So, I ordered a hoodie and shirt from Modakawa. The shirt fit fine, but the design and texture seemed really cheap compared to what I saw on the site, but at least fit me. I ordered a hoodie and put my measurements as well to get this hoodie that literally looks like it was made for a pre-teen when it comes to size. I get Asian size charts are very different than western size charts, but I did put in my measurements, so I am not sure why the hoodie came like it did. Also the color seemed quite different than how it looked on the site.

It took 4 months mostly my fault I had to move but overall I told them my experience now they're delivering my things back I order a pink skirt and bear hoodie and the customer service is good you only have to wait for 2 days or 1 day for them to respond back

The customer service is Amazing!! I have received exactly what I order, took about 13-18 days at the most but it was worth the wait tho! The bag looked different from what I expected- But overall I still love it!! Thank you so much for the delivery ?

Bought a couple jumpers for my girlfriend on the website which was easy enough to navigate, was expecting the parcels to arrive in 1-2 months (live in the UK so they had some distance to travel). They arrived within 1 month which was nice, however an extra jumper arrived mistakenly. This was a bit of a problem because I hadn't paid for it and didn't know how to go about returning it. Got in contact with customer support to find out the due process of returns, they helped and looked up what to do. In the end I imagine it was more of a problem to return it so I was allowed to keep it. 4.5/5 product (a couple loose threads which just need cut or touching up), 5/5 customer service.
TL:DR- Good products, succinct, kind and hard working customer support. Will be buying from here again :) .

It's my second time to order from this website. The quality is good, clothes are soft, colors are matched with the pictures, and the size is true to the description. Also the service is good. It just takes time to wait for the order, overall, very satisfied.

I ordered a hoodie in the wrong size and when I reached out to them they answered the next morning, which was much quicker than I anticipated! I loved the hoodie once it arrived great quality and feel of material. However the sizing is a bit strange as a large hoodie only just fit me (I am a quite small person :) ). Would definitely recommend, just watch out for the sizing.

i’ve written now 4 reviews on this site and i beg you never to order from them. read my previous reviews for more details but, over 3 months later, i’ve been scammed several times and have not received anything. i beg you to never order from this company. they are not deserving of your money (and will most likely take your info and use it elsewhere as other reviews have stated). there are other sites that aren’t scammy and are reliable to order from. i wish i took the reviews on here seriously before ordering from them.

The products are all cute and nice. If I had to make a request, I would say that they should always make XL sizes if possible (even if they are one size fits all, they should be able to cover up to XL). I have contacted customer support in the past when I have not received my order. The product I ordered had already been discontinued, but they sent me a replacement. Thank you very much.

I'm not gonna lie, I was also scared about the reviews about this site, but I just got my jacket, and cute shoes today, and they are just like the advertisement! They have a bit of a stench to them, but nothing to worry about on my part. I absolutely adore the products I bought, they are high quality.

payed a lot for 2 items that were never confirmed, shipped or delivered anywhere but in the kingdom of fraudulent people. sent emails and tried Facebook and no answer, nothing, zero. scam with cute clothes. order: mid january. today: mid february
update: I understand now that they actually exist and care and that my case was just an error. I can imagine they are a really small business. they say they refunded me (I'll have to wait a few days to check if the money is in the account) because I really can't received the order this late. I will try to shop again once I'm in my new adress. they left me a good impression

i ordered a white bunny coat from this site around Christmas time and it sadly got lost for a bit of time but the customer service was so great and understanding for my confusion and successfully got my package back on track after just less than a week of it being lost i honestly was so shocked and happy when my package showed up and the quality was absolutely what i had expected its so soft warm and is one of my favourite orders

And it is :) Atleast they were able to send me the item I requested, the right size, and it came fairly quickly. I was very happy. I ordered a brown rabbit coat and I ordered a large, I am 5.3'' and roughly 130 pounds and fits roomy. I hope to later buy more from them <3

Horribly sized. My partner bought me 2 dresses - one was far too short, barely covering my bum (and I’m only 5”2) so I could definitely never wear it out. It at least did up though - the other dress (the same size) was about 5 inches too small for me. Ridiculous.

