white flip phone case for Sony Xperia Z1C), but am still happy with it after a few weeks of very intensive use. Actual ordering process was relatively streamlined, shipping took a bit longer than expected, product was not at all well-protected in packaging (but thankfully didn't get damaged), price was very reasonable. Product was exactly as I expected and so far seems to be standing up well to my demanding needs. Would recommend this site to others looking for phone accessories (but as always, do your own research first -- MobileZap is a supplier, not a manufacturer, so make sure you read other reviews and know what you're buying).

I have been looking everywhere to buy a set of Samsung Black Level Over-ear Bluetooth Headphones but found them really hard to find especially at a reasonable price but then I found MobileZap who had them at a great price and service and delivery was fast and easy so I would recommend these guys to anyone interested !

I ordered a Sony Z4 pad genuine cover. Initially I was advised of a delay in shipping, then again and again. After another week with no update I sent a request and was advised of further delay with the offer to change my order. I changed the order and paid the difference and now a further two weeks and I don't have any confirmation of the order, no indication of delivery (even though multiples of the item were showing as "in stock") and am getting no response from the company. It is now over 6 weeks from the initial order with no answers in sight. I have started a dispute resolution with PayPal.

Despite the product i bought not being from Australia, it came as early as possible! If there were a local mobile zap store with that stock in Australia then i'd have been even happier (samsung galaxy a9 case)

Ordered my mobile cover which I couldn't get anywhere locally, then read some bad reviews!!!!! Ordered, delivered within a very good time frame and exactly what I wanted, a genuine article, a little more expensive than if I was able to get it here, but had an excellent experience with the company. Thank goodness, perhaps if I had read the bad reviews first I may not have ordered it, but it all turned out in the end.

Ordered the Ibolt Active car dock for Iphone 6S Plus (IPro2). Still waiting on the new iphone to arrive so haven't been able to check the dock out fully but it looks good. There are inbuilt spacers where the lightening cable is located to allow for different case thicknesses and it's height adjustable. Grip feels very firm. Placed my order on late on 5 Sep which was a public holiday, and it arrived on the 9 Sep. Very pleased with the service. One star missing because the dock came from UK rather than an Australian warehouse.

Son wanted phone cover. Not available in local shops. Found Mobilezap online. Ordered what we wanted and it was here just over a week. Took longer than I expected but I discovered it had come from Emgland. So, happy with that, not too expensive. Would use Mobilezap again when we are looking for new things at affordable prices. Always love to find online goods that we can afford and are not rubbish.

I recently bought an Olixar Nokia 7 Plus Tempered Glass Screen Protector for $21.00. Came in a fancy box etc.all looked great.The hype stated it would eliminate bubbles and has some fancy protection on the glass to minimise finger prints. I downloaded correct procedure etc. There were definitely no bubbles only a very noticeable " blob!! As for the fingerprints....what a joke! Lucky I'm not a crook because all the cops would have to do is take my phone..........have never had a screen that attracts fingerprints and dust and grime as badly as this one. BUYER BEWARE folks...it's not cheap so don't bother with this product.....you can do so much better .

Way too slow. AVOID THEM. Not in Australia even though they use .com.au I am still waiting for my phone case. If we can't trust them in terms of where they lead us to believe they are located, how can I trust that they actually ever even sent the item? Best to buy through ebay where all reviews come from genuine transactions

When I received the mobile case I was really pleased with the quality. It was much better than I would have expected for the price. When I was a little worried it was taking some time to arrive, I contacted the company who responded immediately and predicted to the day it arrived on my door.

MobileZap seems to be one of the few Australian businesses that imports the Sugru range of 2-part mixable polymers that set to silicone rubber in a range of colours. This is a very useful product for modelling kids toys, flexible gaskets, or even for making small orthopaedic cushions for people with bunions. My order was dispatched quickly and correctly with a minimum of fuss. I hope this small business gets the success it deserves.

This is a UK based company that's shop front leads you to believe it's Australian supplier. Goods come via the slowest shipping method possible. Staff are rude and have no ethics. Just read the large amount of bad reviews and don't get caught like I did.

Mobilezap is a good online marketplace. Though it took just 1 day extra to be delivered but I am satisfied with them. I have got what I ordered and the goods were in good shape. I ordered LG G3 back cover and screen protector. I'll order from Mobilezap again.

I've used MobileZap twice now, both experiences have been poor. My disappointment stems from the store being unable to estimate arrival time of stock and dishonesty with information provided. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt once, but not again. Please shop elsewhere!!

Ordered a case for my Nexus 4. Paid quite a bit extra for express shipping with tracking, which was a stupid mistake in retrospect. Supposed to arrive in 4-6 days, it has been about 9 days since I placed the order. Can't use my phone in the meantime. They sent me the tracking number when it shipped, but the number was invalid and there was no way I could track my item. Have sent two emails requesting assistance which have both been ignored. Opened a case with PayPal a couple of days ago which they have yet to address as well. I won't be surprised if the item doesn't show up at all, if that's the case I intend to get all my money back. If it does arrive soon I'll fight to get my shipping cost back at the very least. Poor communication and inaccurate shipping times. Would not order from them again.
