The shipping packaging was very shoddy, to the point that I was surprised the glass tabletop arrived in one piece. The base was sitting on top of the glass which was placed on two very flimsy pallets bolted together. One of the pallets even fell away while taking the item off the truck. The tabletop itself had no reinforcement/protection beyond the thin polystyrene padding and cardboard box containing it.

User friendly website and best price for the item I purchased which included shipping. This is service that Hudson's Ba--which is a very large company--was not able to provide for the same item and wanted to charge me $75.00 to ship so I was very happy to find the table I was looking for on your site.

One of the packages looked like it was repackaged as the white stool seat was dirty and 2 of the stools came with broken feet. We bought new feet and repaired ourselves as we did not want to return and wait on replacements.

I was disappointed to find that despite the fact that your web site prominently states "Summer Sale - 20% off everything - Use discount code Summertime," when I did use the discount code a message popped up stating "the discount code has expired." This is clearly deceptive.

The product came him in good order with fast shipping. The only thing you can improve on is providing customer with daily tracking of shipment. We were provided with a tracking number and notified that the product had shipped. When we tried to track the shipment it didn't provide current status until after the item actually shipped. Other than that, we would purchase from you again and recommend to others.

Purchase was smooth and easy. The material of the cushions are great but for that price point I would expect a better quality fill pillow instead of what was in it. Now I have to spend more money to replace 6 cushions fillers