I don’t usually write reviews but Modokawa has had very mixed ones. I spent about $259 after discount and EVERY item is wonderful. DO NOT buy your usual size. Measure yourself. I am 5’8 and usually wear a U.K. 12 or medium, and I ended up buying a mixture of large, extra large, 2 XL and “one size”. I have to say, the measurements are accurate at the bottom of each page, and the items have great materials, nothing is excessively thin or different from pictures. Any differences are very subtle! I am especially pleased with the sleeves, if they are designed to go over your hands they do - which is often not the case when you have long arms. I’d like to attach images, that would really show it. I’ve written a review on my facebook so I might make it public just so people can see. I can’t tell you how long I agonised over what to buy, if I should do it, poured over reviews. I feel like I finally have a source for all this cute clothing and I WILL be purchasing again. I ordered 24/02, and it arrived 11/03!!

at first I was scared to order from here judging from other reviews but I have been recommending this to my friends for a couple months, and I have been obsessed with this company! I love the clothes and ideas, they are all so cute.
my friend ordered dino shoes for me, and they came in yesterday, it only took ten days- well actually I didn't keep track, but they said 10 days. I think it came in early, and if it was late it was probably a day off or two. I really love the shoes, its really soft and i expected it to be sewn at the back (not pinned) and it fell off the first day I wore them, its a little disappointing but I will sew them anyway. I also think the price was way too high, but it was cute anyways. Overall in my opinion I don't think the price was worth it, the dinos were cheaply attatched with a pin (but ill fix it), but I still love it. I am satisfied with the product, thank you. The shoes are also very comfortable to wear.

The shipping was really fast, although my only issue is that the clothes aren’t size inclusive (which is expected of an Asian fashion brand) it’s lucky I was able to fit into a dress when I’m a US size 10-12 but it wasn’t flattering on me at all unfortunately. The dress itself was super cute though

Amazing! My order took over 2 months and one of them happen to get lost in transit. I emailed them and they had no issues resending my order. I spent over $290 and was scared at first that my order wouldn’t arrive due to the reviews. Customer service was externally good as they responded to me within a day and gave a perfect solution to my issues as well as they had no problem assessing my constant worries about where the package was. I have a replacement package on the way! so thank you for that!

When the items arrived, they were amazing. I bought over 10 items it was weird that they shipped it in 4 different packages since it increases the chance of them getting lost but other than that.. True to size. The material is what you’d expect a Asian company to have (I’ve been to Vietnam and they use the same type of fabric for their tees). I really love their embordered items as well as their koala jacket was very surprisingly good.

Overall it was a struggle to get my order but customer service made sure that I was getting my money’s worth. This website is 100% not a scam and if people say otherwise they have not contacted support properly and they should work things out instead of leaving bad reviews.

I ordered a kitsune sweater for my partner and although there were a few issues with shipping (item lost in transit twice) the customer service I received was great and eventually I did receive the item I ordered. It looks super cute on my partner too. Shipping issues during the turmoil going on globally with the pandemic is understandable but we matained communication and they supplied a great product.

If you order from this company, you might never receive what you pay for. I ordered the frog hooded sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on December 2nd. Christmas came and went with no delivery. I tried to be understanding and patient - knowing what the mail service is like during our pandemic times (and ordered not realizing the shipment would be coming from China). I started emailing the company in early January, and got emails back asking for more patience since shipping from China was moving very slow. Multiple emails later, I was promised a replacement item. That was two weeks ago with no shipping notice - nothing. Three months later, I have nothing for the $50+ I spent on Modakawa’s website. They’re operating fraudulently by not ensuring that their customers are receiving the products they pay for. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
