My original purchase was easy. I received notice that I could have 15% off another quick purchase. I had difficulty with the website as I tried to look at products. Very frustrating. I finally purchased a 2nd item. My 15% off was less than free shipping, but I was afraid that I would lose my purchase if I attempted to change it. It was a frustrating experience when items would load incorrectly or fail to load.↵

Sadly one of the colors I wanted was not available. However, the experience was wonderful and so far I am satisfied with my experience. I'm looking forward to getting my order. I did order extras so I can hand them out is gifts throughout the year.↵

I love the concept of this mesh bracelet.
↵The problem is when it arrived there were 3 different areas that the mesh links were broken... Creating sharp edges. So... I'm not happy with this purchase (and may not wear it. And will tell people not to buy that particular item from you). but it pain neck to go thru trouble of returning and trying to get replacement.↵

It was difficult to figure out how to order. I first clicked on the item, but just got a larger picture. I finally tried the little arrow and figured it out. Also in the description you refer, I think to large and small bags but in the order list they are listed as standard or nothing.↵

It was a difficult transaction, until I figured out what to do.
↵I kept getting my email as invalid, instead of telling me what the problem was, you just kept saying email invalid, which made no sense, when all along it was the password, not the email itself!
↵Then you kept saying my shipping information was wrong, and I knew it wasn’t.
↵If a new customer has these issues, the least you could do is tell them it’s the password that’s wrong, and then not skip to wrong shipping information, it’s like I didn’t know my own address.↵

This is my 2nd time ordering this style of purse. The order came though in a nice period of time. I am ordering another one of this style of purse because my black one that I wear most of the time just wore out, but not after using it daily for years. I have one of this style of purses in brown & blue too. For those who like to carry a lot in a small purse, this one will work for you.↵

It was quick it was easy I found exactly what I wanted and when they came they were beautiful I bought 3 cross body shopping Purses one for each 1 of my daughters and 1 for myself everything I need fits inside and I don't have to total around a 100 pound purse and longer it is pure bull great quality I would encourage everyone to look at the site the prices are incredibly reasonable M the quality and workmanship is amazing.↵

I found it difficult to distinguish between the sizes . I wanted a large black and smaller brow and purple....two times it showed me the color and both sizes, then it only showed me the colors! I found it very confusing and hopefully finally ordered what I wanted!↵

At first, It seemed simple to order this purse, but I had to fill out the credit card information three times because it kept disappearing. The purse arrived on time and in fine shape. I bought the purse to carry my IPad in, but the fit is so tight that only credit cards will fit with the Ipad in it. I wish it was bigger in depth.

↵To their credit, they said I can return the purse, but the purse is beautiful except for being too small to practically carry an iPad along with anything else. I’ll use and enjoy it as a secondary purse to use on some occasions, mainly without the IPad.↵

I was once a little confused by the bottom banner saying “ Save shipping”. I felt I was automatically signed up for emails.
