all in all I was very happy with the service and especially the assistance was very quick to reply my questions, I was a little bit worried about the 2-8 days shipping but in the end it was just 3 days which is acceptable. Packaging and foam was coherent to the the fragility and dimensions of the object.
I will definitely buy again on this e-commerce

Pro: spedizione, consegna, risposta alle mail puntuale, descrizione ed originalità dei prodotti perfetta!
Contro: numero verde presumibilmente inesistente o sempre occupato.

Pretty fast delivery (5 working days), the product was very good packed, also customer service answered my question regarding the delievery of the product. It was kind of general answer, but they answer.
I will order again in the future if I had to, good service and good prices.

I ordered the product last Friday, 29/11/2019. It's still not delivered, so currently my opinion about Mobzilla is awful, I'm not sure if I will see the product / my money back.
I contacted them several times, on Wednesday they told me the shipment will be dispatched the same day, today after several my request I've got the info that the product has been dispatched and I will be communicated with the tracking no. Nothing actually happened, so I'm still w/out the smartphone in a full uncertainty ((

UPD: I'm upgrading my rating, as Mobzilla immediately contacted my (by email and phone) and informed that they actually sent our the phone with the BRT couriers. It took about 1 week(!) for BRT to communicate the tracking number and finally to deliver the order. Probably, Mobzilla shall seriously think about change of the delivery service. For this huge delay, Mobzilla refunded the delivery costs, which, in my opinion was quite generous and fair. Thank you!
