Mojo have been extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with my mortgage application and have always used easy to understand language which is great as a first time buyer.

I have been assigned a Mortgage Expert and a Case Manager so that I always have someone to contact and always receive timely responses. Thank you for all of your help so far!

I have to say Steven Radcliffe was excellent with his service and advice. Through out the process he kept in touch and updated me with the progress. He also introduce his team, great support from Laura Kay and another excellent person who’s Got great customer service. Many thanks to MOJO and I would recommend others.

I've always applied for mortgages and remortgages myself but for some reason I decided to give mortgage brokers a try and Mojo is the one I chose. How lucky I have been all this time with Mojo as the service level is exceptional. I will put in some details:

- The friendly mortgage advisor I talked to understands what I need as well as my knowledge level about mortgages so the communication was very effective.

- The streamlined process where once applications are submitted, you get another person to be your contact, worked really well. Initially I had some doubt as people usually prefer to speak to one single person throughout the process but I have to say that this specialist approach is far better.

- I'm very pleased with the speed as within a week or two the offer was obtained. The fact that I'm completing during lockdown didn't matter as there was always somebody from Mojo that looked after this.

- The final nice touch was the AO.com voucher after completion, which I thought was very helpful.

Overall very pleased and would recommend highly.
